Enjoyable food as always. The only problem was, which was my fault I ordered a 6inch sub instead of a normal footlong which I regretted because the food was yum. Enough said.

Started queuing for breakfast at 10.45 (which finished at 11am). Due to their slowness it was a few minutes past 11 by the time I was served (after waiting almost 20 minutes) and they said breakfast had finished! Pathetic - they don't deserve to be in business

Starting queuing at 10.45 for breakfast which was served until 11am. About 8 other customers in the queue - 2 staff seen but only 1 ever serving. When finally served at 11.02 asked for breakfast - told ‘stop serving at 11am. So lost out due to slow slow service!!

As a big fan of subways, I have a lot of lunches at their establishments.This was by far the worst visit I’ve ever had. Situated next to the service station toilets!! One member of staff was very rude and couldn’t be bothered. Made to wait for more than 5m to be severed and the. Had the pleasure of paying nearly £9 for the sandwich.When I asked why was it so much was simply told because it was a service station we can charge more!!!Won’t be visiting here again!!

Where is everyone? Pausing to stretch my legs on a trip north to Manchester, I first made for the loos at this Welcome Break.It's a long journey, round cobwebby corridors, but eventually you spy the familiar male and female stickman and stickwoman symbols in the distance.And just as you reach the door, you suddenly realise that you've walked right through one of the strangest Subway franchises in the UK - the Mary Celeste of restaurants... empty, eerily silent, abandoned. Yet it isn't. It's just sited in the oddest place, at the door to the bogs.Nobody was here, and nobody looked like showing up. I suppose, as it's largely cold food, it doesn't really matter. 'Are you busy?' I asked. 'Not really," was the reply from behind the desk, from the one person on duty.It is off-putting, to say the least. But it seems pointless. There are other places to eat rather than this silent outpost. The food? Average.

After stopping here on our journey home I was horrified at the obvious rudeness and immaturity of the staff that work here. At one point I asked for tap water and the lady told me that they didn’t have a tap - she then walked off as if she had finished the conversation with me. Really disappointing. Luckily the food was to the usual Subway standard.

Wish I could leave a zero star!! After stopping here on our way home from the Lake District on Friday we headed to Subway for a quick convenient lunch! Whilst walking into the subway area my 2 year old daughter slipped on a wet floor and split her lip open so this should of been a warning sign of things to come! Ordered our food and sat down to eat - the service behind the counter was ridiculous, had 3 of the workers asking me questions at the same time about my sandwich whilst I was trying to comfort my daughter who at that point was covered in blood & crying! - no offer of a tissue or anything! They quite obviously couldn't cope with the queue of 5 people & were extremely flustered! Anyway we ate and left within 20 mins.....things took a nasty turn 5 hours later when we had arrived home my husband who had only eaten a foot long chicken salad sub the whole day was struck down with horrendous stomach cramps & a terrible case of D&V which has wiped him out for the past 72 hours to the point of nearly going to hospital where he can't even keep a sip of water down! - he's 6'4 and 19 stone so I can't even imagine what would happen to a young child or an elderly person who ate the same as him! I don't think we will be EVER EVER EVER EVER going near a subway again and one things for sure we will be driving past this services and never stopping here again! VILE

Normalmente me encanta el metro así que cuando nos detuvimos para conseguir un sándwich pensamos que sería como todos los otros subterráneos. Éramos los únicos en el mostrador y tuve que interrumpir la conversación de dos chicas a la orden. Suficiente, pero tan pronto como nos dieron la daga mirando ya pensé que este no iba a ser una parada agradable. Pedimos un sub con pollo primero y nos dijeron "no puedes tener pollo en los niños sub. Es jamón, pavo o vegetal sólo" No "lo siento" o la opción de pagar extra por pollo o explicación de por qué no podemos tener pollo ni nada. He ordenado en innumerables metros antes y siempre he conseguido una sub pollo para mi ya que ella tiene problemas sensoriales y los nuevos alimentos que son difíciles para ella (y yo no iba a comenzar una batalla tras 4 horas de coche). Teniendo en cuenta que había pollo disponibles unos pocos centímetros de su dedos me desilusionarse por la negativa de pantalla para poner el pan con pollo en ninguna razón de por qué! Como una cola estaba comenzando a formar por luego me dieron aturdió y simplemente nada para mí y mi familia y sin duda no regresemos.

Tuvimos que utilizar el metro para una comida, ya que no hay ascensor para acceder a los otros restaurantes en estos servicios. El personal era amable, la comida está recién preparada para usted y era muy sabrosa. Es una tienda de pepsi tan difícil suerte ventiladores de Coca Cola y el té y el café estaban bastante bien, la única leche para su té es UHT y no fresco.

Se detuvo a un bocado en servicios de keele, cogí un footlong metro, como siempre tener cuidado de no seleccionar nada con el pollo en ella de esa manera se encuentra la diarrea.

Como era de esperar a otros servicios de la autopista. No es nada especial y un poco decepcionado de que tenía que ir de sur a norte limite para llegar allí. Otra queja sobre este lugar parece ser la falta de una campana o timbre para atraer a los empleados atención cuando están ocupados en la parte de atrás. Un par de nosotros esperamos por unos pocos minutos antes de tener a gritos express nuestra necesidad de atención. Aparte de eso, es un lugar bastante estándar. Limpio y ordenado que se espera de esta cadena y la comida era la misma calidad.

Puede que sea lo que se puede esperar de un metro, pero no son todos iguales y éste fue uno de los mejores. Incluso mi amigo quien dice que comería allí me comí un sándwich y no me puedo quejar demasiado!

El pan es bueno y fresco, así como la ensalada. Tal vez la carne no es el mejor salami, albóndigas o lo que sea, pero si se necesita alimentación rápido que es una buena opción. £4 por 6 pulgadas o sólo 6 libras para doce. El personal es amable y eficiente aunque un poco pequeños.

We went to a dingy little hole in a little shopping mall in Liverpool, they threw our sub at us and it was disgusting. Staff are awful and the sandwich looks like it was dropped before we received it, we complained to subway and they didn't even respond or resolve it.....not had a subway since

This is the very first time I've ever got food from a Subway and it will be the last. I chose a seedy baguette as I thought it should be tasty, I then chose the breakfast option - egg, bacon & cheese. The egg was a slice of omelette, the bacon was ham and I don't know what the slice of processed cheese purported to be. This was then all warmed up to make the baguette even limper than it was before. Fortunately I opted for hot chilli sauce to go on the food (should I really call it food!), this did at least mean that there was a little bit of flavour. This was a really disappointing experience - limp, flat, tasteless and utterly awful. The coffee wasn't bad for motorway coffee, but oh dear, this is not what I expected. Are all subways as bad as this, or did I just get unlucky? I don't think I'll bother trying another.

shocking delivery time, driver updated saying at restaurant when not, the food was good as usual

order showed half hour late, sent message,no reply,rang,said it on way,rang 45 mins after, said they didn't get the order off just eat printer, said on its way again. turned up 20 mins after that, delivery guy didn't even acknowledge me just shoved food at me & left. food was hot but chicken extremely dry, couldn't really eat it. sorry won't order again.
