Ordered garlic flavour , when arrives was some sort dark brown spicy sauce, vile Not what ordered

Very long wait and food was cold when arrived

The hash browns, chips and onion rings were undercooked, sogg and saturated in oil. completely inedible

it turned up late after saying it's delivered and the food was cold and tasted vile.

Food arrived 30mins late it was cold and was missing items very bad service won’t be ordering from them again

Food was freezing and gravy was like water (normally like their gravy) Rio cans were light versions just all round horrible

great as always! consistent delivery every time

Came very quick so pleased with that and also the food was piping hot and the bonus was the iced can of drink overall very happy

haven't received the order for 2 hours and had to call the restaurant 8 times

No lettuce or mayonnaise in the burgers, the rolls soggy.Chips cold and hard and the churros over priced lumps of fatty cold dough. All in all not a good experience, would never use again.

Not sure if the recipe has changed but the coating on the chicken contained so much pepper that it was inedible so we had to throw it away. Couldnt get through to the restaurant by phone. What a waste of £30

Food was cold and poor suspect due to courier delivering two orders, we didn't eat over half of it as it was cold and poor quality, we ordered 3 pots of gravy at @2.29 each and they were only half full can't put images on this as no options.

2 of the meals we’re fine but my daughters chicken wrap they use spicy mayo instead of the regular mayo that was selected and she was unable to eat it as did not like the spice. Just eat were not helpful in resolving this issue.

My order never arrived!! Staff at miss millies kept giving me false information regarding delivery & they put the phone down twice. Worst customer service experience I have received. Now am currently chasing a refund. If you like to waste your time ordering food which you pay for & never shows up I recommend to order from here!!

food arrived late ordered loaded tender which supposed to have the souce on top but they forgot 😅 gave me a tiny souce separately.

Late and burgers are now really thin and not great anymore

Excellent chicken, especially the bone in. Cooked well and juicy on the inside, flavorful, crispy, and not dry skin. Service is excellent. They can be short handed and slow, but they do their best and accommodate as much as possible.

My favourite place to eat. The service is incomparable and impeccable. Manpreet and Yehye are the pinnacle of servers. Thankyou guys. Food’s delicious. So are the milkshakes.

This is terrible charged us £9.8 for 3 chicken strip and a can of drink. Shocking burger king. Kfc and mc donaldsay charge the same but at least it's a meal won't be coming here again

I end up working late regularly and going to Miss Millies here not only means I get to have great food but am greeted by smiles and just all around nice people. Manpreet is great, welcoming and cheerful which makes going to Miss Millies when I can go that much more of an enjoyable visit!

Customer service was good but the food was awful and nothing like Miss Millies used to be. The chicken burger was abysmal, the bun itself was cheap and not the usual Miss Millies bun, think it was brought from the local supermarket and the chicken was awful and tasteless with very little of anything else in the burger. Chips were dry and cold and the three piece chicken was also tasteless. I will never eat here again or Miss Milliies anywhere else. Felt quite unwell in the morning. Used to love a Miss Millies, concentrate on improving the food rather than changing all your packaging because the product needs serious attention.

Struggled to even place the order due to the staff members English being appalling…Charged for a meal deal which I didn’t ask for.. And the food..🤢🤢.Smelt dirty and pretty tasteless..This place has gone down hill in a big big way..Absolute vile.

Staff couldn't understand their own app. Had rewards to use, redeemed them, staff member wanted to charge for them. Rewards are now showing as redeemed and got nothing for them. Would not recommend.

Order received wrong. Unfortunately I am not happy. And was unable to eat what we did receive.

I don't know what's happened but I thought this was miss millies. There was a thin piece of chicken. The mayo and the bun taste different. The gravy taste different and the coleslaw was just cabbage and carrot no mayo or dressing. Really disappointed. This should not be advertised as a miss millies.

Driver very rude on delivery and literally threw food at me saying he waiting a long time but this was not the case at all! Tracking said ‘order confirmed’ food had already been delivered 15 minutes before it stated that food was on the way. Even in this event driver did not wait a long time as heard his first knock and ring on doorbell and had to walk in from back garden.

Asked for NO coleshaw etc on buns just lettuce and nayo BUT it was put on so bums had to be chucked away

I loved the chip as they wasn't skinned and the chicken was tasty
