Kfc in Wyre Forest

27/9/24 Ordered my food at 7.08pm £32. Didn't arrive until 9:40pm! I attempted to ring them 14 times to find out where my order was, unable to cancel because of how Just Eat works. Not once did any1 ever answer the phone even after I let it ring out in full each time. In the end got so annoyed that I got a lift down to the store at 9:30pm. Saw a Just Eat driver walking away with an order and asked him if it was for me. I even showed him the order number, GAVE HIM THE ADDRESS AND NAME and he said no. AS IM AT THE COUNTER WAITING TO ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. Just Eat updates to say your order has left. THE GUY I JUST SPOKE TO, THAT TOLD ME HE DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER, HAD MY ORDER AND WAS ON HIS WAY TO MY HOUSE!!! WE FOLLOWED HIM ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY HOUSE. STOOD RIGHT BEHIND HIM ON MY DOOR STEP AND SAID THATS MY FOOD. No apology, Nothing! To top it all off all the food was F*CKING COLD! So ye, not happy.. Dont eat here..

I checked the KFC website for opening hours for Kidderminster branch. It stated closing time was 22.00 for restaurant and 23.00 for drive-thru. I arrived at 20.10, only to find a cone blocking the drive-thru, and the restaurant closed! Why advertise opening hours, and then ignoring them? A right shambles. Most unprofessional.

Rang and rang and rang again… no answer. Totally ignored. Spent £40 on an order for my son’s birthday treat and over half of it was missing and what was there was wrong. Think the staff only know how to count bits of chicken into a bucket as that’s the only thing that was right with the order. Disgusting and rubbish. I’ll not bother again.

Missing items yet again. Overcharging seems to be company policy. No response on the phone, you just get cut off. Absolutely shocking service .

Food is ok when/ if you get it but the service and layout of the drive thru is ridiculous. There are 3 windows around the building before you get to the pay point and anyone new won't have a clue which one to stop at. This results in people having to drive around a couple of times at least. The order point is actually the first zone- but it has sign and looks like it's out of order. You pull up to it and no one speaks for a minute or so which results in the customer drinking to the next window- which is not attended - and do you then drive around again. It's dumb! Just put a large sign out at the first point saying PAY HERE! I went today and did all the above before being told that they hadn't got any vegan burgers- 'did I want anything else?' As I'm vegetarian and it's the only veggie option available the answer is obviously no! I mentioned about the order point confusion and suggested it should be made clearer and the voice simply repeated, 'Do you want anything else?!' Hopeless...

Had a kfc chicken meal last night and it was shocking,this kidderminster branch should get worst kfc medal in the midlands if the country reall poor....

Ordered a KFC via just eat . Were advised order was being prepared and driver was at restaurant at 9pm . 10pm arrived and no food. Nobody answers phones or provides updates your just left hungry to chase a refund . Don't bother using them

I hadn’t been to the kfc in Kidderminster for 2 months as I love to go for my cappuccino but the machine hasn’t been working so I haven’t been.So today at 10.40am on Tuesday 17th October ,I decided to go, so I asked for a wrap of the day meal with a cappuccino. The women told me it was cash only as the card machine was still down.The women had put it through the till, five minutes after I was then told the cappuccino machine isn’t working AGAIN , they offered me water or soft drinks instead , I said I don’t like soft drinks or water with my meal or I would of just had wrap or the day. The manager came and asked me what the problem was, I said there was no problem just that the coffee machine is not working and I ordered a cappuccino.He then asked me if I wanted a soft drink or water and and I explained to the manager I already said this to the women that I didn’t want that . And if I was told at the start that there was no cappuccino ,I would have just had a wrap of the day on its own for £1.99. The manager then said to me “you are not loosing out on a drink anyway because it’s the meal is the same price if you wasn’t to have a drink”I corrected him and said I the drink comes with the meal and is included. Im the end manager then deducted the cappuccino from the bill and the chips and charged me for the wrap and gave me the fries for free. After eating my meal I then went to get some serviettes , however the front counter had no supply’s of tissues of salt ,so I was was about to ask the women for some serviettes and she rudely comments saying “ are you back for your cappuccino now are you”? This experience made me feel like I was unwanted and not respected so I won’t be returning to this kfc again. I visit the kfc on Cheltenham golden valley , I have amazing 5 star meals every-time and the service is incredible , I am a huge kfc fan, it’s just disappointing how the Kidderminster store can’t match this service. I had to go to mc doanlds to get a cappuccino in the end

