The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

The food was amazing as usual no complaints. However the employee serving me and my friends had no manners at all, seemed like he just wanted to get the order over and done with as quick as possible, I said thank you for 2 separate times and no response and did not offer any sort of customer service at all. Also he charged my friend extra for their salad which we only realised after.

Very slow, staff are not friendly and condescending but the food is so good the chicken is fresh and the sauces are so tasty

We bought today two Minecraft happy meal. Not so happy after all. Toys inside are not even minecraft. Children are disapointed and I can see why. Thank you McDonald :(((

I have a lot of problems using the McDonald's app.

chicken is fine but service is not got classic burger that got fries included with a drink had to ask for a drink myself in the end and fries wasnt included very unpleasant experience with staff that trying to fool customers

Terrible service, got a small fries in a medium box , ask the manager to fill it up and he said they do them by weight 😄, biggest load of lies ever , where are you weights when your throwing chips into a box that's held in yohr hand , poor customer service froma manger especially, very rude members of staff and very rude customer service , the only person in there doing there job is a lovely older lady but that's it . I'll be reporting to head office and area manager

Took forever to arrive and was cold

Chaotic service. Asked for item that was advertised on board and the girl serving me struggled finding it and didn’t know what it was. After 5 minutes of her becoming flustered I ordered something else, a simple tea cake. There were no clean/cleared tables. I had to sit for 20 mins with an uncleared and dirty table - some 30 mins later I received the tea cake and the table cleared but not cleaned!! The only positive was the young barista who served my decaff cappa. Won’t be using this cafe again !

Thought the portion sizes were quite generous for the salad, good amount of meat and cheese on them aswell as the salad.

Never had a bad meal,been using it for years, (so consistent) far better than the one on the market square

Customer service moderate, normally good service however on this occasion did not feel welcoming. Feel as though as time has passed the cleanliness has severely dropped in this store. Not much seating as the upstairs area is always closed. Use to get vouchers in the post which would make my time and money worth while as the vouchers used to be discounts so good for family lunch however they have stopped them for some reason… be a good touch to bring them back to bring back the returning customers. Salad needs to be fresher also.

Really good food. Highly recommend. Ordered online and was expecting to wait an hour but arrived within 20 minutes.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken which was over loaded with veg and i counted 3 small pieces of chicken. Satay chicken was the same. Felt like our order was rushed and thrown together. Never again!
