The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Food took 2hrs to come. To be told they are busy because of bank holiday! No communication from the shop i had to call to be told 15mins for the food to be another 35mins. We will not be ordering from here again!!

Very disappointed. We had our 2 Grandsons here and as a treat they had a Happy Meal which came without the toys - which is hard for little ones to understand. As for the food - it all had to be re-heated. The fries were pale and soggy, no crispness to them at all. One of the Big Macs looked like it had been thrown across the room - it was a mess inside the box. The Apple and shortcake McFlurry had hardly anything in it. Considering it all came to over £50 - it was a very poor service.

It was school holidays, so quite busy, but still quick service. Toilets very clean.

Food good, the big mac actually looked like a Big Mac, but one of the fries was missing.

Poped in here for a quick bite before i went to see friends. The burger was just cheap, nasty meat, could even finish it. Not sure why I even botherd as the staff werent in a hurry to speak with you, or take your order. Rude.

Given the location, parking is completely inadequate. A shame as Costa is normally a go too when on the road. Given parking is not provided for larger vehicles I am not sure how customers are supposed to visit if their vehicle will not fit in the spaces provided. Its Left a bitter experience at which point I'll stick to a well known alternative who do provide parking for their customers.

No hay señal de teléfono móvil de 4 g por lo que tiene que salir fuera del edificio para hacer un pedido a través de la aplicación, a menos que esté dispuesto a tomar la oportunidad de proporcionar los datos de su tarjeta en su WiFi público. Los guardias de seguridad son empleados desde muy temprano, presumiblemente para disuadir la delincuencia o el comportamiento antisocial.

Quick service. The bacon roll would put posh hotels to shame & as ever the coffee was proper tasty, all without pretentious pomp.

Oh dear, it’s not actually too bad if you get it from the place but don’t get a delivery, ours took quite some time but the main problem was it travelled so badly it was really not good at all. Not edible.

Waited in car park for 20 minutes, after ordering on drive through , had to go in store to see what the hold up was . When I got my egg McMuffin and coffee it was luke warm , obviously been sitting around for 20 mins ! Won’t be using this branch any more , better one at Chippenham,

Great service, but the chicken was inedible. It was almost soggy, did not have the classic crispy flavoured coating. We couldn’t eat it

We tried a few places whilst on holiday here for the February Half Term and enjoyed the chips from here. We actually ordered from here twice as we liked all the crispy ones. Appreciate its not for everyone but we don't like soggy chips so these were great.

Nicky... Absolutely disgraceful customer service skills! I work in retail.... If I had her customer service skills I wud be disgusted within myself and be grateful that I managed to even get employed???
