Mcdonalds Restaurants in Walsall

Don’t go, car park will issue you a fine for £100 if you’re there more than 20 minutes and signs aren’t clear, especially at night. Absolute joke.

Don't get stuck in the drive through like I did or you'll get a parking ticket that cant be appealed because "there's a sign on the entrance". Waited 23 minutes for 2 coffees sat in the waiting bay. What a joke.

Would score -10 if option was on here. Half order missing, could not get ANYONE! to answer phone numerous calls all ignored bar one when a girl answered and left phone on side and no one attending to me Who ever the duty manager working on Saturday 17th needs RETRAINING. One member of family left a without their meal. No one to contact and no way of getting refund See below over 35 calls!!!! AVOID this macdonalds..

Had experience in today with both Walsall McDonald's both places serving cold food, and very poor service

First off - this McDonalds is almost always busy. You will have to wait for your food. It's unfortunate, but if you know in advance, it's fine. There are self-service machines for ordering, which is great for anxious people. There's plenty of seating, especially upstairs. The toilets are cleaner than I'd expect - if I'm in town they're my 'public' toilet of choice. It's about as clean generally as you'd expect for a McDonalds - some food on the floor and sticky tables, but nothing you wouldn't expect and account for in a McDonalds. There's some parking outside, which is helpful for some. The food is cooked as standard and tastes just like you'd expect of a McDonalds. There are no real problems with this McDonalds - it's absolutely fine. If you want a McDonalds, this is an absolutely fine one to go to.

Found a stick in the chips put me off mcDonalds for life never taking my family there ever again. I dont even wanna eat this crap food again dont no what in it.

Not far from Sainsburys Supermarket is a good place to eat. My Partner Bret Packer and I love going there after shopping.

i ordered via uber eats last night and half my order was missing, when i rang mcdonalds as uber eats are useless the mcdonalds staff refused to correct the problem leaving me £11.89 out of pocket. Terrible place avoid unless u want to be left out of pocket

Meant to be a "fast food" restaurant... certainly not. Waited over 20mins for my order, asked several times what the delay was to be told some of my order was being cooked. Not a problem, I'd prefer freshly cooked food anyway. Eventually got my order, it was luke warm - at best! Yes, i had taken it away. Yes, i was on my way home but surely freshly cooked food is meant to stay quite warm for more than 10mins. Won't be returning. Awful service.

This Maccers is by far the worst of them all. I go here on a regular and EVERY single time they get my order wrong. I don’t recommend wasting your money or time because you’ll be waiting a hell of a long time for lukewarm food and missing items.

Visited here a few times now and I’m gonna say it, This is the LAST time I come here. First time they got my order completely wrong and had to change It twice, you’d think someone with no brain cells could put a cheeseburger together, but no apparently not. The second time I visited the food was stone cold and asked to change it, took 15 minutes until my replacement meal came bare in mind there were only 3 other customers in. The drinks machine seems to be broke often, you’d be the luckiest person alive if you come and the ice cream machine is working. The staff are under trained and inactive. All of this as well as the homeless people outside and the drunk people hanging around at night time. Do not bring your children here. Avoid at all costs and go to the other McDonalds in the town centre. The 5 minute walk is worth it rather than go to this tragic excuse of a McDonald’s. Ronald McDonald him self wouldn’t **** on this place. Dragging Mcdoanlds name through the dirt.

Long wait for table service, food not bad though chocolate drink was dishwater but immediately replaced. Wrap was marked wrong immediately replaced. Interior upstairs does remind me of a prison visit but ok. Why 5 star because staff member was great and the fries were the best fries crisp and hot. In mitigation place was busy at 13.20

As we were in Walsall dropped off on way home. Nice new McDonald's just off the main carriageway. We had table service. Nice friendly staff

Went in to McDonald’s ordered a vegan burger,would not take Scottish money funny I thought this was Great Britain all money is the same so any Scottish people don’t go to McDonald’s in WalSalk 54 park st the manger off this place was very rude,I do believe I will take court action on this matter McDonald’s you will be hearing from me 😡

Bought for my family, big macs burgers where burnt no big mac sauce, double cheese burgers dry with the smallest amount of ketchup no mustard and it wasnt even busy so no excuse for it, burger king for me and kids next time waste of money, dogs enjoyed them though.

The food itself is fine. However, they now keep the straws behind the counter. I somehow lost my mine, so ended up having to take the lid off to drink my coke. Oh well. This place gets very busy and is often packed with screaming kids. So it might be worth sitting outside if you want to keep your eardrums intact.The service is average. It's not overly fast for a fast food restaurant. And don't expect a smile. The cleaning staff tend to be over-zealous and one time even threw away my drink from right in front of me. She also wouldn't let me get to the bin to put my rubbish in it once I had actually finished. Perhaps she just really likes her job.Over all, it's fine here. I would come again. Just keep on an eye on your drinks! lol

Visited this shop for a quick lunch, my order was forgotten due to it being insanely busy. I got served by a girl called Sunita and she was so sincere in her apology that I couldn't be angry. Amazing service and an upgrade for free! I cannot complain.

