Food was ok but the restaurant is full of homeless either asleep or doing drugs in the ladies toilet.. not impressed

Been a few times over the past 3 weeks to order Happy Meals with Squishmellows and keep getting told no stock yet your adverts on TV continue every few minutes on kids channels advertising Squishmellows in the Happy Meals. Very disappointed. Seems like false advertising to me.

When I got my order number on the screen they already called my number. You know what that means?? A very cold food. Plus, I had 1 slice of pickle, 1 slice. Shame on you and your employees. Do you think people are stupid?? It's second time when this happens to me. Disgusting ... you don't deserve even 0 stars.

Disgraceful! SUNDAY night at 7.30pm, understaffed. No ketchup. Stations messy, tables messy, Ray Kroc would be turning in his grave. Mcdonalds Corp please follow up with franchisee. Toilets a disgrace, shouldn't there be a chart showing when last cleaned?! My roadside burger van in 1991 was better run than this.

Went to order with cash and they refused to accept it and insisted I used their machine! No way so went elsewhere. Imagine a company turning away money

Unacceptable service today just before 2pm. Our order somehow got lost in the system and still no food after a 20mn wait in a very chaotic atmosphere. When we finally asked where the food was, there was no explanation, no apology and the food was completely cold. There was no offer of a new burger. The whole lot got thrown in the bin as we walked away. Unacceptable, very poor and not going back.

On the day I visited, it was lunch time so it was quite busy. There was no table service and no hot apple pies. Everything else was ok. Unfortunately the whole experience wasn’t as enjoyable as other locations I’ve been to.

Disaster! Waiting time for delivery more than 1.5 hour. I order my food for my 4yo kid- during this time i built a house, planted a oak, and became a grandfather.... not recommended at all

It's McDonalds, you sort of know what you'll get. It felt sticky. Staff member that served us our food, a large chap, no mask. Smelt heavily of old sweat. Not what you want when about to eat.

At the end of the day, it’s a McDonald’s I hear you say…. But this was genuinely the worst Maccers experience I’ve ever known! No kids meal options because they’d run out of toys, no bbq or ketchup and the ketchup pump had also run out. The seats were sticky and the food was Luke warm and messily thrown together. Shocking.

Ordered breakfast on the McDonald's app just now went to collect it. Store closed, if the store is closed why is the app accepting orders? I walked all the way to the restaurant to collect doors were closed the member of staff at the door gestured we're closed I pointed to the app and explained I had placed an order she didn't even have the decency to open the door and explain the situation or apologise. Mcdonalds you seriously need to up your game and not take customers for granted.

There was no straw so I couldn’t drink my chocolate milkshake! There was ice in the Fanta when I actually wrote down specifically no ice! The food was really cold complete waste of money and won’t be ordering from here again unless compensated!

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate that we're having a baby. Best restaurant ever and can't wait to return for 18 years of McFlurries and Happy Meals!

Hoy el tiempo estuvo un poco inclemente y por eso necesitaba hacer algo realmente interesante y divertido pero también sabía que no quería gastar mucho dinero. Después de pensarlo mucho, por supuesto, tuve que ir a mcdonalds y resultó ser una decisión fantástica porque ahora mismo estoy en la cima del mundo porque la experiencia fue una delicia con una sorpresa extra a la que llegaré más adelante. Cuando llegué con mi esposa, nos recibió en la entrada principal un miembro del personal al que le indicamos que queríamos cenar adentro. Había una serie de tablas disponibles y, por supuesto, el extenso menú se muestra en pantallas grandes. Normalmente podemos pasarnos años decidiendo qué comer, pero hoy ha sido fácil. Una caja de 20 nuggets de pollo con una selección de curry y salsas agridulces, complementada con una gran porción de papas fritas y de postre, tarta de manzana, muffin de chocolate y dos cafés con leche. El restaurante no estaba muy ocupado y justo antes de irnos le pedí a un miembro del personal que le diera nuestro agradecimiento personal al jefe de cocina ya que nuestro almuerzo estaba caliente y muy sabroso, ¿y la sorpresa? Dos salsas agridulces extra. Estas personas realmente saben cómo cuidar a sus clientes. Por supuesto, las cosas son un poco diferentes, pero siempre sabes exactamente lo que obtendrás con mcdonalds. Una experiencia inolvidable, impecable y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Todo lo que queda por decir es, cinco estrellas hasta el final, Wow. La perfección personificada.

Family of 5 came for lunch. Staff very helpful directing us all the way through the process from queuing, ordering to being seated, keeping everyone covid safe. Staff pleasant and well informed/organised. Great team/management.

A guy called rak was unbelievably helpful, needed food for a disabled child who lives quite far from the store and no cab company would deliver the food. However, the mcdonalds staff stepped in and went above and beyond to help us out.

Poor service. They have "No gloves" policy while handling food! Saying they wash their hands every 30 minutes.

Busy, chaotic, but functional. The food was ok, although the chips were way over-salted. The self-order machines need to have their touch-screens recalibrated or something as it took quite an effort to select some items. Also the ketchup machines need refilling more often.

No spaces to park. Cold hamburgers. Drive thru chaos. Disaster. Why do you build a restaurant which can't uphold the demand?

We were in a hurry and popped in for some fast food. They were short staffed and the we had to wait for our food which arrived hot and delicious. It was definately worth waiting for.
