I was told it was due at 8.10 but arrived at about 9.10

The usual place for us, love it

Came in while waiting for a bus. The staff were really friendly and gave me a fantastic service! One recommended the new Memphis chicken king and I was not disappointed, and I pass on that recommendation to others!

Burger cold. Toilets are not open and I need to wash my hands before eating as you could see all the fingerprints over the machines and door handles. Hopefully I won't get sick. I suspect they close them so they have less work to do.

Ordered on uber eats with priority service. Only received after 1 hour. The delivery guy tried to pick up multiple times, and the shop itself hadn't made the food ready for a long time. And received the wrong item. I ordered chicken burger as I don't eat beef. I received beef burger!!!!!!! so outrageous. Never ordering food from there again.

Food was extremely code nothing was warm

Can't fault the food. Tables needed clearing and the floor really needed a good sweep. Looked like a manager took a cash drawer out and went into the office didn't see him after that. The 2 serving were very abrupt and rude. This burger king always use to be amazing always clean and tidy but not today. Maybe more staff is needed. Also I'm sorry but it was warmer outside then inside who needs the aircon on cool when it's winter outside. I prefer the one in the galleries as that one seems more clean and organised.

If I could give this place 0 …I would. 1- Without trying to be rude the food was atrocious. I payed extra for cheese and bacon fries and there was a SINGLE drizzle of cheese : which I’d have been annoyed anyways BUT what makes it worse is I asked the lady to make sure she put a decent amount (what’s shown on the picture). 2- You can’t seat in past 6pm. 3- The place was EMPTY there was just 2 other people waiting , one being a delivery driver and it took 25 minutes for them to give us 2 burgers and the fries. Overall I guess when you are so excited to get food from your hard worked money and getting crap it doesn’t feel nice. Karen moment over.

Extremely disappointed with my order. The fries and halloumi fries tasted awful—like they were straight out of the freezer and poorly cooked. Definitely not the quality I expect from Burger King. Won’t be ordering again.

Bad service,I try to order but the promo meal deal is unavailable,it was 5pm and the place was not busy,item in ala carte is available staff is only standing,waiting for the order to come,maybe they disable it so that no one will order

I went here for the 1st time and it has to be one the most awful burger kings ever. I dont blame the staff as they are clearly understaffed. But the toilets were actually disgusting if I hadn't already brought food I would not have eaten in there at all. It really put me off, and food was barely warm. Will definitely not be returning.

Disappointing Experience at Burger King I recently visited Burger King, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but I left feeling very disappointed. The service was incredibly slow; despite only a few customers, it took over 20 minutes to get my order. When I finally received my food, it was lukewarm at best. The fries tasted stale, and the burger seemed like it had been sitting out for a while – the bun was dry, and the lettuce was wilted. The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean, either. Tables weren’t wiped down, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. Overall, the experience fell way short of what I’d expect, even for fast food. For the price, there are definitely better options out there.

I've ordered on mobile and stood 20 mins at the counter while Maddison the shift manager clearly ignored me. After mentioning that noone cares about the customer they blamed me for not greeting myself 😀.

I’m utterly disgusted with the staff attitude particularly the manager at the Hosefair . I’m very very dissatisfied how my complaint to the manager was handled and I am not sure I will ever step foot there or even any of my regular visits to your centres. I cannot count the countless times I dine in your premises but what I experienced yesterday leaves me with much to desired. I went to dine at about 2:21pm and painfully left my shopping package there. Few minutes I realized it on my way to pick my kids from school I placed a call to the centre and for countless hours no one answered. Later after the school rounds I rushed there to complain and told the manager if she can check in the camera and to my shocked after closed to an hour this so called manager was unconcerned and didn’t give me any indication whatsoever. Only for me to insist they should call her for me and she came to say I am busy and I haven’t checked like seriously for almost an hour. Fine I asked can I get a number to call back later she said no unless I go to google to check and call, finally she asked for my number to give me feedback when she checked and till now no call or anything else. I just called today this morning on 22nd a gentleman picked and said he’d check with the manager and rung me I am still waiting. This is so frustrating and awful for a customer complain at your own premises to be disregarded. This is a shameful service to a regular customer and maybe the end of me. Baddest service. William

Despite not being busy with in store or online orders, staff was not very quick to push out orders and there was seemingly no presence of a floor manager taking control of the store, I can only presume staff was coming to the end of their shift. My food was luke warm at best but at least it was presented well and they didn't shy from the fillings either, however, with how long it took, I would have expected it to have been fresh but evidently not. It took my wife 15 minutes to receive her order after her order being served off to early and forgotten about, her food was also warm at best but still presented well at least. After a while, I noticed what I thought was a member of public, stand up from their seat and walk behind the counter, however, this appeared to be the floor manager wearing a Hoodrich jacket presented like a bulletproof vest helping on the tills, which made sense really as clearly standards are not kept high at this store.

I placed an order at 6:39pm and asked a member of staff if I could eat inside for just 20 minutes because it was raining heavily outside but they told me No!.... Burger King closes at 9pm why close the dining area more than 2 hours before????? I asked for a smoky chimichurri angus and there was no salad in it while in the photo in the store there was.... my order was put in a paper bag and barely 20 seconds of walking outside the bag was breaking..... that's why I asked to eat inside....

Shane and Michael were professional and fast

Despite rather expensive prices at the normal regular price the in app deals and the survey completion incentive does help to bring a number of products to more reasonable prices. The in app deals refresh weekly on Wednesday's, Other deals are the regular Rebel Monday and Whopper Wednesday plus the occasional Fries Friday. The quality of the burgers are better then the competition in my opinion.

Website told us food would take 10-15 minutes however it came 45 mins late meaning we had to miss our train! Very misleading!!

i ecieved a small ice cream instead of the big size which I ordered. I did not receive a full box of chips. Very disappointed and let down by these two things. Do better Burger King.
