Food took ages and was cold. The place was dirty. No wonder there was no one in there.

I had 30 minutes lunch break. Had to ask for a refund after 15 minutes of waiting. If I would want to wait for my food I would go to a restaurant not a fast food. Place was quite empty but obviously there are priorities for the delivery drivers rather than people that attend in person.... I will avoid in the future

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice. Tom one of the staff members, served me today and he was so patient as I was asking about every menu description. I highly recommend this burger king.

Whenever I’m in town this is my go to place for a burger. The staff are always friendly and the food is delicious.

The food was ok, but the toilets were dirty, there was no soap available and most sinks were out of service

The food was as expected. It was quite clean in the seating area, but the toilets were disgusting, flooded, toilet paper in the basins, and the toilets unflushed and stained from the lack of cleaning. It gives one an insight into the clientele as well, I suppose.

This place is perfect if your phone goes flat. I asked to charge my phone as I wasn't from the area I need to get to my destination they were kind enough to let me use a plug behind the counter so that I could use my phone. The staff we're friendly and even let me eat my food at the counter and watch my phone was the charged. I couldn't sit down as the restaurant was about to shut. recommend going there if your phone goes flat near the time of closing only as that's the best time to go for that situation

2 tiny buns, a very small fries and a bottle pop £21.08 the food was stone cold and had to microwave it.

Food is cold including burgers and few others. Place is disgusting which is likely to have health issues. Better eat at home or bring your own packed lunch would be hygienic than low quality food court

Where do I start with this utterly pathetic store? The staff couldn’t have been less courteous if they tried, the toilets were out of use, 85% of the indoor seating was cornered off or not allowed to be used and a staff member constantly moving chairs 3 inches behind where I’m eating to block off the seating area while customers are still coming in!! 6pm and you can’t offer a seat to people wanting to sit in and eat? The same staff member who persistently tried to cordon off a seating area with 6 chairs 3 inches behind where I’m trying to eat is the same staff member that can’t scrub a small round table clean and left the previous customers crumbs everywhere and that’s without all the items not in stock. I expect better from a burger chain who charges more than everyone else.

Food, service and atmosphere were ok however unfortunately, I cannot see past the state of the toilets which makes you wonder what the kitchen etc is like. Definitely the worst toilets I have ever been to. Stunk of urine, hairs all in the sink, blood and got knows what other bodily fluids were over toilet roll holders and doors. Soap dispensers not working and one off the wall in the sink. Water did not drain properly. Felt more dirty coming out! All 3 of us had bad tummies afterwards and the only thing we had in common was the Burger King! Will not be visiting again I’m afraid! 😟 Food was served quickly but makes you wonder why it was so quiet on a Saturday lunch time? Other restaurants and fast food chains were heaving…
