Great as always, the only place that when you make a request they listen and help you out.

My wife and I and our 3 Labrador pups called in here today for lunch whilst on holiday. OMG the fish & chips were amazing. The cod was so fresh and cooked to perfection it was mouth watering. The lady who served us was a shining example to all retail staff, her politeness and attitude toward us was a throw back to the great British values long past and forgotten. We ate on the tables outside and seeing we had our hands full with our 3 labs she so kindly bought our cups of tea out to us then went in and found a plastic container and filled it with cold water and bought it out for our dogs and as if that wasn't enough she then returned with 3 cooked sausages for them one each. Now during a busy lunch service if that isn't going above and beyond then i don't know what is. The lady is a legend in our eyes in this crazy world we live in where kindness and respect has long gone she has renewed our faith in humanity. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Newquay the food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Priceless in our eye's. Richard & Suzanne 🇬🇧😊👍

Used this place for the first time at the weekend as our usual take away was closed for the Chinese New Year. Food was good, only had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be cooked. They have a good menu, and I saw lots of regular customers in there while I was waiting.

Such a selection of items at this shop. Thought it was mainly pastys but they make amazing sandwiches/baguettes to order so you can pick your fillings and are really fresh. Plenty of cakes to choose from too. The real icing on the cake though are the lovely friendly staff who are always cheerfu

Poor service awful food and very expensive. Such a shame as this place was thriving but gradually overtime the food and service has fallen and the latest hit the price. Taking my custom elsewhere.

The service should have made me walk straight out. The food was gross, I've never seen fish and chips this bad in my life. We were the first there which may be why it was so bad. Also had the spring rolls which were disgusting burned, greasy and slimy. Nearly £30 wasted. You need to do much better

I rarely write negative reviews, but only the beer and the view lead to my 2 stars. Told I'd have to have a plastic drinking vessel if I wanted to sit outside. I'm a pensioner. Am I going to glass someone?? The barman relented after my protest. Not a friendly feel at all. Beer well kept, and reasonable pricing.

Chile’s were soggy and some were still under cooked and the size of the wraps now are very disappointing and my beans were just regular beans and not the normal bbq ones

Bought lamb and meat pasty! Utter rubbish, barely any meat just potatoes and flavouring! At almost a fiver it most definitely isn't worth it! Staff were friendly though but as a product won't be buying again!

These were not "Quality Fish & Chips". The chips were dry and overcooked. The fish was miniscule and the batter was thick, undercooked, and mostly raw. Would be hard to make it any worse. Disgusting!

I was informed that my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes. Additionally, my order was incorrect.

The fries were unreal. Very well seasoned and a huge portion. Chicken was solid. Highly recommend for some good and cheap Peri Peri
