order late and cold , all bone hardly any chicken all bone chips burnt.

Says it’s been delivered 5 minutes before it arrived!

Chicken was overcooked and tasteless, chips were undercooked and some hard ones. Plastic cheese slices melted on top which was awful. Gravy was to thick and lumpy. Thew the lot into the bin. Won’t be ordering again, it’s gone right down hill miss Millie’s

Delivered on time, hot and good to eat

Order very late missing items and food delivered stone cold rang shop and was met with very rude worker that hung the phone up on me

second time late delivery arrives cold i live 5 mins from shop fed up never again

The fries could of been crisper. Onion rings greasy. Cluckless would of been better with more lettuce as was a bit dry.

ordered a wrap box meal and a wrap meal and they left the fries out of both and when I rang they just hung up on me. Have had the wraps from Yate branch and they were really nice. plenty of salad and hot chicken. These were neither hot or had much salad in. won't be ordering from Wells road again.

They have made the chicken spicy. They should have said that they have made it spicy. I can not have anything spicy. That is why I stopped using KFC . Plus the chips were not cooked. So a waste of £25.

I love the food from here it’s always hot, spicy and fresh. We particularly love the wings in Korean bbq sauce they are so tempting I have to order them for my family every time I order from here. We have been ordering from here lots of times
