Pepe's Piri Piri in Bristol, City of

Ordered 2 double chicken wraps and 2 fries. Received 1 double chicken wrap, 2 fries and 4 free chicken wings (I spent over 30 quid) I’m in the process of trying to get my refund of double chicken wrap as restaurant won’t rake my call. Pretty poor service. 🙁

Wasn’t warm when it arrived. Got the wrong drink

I received my food as usual the food was nice but I did not receive my drink when I got in touch with the restaurant they will not helpful at all

We came across Roosters next door to Peri Peri and decided to go for Roosters. It was clean and the food was really fresh. The food is served on plates exactly liked Nandos. Definitely was the better choice..

Two of us had the wrap deal with drinks, I had extra hot sauce and my partner had Lebanese. I really enjoyed it and you can't complain at these prices. Staff are very nice, especially the lady who served us.

Everything is good, staff is very friendly, food is very tasty, environment is very cool and also really good for family.

Asked for a halloumi wrap and when I got back home realised they’d given me chicken. Pretty annoying because I don’t eat meat. Went back the next day asked if they could make me a new wrap the guy refused and then I asked for a refund showed him the transaction on my phone. Asked me if I had the receipt which I said I’d check for when I got back but there was no receipt in the bag. Should have just given me a refund or a wrap for free.

Absolutely excellent Lebanese chicken rice with a bit of garlic and mayo on to. Excellent customer service willing to listen and address any requests to ensure the customer is fully looked after. Can’t get enough of that rice I swear! It’s a must and cost only 4.99 with a drink! Many thanks guys

Nice service but the food was horrible! Maybe we ordered the wrong things? £6 Wrap was just falafel with lettuce and nothing else, and the sweet potato fries came unseasoned?!?? Could be better