We used the drive through KFC, ordered food and asked for a receipt. When we got home (3miles) the chips were cold and under cooked. My wife had popcorn chicken as part of her meal, (which had 8pieces) Mine had 19. And we didn’t get the receipt we asked for. This isn’t the first time we have had substandard food and disappointed experience. It seems they can never get reliable staff. I called the branch to complain there was no answer, so I left a message, let’s see if anybody at KFC takes notice of Tripadvisor comments and can actually improve this local branch. William

I wish there was a zero I could give this KFC. Waiting an hour, one excuse after the next, from disinterested staff who just feel the app orders aren't their problem. Wish we could've got a refund and gone home. 100% validates my argument that there's nothing good about " fast food". Still haven't got our food!!!

Went on sat evening 2 Sep at 8:30pm. Waited forever for the drive through so gave up and went inside. Massive wait . Not very busy. No good cooked and took them ages to process the orders. Definitely cannot be called a fast food restaurant!

Food is always terrible here which is surprising from a franchise where you have expectations of a certain standard. Service is slower than it would be to slaughter my own chicken and hand pluck it before guessing at the spices to coat it in.

Really poor service. It's run by kids, no one to complain to a managers not here. Went up to the front to tell them food was missing to be told do i look bothered whilst playing on his one. I gave it a while and went back last night to find the drive thru was closed the kiosk was closed. Went inside all the self services had out of order and when I placed my order and my son's which was a twister meal and mine was a zinger meal I payed about 21 quid which I'm sure wrong. I went to kiosk to be told they don't have anyone who can help plus yet again food was missing. I won't be using this store ever again. What also annoyed me was groups of kids sitting swearing and lunging over tables not even purchasing anything and nothing was done.several people complained.

I am writing this review because i want to tell you about an amazing employee who served me. They deserve recommendations and gave me 5 star service. Their name is Shaniqua williams and they helped me to work the machine so i could order my meal. They also gave me excellent service and were very polite. I hope she gets told about this as she is clearly an amazing and hard-working employee. You are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Ordered through Uber on several occasions items always missing from order!!! Just had 2 lots of the Tuesday Chicken Deal and it was lovely. Good sized portions of really nice chicken. We’re all full and there are still some pieces of chicken in a Tupperware container for later. Very pleasant and helpful person took the order (I get a bit flustered at drive throughs). The meals were ready when we drove round to collect it and everything was well cooked and lovely and hot. Definitely have this Tuesday deal again. Thankyou.

The staff truly are incompetent rude and unhelpful. Took the order and paid for everything I wanted. Half of it was missing. Go to the McDonald’s at least you have a chance of getting what you pay for.

I wonder if the senior management of KFC ever read the customer reviews of this branch, after the other branch in Kidderminster closed i used this Stourport Road branch once and i swore never again, it was dirty, full of kids throwing chips at each other, staff only laughing at them, asked to see the manager and was told he had ""popped out"" for a smoke, waited 45 minutes but according to the member of staff i eventually spoke to he was still smoking, NEVER AGAIN.

Got to be the worst KFC I’ve ever been into. Peak times there’s one working the till. It’s a shambles. I feel for the dude working the till. No help. Manager hiding out the back as per usual.

