Hair in food! - POOR hygiene standards! I’ve posted this to trip advisor and now posting here from reading other reviews this seems to be a regular complaint. Half way into eating what I had ordered we found a long hair dangling from one of the chocolate dough balls I picked up. We pulled on the hair to find it was actually embedded within the dough and took a little bit of a tug to pull it out. If this is able to get into the food I dread to think what it must be like behind the scenes at this place. I've informed dominos head office to not get much in the form of a response. Head office passed the complaint over to the store who said they can offer a free pizza next time, I told them we won't be ordering from the place again and they sent their delivery driver with £7 in an envelope as a 'refund'. The whole order cost nearly £45. Any decent establishment would have refunded the whole order out of goodwill for such a disgusting incident.

Great food and really helpful and friendly staff

It took an hour and half for my food to arrive I would like a full refund

My food isn’t even edible. It’s absolutely stone cold it’s 30 minutes late. I want a full refund.

Food was burnt and requested a refund but refused and service was slow, and nobody answers the phone either.