Clean fast and efficient nice doughnut good tea all tables clean toilets also clean all in all what you expect from a well run McDonalds.. far superior to that fleapit kfc

Called in for a quick lunch and a cup of tea. Had an absolutely amazing Fillet of Fish and a cup of tea. The food and drink was perfect and I was lucky to have visited a a relatively quiet time . The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.

food good.. value for money ..lots of staff ..not always happy to help .. reasonably clean , and the wait was not long for service or food .

Came here for breakfast, took ages to get served, more interested in dealing with drive through customers and wonder why ordinary diners bother as staff almost ignored us, food was ok just very poor service

Went in Fri night 7.35pm stood at counter to order and 5 different staff members and two management walked passed me and ignored me, the only person at the counter in the whole store 11 minutes went by and I was repeatedly ignored apart from the occasional glances by the staff until after 14 minutes and 37 seconds according to my watch I ran out of patience and walked out of the store. Absolute disgrace to the Mcdonald's brand a total shambles with management leading the way to poor staff performance will not visit here again.

A good service although they do tend to rush their orders and some of the new employees don't see to know what their doing. There is no consistency their service. Could be improved.

Es lo que es. Cocinas aparecen limpias, no siempre con una sonrisa, pero lo usamos para lo que requieren sólo de ser necesario, un aperitivo rápido si corto de tiempo. No es un lugar generalmente personalmente recomendaría a un amigo.

Nos encanta hamburguesas y fuimos allí 2-3 veces. En dos ocasiones nos decepcionó y así que no vayas. La comida estaba fría, el lugar sucio y ruidoso, tarda una eternidad en servirnos y el personal parecía miserable y eran apenas educado.

No comer la comida, simplemente alquilarla. Nunca he clasificado esta "restaurante" cadena supuesta. Hay muchas mejores hamburguesas y patatas fritas son cocinadas adecuadamente una mejor relación calidad-precio en otro lugar. Not many seats as they are all took up downstairs and with loud teenagers hanging about upstairs making it feel unsafe to go up there and even go to the toilet.

Went for breakfast asked for sausage and egg snack wrap with brown sauce got an egg and bacon with red sauce! I there was three customers so no excuse for being busy. Cold restaurant an a cold day. Will give this one a miss in future and go to Burger King across the road.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to anywhere in the world.The staff were rude and the place was a tip.Delayed food meant we missed out on our train (10 minute wait!) all the while the staff were standing around chatting.Avoid at all costs.Worst.

I don't normally give bad reviews on Trip Advisor but I felt this had to be done. McDonalds is very much exactly the same in any of there stores worldwide, so the expectations are normally the same where ever you go, but never in my entire human existence have I been treated in such a way that has caused me to email and call McDonalds about the way this store is treating its customers. You may think I am being unreasonable but as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter if you go to McDonalds and have a 99p small fries or got to a 5 start establishment and have a 5 course meal you should always expect good service. Friendly and Professional. Also, I'm not going on a anti McDonald's Crusade, I have eating in loads of fast food places and I do quite like there fries. So here it goes, around 15:15 on Saturday the 14th of June. I decided to go into McDonalds wanting some fries. The person who served never even bothered to say "Can I take the next order?" as you would expect. Instead she looked at me as if I was an inconvenience to her and she didn't say anything to me. Not even hello. I asked nicely if I could have some small fries to takeaway. Simple enough right? Well no, she charged me for a double cheeseburger that I never ordered. I then said that I never ordered a double cheeseburger just fries. She argued with me about this and I wanted to see the bill for what I ordered which should be on the till facing the customer. This for some odd reason was not working by not showing anything. I asked her about this and wasn't leaven listening to me at this point and pointed to a menu which was on the other side of the restaurant saying "there's a menu over there, look at it!" So after we sorted that out and paid there was no apology when she was clearly in the wrong so at this point, I had enough. I confounded her about her abysmal behavior towards me and said "You need to work on your customer skills" then she shouted back "They're perfect thank you very much!" Far from it! At this point I was shocked "Excuse me?" I replied "You heard!" So then I asked for the manager and guest what? The person who served me the whole time was indeed THE manager! She then pointed the finger at me and said how she was a human being and how rude I was being. "Excuse me I've been very polite up to this point and I'm a human being to. A human being who is a paying customer!" After a few crossed words, she said "I don't have time for this, do you want you fries or not?" "Yes" I said. Took my fries and left. All of that for fries. Never have I meet such an incompetent, rude and aggressive manager in all my life! If there is any justice in this world, she would loose her job. After this, I have contacted McDonalds on there website to file a complaint and I am still waiting to here back from them. Moral of the story, Don't go to this McDonalds!

We went here at the beginning of May (4 of us) and I ordered 2 happy meals different types and a double cheese burger with chicken nuggets and criss cross fries. We waited ages for the criss cross fries to be done and had to wait for all the other ordered food until those fries where ready, then when we finally got our food I noticed at the counter the double cheese burger was missing! so after sorting that out and getting the burger we headed to our seats only to find that the one happy meal was also wrong (burger instead of chicken nuggets). Not a good experience and a lot of waiting and hassle, if you eat here check your order is correct!
