Smarts Fish Bar in Birmingham

This chippy used to be the place to go for quality food but lately has gone down hill. The large kebabs are super tiny with over cooked meat and tough also the batter on the fish is not crispy like it was several months back and the fish was like eating squid. Not sure if it has changed hands or maybe the owner is away and staff have let the quality go down hill.

Don't seem to want to accept online orders despite having been paid, don't know why they're even on LetsEat. Shameful

Absolutamente me encanta este lugar. La comida y la limpieza son increíbles. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a conversar. Esta es la única tienda de chips que visitaré.

Pidieron comida desde aquí en línea, me quitaron el dinero, pero no entregaron ningún alimento, los llamaron y me ofrecieron un reembolso, pero dijeron que obtendré un reembolso menor, ya que les costará reembolsar mi dinero, a pesar de que era su responsabilidad. Error. No volveré a ordenar desde aquí porque son una estafa y claramente no sé lo que están haciendo.
