The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

No estoy seguro de por qué este McDonalds dice que está abierto y las 24 horas. Esto puede ser cierto en un viernes o sábado ocupado. A pesar de mostrarse como abierto en el sitio web a medianoche de un miércoles, el personal no pudo atender los pedidos de los clientes, lo que llevó a una fila de automóviles que se alejaban. Sería mejor si aparecieran cerrados durante ciertas horas si ese es el caso para evitar trayectos innecesarios.

Ordered a mother's day takeaway consisting of: Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger Large Mixed Meat Kebab and Chips Curry Sauce Crispy Mushrooms Cheesy Chips Mozzarella Sticks Driver dropped it off and when we unpacked the order realised the Kebab and Chips were missing. Tried to phone the driver several times and received no response. Also tried to phone Crispy Cod approx 7 times and each time the phone just rang out. Website said no longer taking orders so assume they'd closed early (website says open until 21:00 and we were trying to make contact at 20:15). Not sure how they've left out the biggest / most expensive item off the order but if you're sending substandard deliveries out then feel like you should at least be contactable for a period of time after. Not sure who is to blame here (Delivery Driver or Crispy Cod) but leaving this review on the basis we didn't receive what we ordered and Crispy Cod were not contactable to resolve which left us with a big inconvenience in trying to have a meal. Will be avoiding in future.

Horrible atención al cliente por amina. Suéltame el teléfono varias veces, hice el pedido cuando quería cancelarlo y hablaba groseramente cada vez. Pedí comida para una fiesta, pero no otra vez. Necesita ser despedida.

Christmas Eve morning/lunch time staff defo in the Christmas spirit! Sweetest people and such good service, helping me with coffee “for the emotional distress”. Merry Christmas to them all 🤍

I thought they may of been some improvements with staff & food after recent refurbishment but how wrong was I , rude manager / staff and cold food as usual !!

Went on 29th Sunday really busy staff were really working hard and they all had nice happy attitude despite the pressure they were under. Highly recommend to family and friends. Great way to top up for the afternoon shopping.

Tuve una entrega absolutamente impactante, lo único comestible fue el mcflurry. Patatas fritas calientes, Big Mac estaba frío y demasiado cocido. No pidas desde aquí.

It was actually a lunchtime half term order I placed from Castlegate McDonalds. My bigmac was missing and I can't get through to the store to tell them, plus there was no straw with the milkshake. Utterly shoddy and unacceptable. It may only be a burger but I'm working from home today and was really looking forward to it. How sad!

I gave this a 5 star rating cause this is one of the best kfc I have had. I been going to this one a while and the staff are always friendly. Also every time I have this kfc it always hot which is rare and the chicken is always fresh and crispy and juicy and also you always get a mixture when you order a bucket which is nice.

We went through the drive through and part of order was two children's happy meals which we asked for with plain burgers, we double checked at the next window as the display said cheese burgers and were assured that they would be plain. Both had cheese on them which we had to scrape off, all of the fries were cold and the chocolate milkshake was a weird vanilla/chocolate combination. I had low expectations and they failed to meet them all.

In short, my order can sometimes end up slightly complicated because of sensory issues; I often have to ask people to talk to the kitchen to do a specific thing. I had to this time and the lady who I believe is a manager was lovely about it, said I could make sure it was correct and everything. Lovely experience

Awful staff, bloke on the order hatch was a proper dozy t#%t getting a simple child’s meal order wrong as he was too concerned on his phone. The aggressive “lady” at collection was argumentative when challenged on the order. Avoid at all costs. 03/01/25 @ 17:30

Dirty restaurant. Food smeared on walls. Filled with kids and mess. Floors dirty. A far cry from other restaurants - need to get a grip on cleanliness.

We ordered on the app, got to the drive thru & waited quite a while, we were told to park up & they would bring the food over. About 15 minutes later a lad appeared with our bag of food, no hello…sorry for your wait etc, very rude! We ordered a bucket of chicken wings, they were greasy and tasteless & went in the bin. I won’t be ordering or visiting here again

It's a great place but try to make the orders go quicker and it will be a good place. I love to go there and I like the chicken nuggets. They make it perfect
