Crap service .full tramps dirty druggys .slow service cold food .rude manger .dirty tables short staff .think there delivery first .want put nothing Wright .put hot chips on cold chips .

It took an hour and half for my food to arrive I would like a full refund

Food was burnt and requested a refund but refused and service was slow, and nobody answers the phone either.

Bullshit I ordered food and it got cancelled and no money back it's bin 3 days

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAMES I place an order that cost me 31 pounds via urber eats but the order was supposed to come between 1 and 1.25 am did not come so iv phone them up and they were rude to me they told me they try to call me 4 times which they didn't and I said I would either want a refund or delivery fresh they said it will cost me extra 3 pounds which I paid when the food did arrive the chips were horrible the donner meat was dry I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN order from there beware !!! I do not blame uber eats as I got intouch and thery were helpful I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER ONCE I KNOW WHERE I CAN

Really Terrible, by all means, the worst fish and chips resturant I have ever ordered from. The fish is cooked to the level it becomes like stone and the bread looks like from 2 days ago. Even the Newyork hot dog is also terrible. My advice don't order from this resturant

The lady with the curly hair said she is the manager? 🤷🏻‍♀️ she used the toilet and walked out without washing her hands. Straight into the kitchen. Pancakes was Rock hard.

Never order online always collect. Useless staff and everytime you will have missing items without fail. On our doorstep and they been shafting the community for years

Usually pretty good but delivered the wrong pizza, ordered Hawaiian got some sort of pepperoni meat mix, too salty for me, to late to reorder

They have a contact number but never answer the phone to sort out online orders. They will accept your online order but not answer your call

I went in as hungry ever being obese that's not that hard anyway man ordered a kebab and he gave me a flipping oil filled wrap like come on boss man fix up

McDonald's at it's best is still bad! Food was OK for McDonalds but tables were sticky and it wasn't a nice experience. Staff were helpful but sadly the customers were the issue. Walking off and leaving tables of total mess. Drive through from now on.

Burgers just about warm, fries cold, drinks seemed to be more water than flavouring, pretty tasteless meal altogether.