This has to be the worst fast food experience available anywhere. Can easily take up to 40 mins to receive anything as you stand in a long queue waiting to be served by the one person that then has to wait to complete the order whilst the one person behind the scenes cooks. Astonishingly slow and unfathomably poor service.....just hire some staff!!!!

Seems to me that the stourport road KFC is run by random people coming off the streets, specifically asked for no drumsticks in a mega box more than once, and still got one. Food was nearly cold not to mention being sat there for years waiting for it

Visited here multiple times over the last year and whilst there has been a wait most times, it hasn't been as long as previous reviews state. Also, the food itself has been correct and cooked and hot. Mostly clean inside and out and staff helpful when need their support.

Visited on 20th July for a quick bite to eat before heading home. Wish we hadn't bothered! Greated by no one who had any idea what they were doing followed by loads of people out of uniform behind the counter, am convinced they were mates of the staff just helping themselves!

Took the grandchildren for a holiday treat today as they rarely go for fast food and were looking forward to choosing a Krushem. When we ordered the server mumbled no Krushems at all, also no coffee whatsoever. No reason / apology given.

Firstly 30 mins wait for food, staff don’t seem to care! A guy came in and said he had been waiting 45 mins for a bucket on drive through! Last time I visited I waited 40 mins! This is a big let down for the chain as I have visited many and never got this experience.

Just walked out after been told we can't scan you code because the card machine is not working. The staff member was not polite and you don't scan you code on a card machine you type in the code number on the till as this done everytime I visit. So this is they lose this time missing out on a £30 food bill

Went through the drive thru on Sat.We were first told that there was no chicken ready, so we said that we'd go to Aldi then pop back.After going through a 2nd time we were told to wait in the car park, along with many other drivers. 20 minutes later our food arrived.The chips were cold we discovered when we got home. Last time we're going to go there.

Yesterday it was my friends birthday she wanted KFC so we purchased it on the way to her house. The most rudest assistant ever taking the order ! Did not listen to instruction which was 3 large coleslaw please ensure they are put in a separate bag as on top of hot food is unacceptable! So what happened the exact thing we asked not to. No Corn on the cob when we got to our friends in the bag ! Chips cold popcorn chicken cold and buckets of chicken nearly cold ! I made a complaint to HQ about staff attitude I don’t want a voucher I wanted to be spoken to correctly like I would speak to her ! My comments being you need to retrain your staff sir I said. Reading all these comments not the first ! I see never again

Visited last night and ordered a party bucket. When at home noticed hot wings and popcorn chicken was missing and short on chicken portions. But more to the point what was there was disgusting and made me and my 2 yr old very ill with persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. The staff were very rude and didnt look like they took pride in the product they were selling. Only went there because im having a gastric sleeve in 3 weeks time so was my last take away night. Kfc ruined it for me was not impresed definitely avoid it at all costs if you dont want to be ill. I have contacted thier head office so lets see...

Visited with family for the first ( and last ) time today. After getting our takeaway order completely wrong, we questioned the member of staff who served us who was rude, sarcastic and looked at us as though we were stupid. When my daughter asked her why she felt the need to dismissive and rude, she sniggered and laughed with the girl serving next to her!. Whatever happened to respect and customer service? I am a retail manager, and quite frankly, if one of my staff had behaved in such a manner, they would be on report. I am sending an email to head office outlining my grievances. So Paige if you can read this, I suggest you sign up for some peoples skill training, because you certainly need it. I won't be returning and will be advising my friends and family give it a wide berth too.

Dined for the first time at the recently opened KFC in Kidderminster. Unfortunately, it's no worse or nor better than any other KFC. IN my opinion, all KFC food has deteriorated very much over the last year or so. Chicken pieces are now no longer crispy, but instead are in the main soggy. The taste is still there, but sadly the appeal has gone. Fries which used to be good are now thin and again soggy and quiet tasteless. It's a pity, because I was a big fan of KFC, but I'm afraid that it has gone down hill. Not really a place for me anymore.
