The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Had the best food after a long time. Chef Susa was very helpful in explaining the menu. Unforgettable experience!! Absolutely lovely

We went to bite me burger a couple of weeks ago and I highly recommend it! We had the trio of burgers with fries each and it was delicious! Great portion sizes. The staff are lovely and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. They are very accommodating and let you change sauces if you wish. Milkshakes were also tasty! They also have a clever idea of “Sunday roast burgers” which we are looking forward to going back to try!

I ordered cheesy chips. When I ate them half the chips were very undercooked so I threw them away. Very disappointed as have had nice food before

I rarely write negative reviews, but only the beer and the view lead to my 2 stars. Told I'd have to have a plastic drinking vessel if I wanted to sit outside. I'm a pensioner. Am I going to glass someone?? The barman relented after my protest. Not a friendly feel at all. Beer well kept, and reasonable pricing.

This review does not detract from what is a fabulous location but the food is hugely overpriced for what it is. 7 of us for a brisket burger and fries and soft drink was over £100. Now I know this is Cornwall, we were not on holiday and live about 20 minutes away but come on!

Got food poisoning 24 March 2025 time 16.30

We were visiting our daughter and new grandchild in Stroud, and had never used Simpsons before !! With 3 vegetarians in the family and one fish lover, we have been missing a trick ! Absolutely brilliant fish and chips. Proper beautiful white cod, perfectly cooked in excellent batter and some of the best chips we have ever had !! As for the vegetarians the options are excellent , from lovely battered halloumi , to Tofu and even “Frickles”, which I learned were deep fried battered strips of pickle !!! The gravy, curry sauce and mushy peas are all vegetarian as well !! Absolutely brilliant, food , excellent customer service and just really nice people !! P.S : If you are reading this, try putting deep fried mushrooms on the menu !! We used to have these as a big bag in Bourton-on-the-Water …….I’m sure you won’t regret it !!! Well done Simpsons !!

We bought sirloin steak and other meats we cooked the sirloin for dinner and it was like rubber with gristle running all through it my wife is a chef it when tin the bin sorry 0/10

Don’t expect traditional fish and chips. Poor quality fish and frozen supermarket style chips. Very disappointing and expensive for this level of quality.

Wow what have they done have just had miss millies again after a year and it was awfull dry chicken scanky dry chips and the chicken in a bun now has squirty cheese instead of the normal cheese slice its also spicy now where it wasn't before

Whoever made my order forgot the chicken in the chicken salad. They put it in my sandwich but forgot it in the CHICKEN SALAD. I am not happy about this. Please be aware of your ingredients!!

I ordered takeaway and was given a warm 1.5l drink. Not one from outside a fridge but a warm drink like it's kept next to a oven. Not only can't they be bothered to keep there drinks in a fridge but they can't even keep it somewhere cool. And it went through the managers hands to get to me. And it's a big pizza hut not one little dingy one in a mall , they have space for a Fridge. Pizza hut I love you but wth. Try do things for the customer and not just for profit.

Reasonably priced Peri Peri chicken, good portions & alot of variety on the menu I've only ever tried it using delivery services like Uber Eats so im not sure what dining in is like, but the delivered food is consistently piping hot, tasty & delivered pretty quickly I live around 4-5miles away so even with this being taken into consideration, the food stull arrives hot & fresh! I recommend the half Peri Peri grilled chicken, Peri Peri chicken rice bowl, chicken wings & Peri Peri seasoned fries!
