KFC in Birmingham

Chips were great, however the chicken was extremely dry with unclean tables and a long waiting time, would not recommend!

Very rude staff , all stand around gossiping and have zero customer service skills. I have been a couple of times in sept 2023 and that’s it never again. I didn’t even get a fork with my zinger rice box and was given a wooden spoon they use for coffee/tea. I’m sorry I’m sure ther is a massive Tesco on the same retail park !? Unhelpful and just rude especially the older lady who works there. Get rid of your rude staff and employ people better suited who can crack a smile.

Pathetic amount of food, old fries ..never felt so ripped off ever. The size of the portions not just the quality was apalling

Wouldnt even rate a 1 out of 5 due to the fact that the chicken was tough as a car tyre, ordered off just eat didnt tell us when they were even coming, might have been in narnia because of arriving 15 minutes later than the predicted time, half the food was missing and i couldnt even get hold of the restaurant as number on google went to deliveroo (not even ordered through them). I went down to them complained to them then they tried to blame it on the driver for eating a SEALED packet of food, if this was the case then im Mr T's nephew, will not order from them again, absolute waste of time.

Very disappointed, servers look so miserable, I asked for no mayo on my sons burger and burger came with mayo so burger went in the bin as my son wouldn't eat it, chips were cold and the beans were that thick and over baked (it was like they had been sitting there all day) Not the cheapest place for fast food so you expect to have order correct, hot and tasty unfortunately this wasn't so I think I will avoid going again.

AVOID x100. This is possibly the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of eating from. First of all I placed my order to take out. When I arrived home, there were no hot wings in either of our zinger box meals, and the regular popcorn chicken I ordered was missing. This is annoying in itself and isn’t the first time they’ve missed items from our order. I then drove all the way back to get the food, they were apologetic and gave me 8 hot wings instead of 4, and a large popcorn chicken. This was a start however I was still unhappy at having to make the journey all the way home and back. Then when we got the food home, we noticed something in the hot wings that we thought was string? It had a hairy texture and was definitely inedible. It was in all the hot wings. We then realised it was feathers! We couldn’t eat any of the hot wings as it was in all of them! I will attach videos. On top of this, the rest of the food was cold, the burger buns were stale, and the zinger chicken was dry and rock solid! I will never be eating from here again, utterly disgusting and awful service.

Delivery was very quick from Sutton Town centre about 5pm. But both chicken and chips were barely warm and tasted awful. The chicken was totall dried up as if it had been sitting in fat all day. Without a doubt the worst kentucky I've ever had. I've had deliveries from Princess Alice several times before and although much further away from home, its always been delicious and hot.

ordered some meals and to my dismay the fries packets were both packets half empty so when complaining to the Indian lady who was the manager 05/12 she replied abruptly that's what you get for a regular size it was not the case as I been to different KFC before and never like this also the large pop corn box was half empty, what i did notice was the man at the back was filling in the popcorn box with a scoop and then tipping over half out and handing them to serve, he was also throwing the burger boxes onto the trays leaving them to be half open lids absolute Pr';@$! should be sacked. so guys please recheck your orders and the packaging aren't half empty! or better still avoid this KFC!!

Finally enjoying a day off and felt needed a treat so ordered on just eat and looked forward to some lovely food. Sadly when it turned up I was missing a mighty bucket for one and a mini fillet burger. Was gutted so phoned them up and explained what had happened and the person on the other end just gave attitude and was told come and collect it or phone just eat and get a refund, no apology or anything and the fact they messed up and I had to do sort out a refund meself. My partners food was barely Luke warm and the person I dealt with in just eat was very apologetic despite it not being there fault

I would advise that you shout very clearly in this restaurant to the cashiers because they seem to have anger issues and do not hear properly. They messed up all of our orders as well.

First day open after lockdown and first messed up order, to be fair I should have known better with their pedigree. Will never go there again.

Bought a sizzling bucket with 6 pieces of chicken asked for breast and drumsticks only got 5 pieces of back and 1 drummer Most of it was uneadible and binned

Rude staff at drive thru. Missing order and missing customer service, never had problems here before
