The best Burger Chain in the world! I first found five guys in Florida and thought it was just a stand alone restaurant in a shopping mall. I ate the burger and honestly was so impressed that it now an instant must have whenever I see the Five Guys sign. You can order at the till or online, both are simple. The amount of free extras you can have in a burger is amazing. Chips are a hit or miss, nothing to do with Five Guys but the amount of sugar in the potato. You always get loads even in the small portion. My favorite free extra is the Monkey Peanuts that are roasted and salted. It’s the only place in the UK that sells them like that and honestly they are always the best peanuts anywhere!

It would of been better if they had put the right number on the burgers and got the order right Unfortunately they didn’t shame you price the price for what you want and when it doesn’t come as expected it does leave you disappointed 2 stars

Thought we’d try it as not many choices in the outlet village for food . Had 2 little burgers, chips to share and 2 drinks - cost around £35… more than double what we would have spent at McDonald’s. We struggled a little with the menu as we’d never been to a five guys before so took a few minutes to order and didn’t find the staff that helpful with the explaining tbf. Food was quick and nice but not worth the huge price tag. Maybe I’m old fashioned but if I’m spending £35 on a meal it should be table service. Don’t think I would go again as not really value for money

Shopping at retail outlet with grandchildren. Not many places to eat there so we opted for Five Guys. Very cold day but hot drinks are not on the menu. Very small burgers and one of the cheapest looking hot dogs I've ever seen scrunched up in tin foil.Limited toilet facilities. Lunch for 3 adults and 3 children cost us £86. Total rip off and we won't be visiting again

good location in designer outlet shopping village - with limited choice of eateries and queues outside the other two, this really hit the mark. it had been some considerable time since we'd visited Five Guys - one of the first in the UK and not been particularly impressed at that experience but have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a burger each and shared little fries - with all the toppings. disappointed that no hot drinks available as it was a cold and wet day and didn't want a cold drink so had to go elsewhere for that. food tasty, well prepared and very filling. not cheap but not really that different price from other higher priced burger outlets. happy to recommend it.

Only visited as the designer outlet which this is situated in has very little choice for food. Have been to a Five Guys before and felt it to be over-priced but this was years back in Birmingham. Cheeseburger was around the £10 mark, was going to have chips as well but the regular came in at around £5 which I thought was taking the Michael so didn’t order, also had water as drinks were equally as expensive too. We waited about 15 mins for the food, which wasn’t too bad but we were order 35 and 36-39 came before us and 4 staff members seemed to be not cooking anything so I went to the counter to enquire and like magic the order appeared! Ha! So the burger itself was nice to be honest, however- as standard they are doubles, I’d have preferred a single, and yes they do taste good but just like a home BBQ burger really, and I’ll be honest I’d have rather have had a McDonald’s any day of the week over this, and paid the same price. Five Guys is fast food bordering on restaurant prices (Id rather pay a little more and eat a burger at a restaurant) it's a massive hype that teenagers seem to love! Can't see them lasting another 10 years in the UK with this cost of living crisis.

Five of my family dined here and we each ordered a burger of some sort plus fries and drinks, sadly 4 out of 5 burgers arrived with items missing, asked if we wanted the missing items separately isn't really the point and my burger was re done by which time I'd started to go past hungry, when spending £88 you kind of hope that your food is right, complete waste of money, it was our first and last visit to a five guys, slim chickens or one of the other food places is far far worth your money

Very mediocre food, slow service, unseasoned bland fries and extremely high prices. £10 for a simple burger is shocking and it was definitely not worth it. You have been warned!

Please balance your seasoning, the fry’s are full of it and the burgers none. The milkshakes are amazing Come on it’s not just about the ingredients, you need to put some salt in the burger

£7.65 for a hot dog. We expected exceptional for the price. In reality they are the size of a small breakfast sausage from a supermarket and in a 10p bun. The taste was bland and the bacon was like a piece of burnt plastic. Over £28 for two hot dogs, 2drinks and one large fries was shocking. Never again

With the only toilet option being unisex, this does not make for a pleasant experience as a woman. Also, my daughter doesn't like burgers, so opted for the 'hotdog' option. She didn't like it. It dawned on me that it's because it's made from beef and not pork. Why is this? We waited over 30 mins for our order too. What a waste of money.

First let me commend the staff to say they were excellent. All the way through their chain of order I couldn't. Hard working and friendly. Just a shame they are working with a ridiculously over priced product. That might be harsh on the product. But when you have spent £35 on 2 adult burgers, a child's burger, 1 portion of regular fries and 1 milkshake I'm actually hoping for something more memorable. I think if I've spent half the money on these items I'm walking away reasonably happy. But I don't know where 5 guys get off charging so much money for something so average. I've had an itch for a 5 guys for quite a while. Had one in 2015 on a stag do in London and thought it was decent. But I was also 8 beers in. Needed to check and it just hadn't happened until yesterday. And it won't happen again. I will say it is a better burger than McDonald's or Burger King, etc. But it is not 2 to 3 times the price better. What grinds me more is this £35 spent pays for a really good curry from my local which is quality. I get poppadoms with the dips, 3 meals, rice, naan and critically change. And I feel I've missed out. Itch scratched. I won't be back.

First time at Five Guys today thought we would grab some lunch whilst at the Outlet Centre and will definitely be the last! £32 for 2 meals 😳 burger, fries and soda and hot dog which was tough as old boots fries and milkshake. Was waiting over 10 mins for food and then it was just placed in a brown paper bag and handed to me. Never again 👎🏻 Poor quality and overpriced!

We have never been to a Five Guys and on a week off decide to try it whilst at the designer outlet park. First impression as you walk in is clean and spacious. The chap on teh front desk welcomed us and went through the menu explaining all the toppings, free extras and meal deals. Whilst he has probably been trained to do this he was really enthusiastic and polite. The burgers were prepared fresh as was my delicious milkshake. I would say time from paying to food up was around 5 minutes The fries - like mini wedges. Hot and tasty. The guy supplied some extra Cajun seasoning for me to try as my wife did not want any on our shared fries. We took the medium size fries and there were a lot! The Burgers. I remarked it was great to see a burger than looks like the advertising image. Thick, juicy and tasty patties and add your own toppings made this a really filling meal. My wife had a coke and I opted for a Biscof and salted caramel shake which was amazingly thick and topped off with whipped cream. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a really bad experience here, overcooked dry burger served on a soggy bun, nowhere near as good as any other 5guys I’ve I’ve been to. Avoid
