called in today on way home from Birmingham, Wolverhampton is our local branch but as we were hungry stopped at this branch, all I can say is awful start to finish, one poor guy serving on his own staff at back of house not sure what they were doing but not a lot. Some lady possibly manager walking around spouting off to staff bout training and what they need to be doing yet when we were queuing up not once did she step in and serve at one point I saw over 6 people waiting and still one guy serving we sat waiting 10mins for our food to be brought to us totally unbelievable will never waste my time there again. Never mind staff training the women who was clearly NOT doing much other than ordering others around needs training herself

Sadly it's the same story again & again at this KFC. Go to drive through - rude voice asks what you wantgo to window - pay & wait ages for food if they do actually have what you orderedfoolishly go home without checking order - then luck dip what is missing from the bagTry phoning to complain - never get an answertry eating your meal - chips cold chicken under cooked won't be back with new noodle bar just down the road

Esta tienda es terrible, el personal tiene una mala actitud la comida me da una molestias estomacales. El paseo en coche por es grave que podía esperar una edad y así conseguir su orden equivocado, si vas en la tienda no es mejor. Mi consejo es que no vayas a este lugar. KFC solucionar su perder los clientes para el pub al otro lado de la manera y Mcdonald's toys r us por la carretera!

Again visited KFC Oldbury and another horrendous customer service experience that I have no alternative but to share. How staff could get the customer journey wrong on numerous occasions is beyond me. Sat in the queue for an eternity with no apology, then the manager who I later find to be the manager, starts to take my order and then tells me to hold on, who then tells me to hold on whilst she goes away to ask questions of the staff and then finally comes back to take my order......With attitude !I am going to have to now make the longer journey to KFC in Great Bridge who know how to treat the customer

I queued for ages and as i am approaching the turn, a little hand written note said " we do not take card payment" as i had no cash on me i had to turn the car around and go to their competitors....Mc Donalds!

Media hora después, cuando me casa esperar con la comida había 5 objetos perdidos. Pollo parecía poco hecha. Muy caro, pésimo servicio de atención al cliente y comida viajera adecuadamente preparado. Teléfono no responder en absoluto. Muy molesto porque algunos de los artículos que falten eran palomitas pollo que todo mi hija volvería a comer. KFC es sin duda en la lista para siempre. Muy molesto.

Awful, just awful, chicken ended up in the bin, tasted like it had been fried in 100 year old oil! had I have sat in I would have demanded my money back. Would have had more pleasure licking a dirty BBQ!

Things missing out of order , lots of grease running round bottom of bucket , chips were dry and no taste like they was from dinner time , chicken didn't taste nice at all , I gave mine to partner who turned it down

Decidimos comer en la sucursal de Quinton, tras elegir comida que estaba fuera de las existencias al final encontramos algo que estaba disponible. Fuimos a las mesas y todas las mesas estaban sucias con restos de comida de nuestros clientes, así como de las sillas y el suelo. Pedimos la chica que nos sirvió para limpiar las mesas, dijo que estaban cortos de personal y lo hacen en un minuto. Ella renuencia llegó después de unos minutos y limpiado una mesa para nosotros y comida paño mesa en las sillas. Nos fuimos ya que no tenía el restaurante estaba limpio y tuvimos que volver ya que una de nuestras bebidas habían servido con refresco y no jarabe de bebida. Una vez más, este era quisieron cambiarme chicas pero la actitud no era genial.

Nous sommes arrivés tard et le buffet de l'hotel ne servait plus donc : KFC juste en face - pour eux aussi il était l'heure de fermer malgré tout ils nous ont servit et en plus il nous ont gracieusement donné les invendus : merci KFC Birmingham

Feel really sorry for the staff because it's a totally understaffed business. Dread it when the family say we fancy KFC because the wait is always too long.

The last time I ordered had a big black hair in my food said I'd never eat from here again. My daughter and her friend wanted to order tonight and there was items missing. Obviously they need better staff with better hygiene. Definitely won't be returning,

I can't give any stars for the food it was disgusting and not edible. We took a quick stop here on the way back from buying our kids school uniform. My child's cheese burger meal had a dead fly in it. I had to show this to the staff who kindley replaced it. However we also ordered x2 lamb tikka in naan and fries. The lamb tikka and naan was not cooked properly the lamb had an off taste and was raw and the naan was very dry and hard /rock solid. The fries also tasted bitter and were dark yellow in colour, it tasted like the fries was fried in old oil, tasted like oil had not been changed in the fryer for a very long time . I took one bite of naan and lamb tikka and I had to send the food back because it was not edible. The staff kindly refunded me for the food because I could not eat it and I did not want a replacement, I was put off by the whole experience. My poor husband however quietly ate his food even though the food was not up to scratch as he didn't want to make a further fuss because our whole experience in this place was already ruined. Neelams many years ago going back 15 years used to be a good place to eat but it has gone down hill. The staff don't know how to cook the food, advice for the owner is send your staff for training or get them to visit a place like Lahore Village to learn and observe how to make naan, lamb tikka etc as they clearly have no idea how to make desi food. Sorry I have had to put this negative comment but this has been my worst food experience ever and I will not be returning.
