The food is really good and high quality from this takeaway, but its the staff who make it worth the 5 stars, I have been here 3 times so far and the staff are always lovely and wonderful, always go above and beyond for the customers.. great food amazing staff, well done

Excellent chicken, especially the bone in. Cooked well and juicy on the inside, flavorful, crispy, and not dry skin. Service is excellent. They can be short handed and slow, but they do their best and accommodate as much as possible.

My favourite place to eat. The service is incomparable and impeccable. Manpreet and Yehye are the pinnacle of servers. Thankyou guys. Food’s delicious. So are the milkshakes.

This is terrible charged us £9.8 for 3 chicken strip and a can of drink. Shocking burger king. Kfc and mc donaldsay charge the same but at least it's a meal won't be coming here again

I'm a big fan of the food, service and people. I end up working late regularly and going to Miss Millies here not only means I get to have great food but am greeted by smiles and just all around nice people. Manpreet is great, welcoming and cheerful which makes going to Miss Millies when I can go that much more of an enjoyable visit!

Customer service was good but the food was awful and nothing like Miss Millies used to be. The chicken burger was abysmal, the bun itself was cheap and not the usual Miss Millies bun, think it was brought from the local supermarket and the chicken was awful and tasteless with very little of anything else in the burger. Chips were dry and cold and the three piece chicken was also tasteless. I will never eat here again or Miss Milliies anywhere else. Felt quite unwell in the morning. Used to love a Miss Millies, concentrate on improving the food rather than changing all your packaging because the product needs serious attention.

Struggled to even place the order due to the staff members English being appalling…Charged for a meal deal which I didn’t ask for.. And the food..🤢🤢.Smelt dirty and pretty tasteless..This place has gone down hill in a big big way..Absolute vile.

Staff couldn't understand their own app. Had rewards to use, redeemed them, staff member wanted to charge for them. Rewards are now showing as redeemed and got nothing for them. Would not recommend.

Order received wrong. Unfortunately I am not happy. And was unable to eat what we did receive.

I don't know what's happened but I thought this was miss millies. There was a thin piece of chicken. The mayo and the bun taste different. The gravy taste different and the coleslaw was just cabbage and carrot no mayo or dressing. Really disappointed. This should not be advertised as a miss millies.

Driver very rude on delivery and literally threw food at me saying he waiting a long time but this was not the case at all! Tracking said ‘order confirmed’ food had already been delivered 15 minutes before it stated that food was on the way. Even in this event driver did not wait a long time as heard his first knock and ring on doorbell and had to walk in from back garden.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ST AUGUSTINE'S PARADE BRANCH OF MISS MILLIES AND NO OTHER. Having ordered over £60 worth of food when it arrived, it was totally ruined by careless packing and dreadful delivery. An entire chocolate milkshake had gone all over the entire order, making it uneatable. This meant a car journey into the centre of Bristol, having to risk parking on double yellow lines to have the order remade on the spot. Lots of apologies but no recompense for the incredibly bad service, use of petrol, my time, or the stress involved. I would not recommend anyone to use this place.

I feel kinda dirty going in here because it's full of death and I know the only reason I visit is because it's the only place I know open at 01:30 after I've had 7 Thatchers at a pub in town. The vegan burger is good and the staff are nice enough but I always feel pretty grim after going in.

I ordered at 5:50, due at 6:10 as I only live 10 minutes drive away I wondered why nearly an hour delivery then it came at 7:00, an hour after ordering. I could have collected straight from work but the wife was hungry and couldn't wait for me to get home. What can we do about this situation, refund or something? Thanks Roy

The new menu is awful. You can no longer order the 3 pieces of boneless chicken it has to be 4, but I don't want 4. Also I used to order a large gravey but now it's only one size and it's smaller than it used to be but more expensive and the dips now are tiny. I won't ever order again and I know a lot of people are unhappy with the new menu

Never order from Miss Millie’s again the food was barely warm 25 minutes late rang them on their phone in Wells Road knowle to complain and they put the phone down on me just because I was complaining about where my food was I ordered the food at 2 o’clock on sat afternoon 9th dec 2023 so they had 4 HOURS to get my order on time for delivery terrible customer services kept ringing them 20 times or more

Ordered a mix and match via uber eats once again fell short, forgot 4 pieces of chicken with mix and match so paid £22.99 for chicken burger and 4 bags of chips this is the second time won’t be using again also took 2 hours and 40 mins to prepare and was tepid, edit this is not un common as this is the 2nd time and as it was our 2nd visit seems 100% of time orders are wrong

Went there late last night. We were the last customers, staring down at a long drive back home. The staff massively looked after us, and we can't thanks them enough. The food was gorgeous and the staff as I said before so friendly and helpful. Thanks again from the two guys driving back to Weymouth

Walk in purchase, Bought a fillet burger meal, good friendly service, clean environment maybe to clean because my chicken burger tasted like cleaning products or something weird.. maybe the oil they use here .. can't be though because the chips were good nice crunchy fries same as other millies locatios.... but staple hill burgers don't taste like this nor does Yate shopping centre location ( which is the best miss millies by far probably due to being brand new shop. Ah well some you win some you lose..

Best thing abiut Miss Millies is the gravey and they forgot to include it... as the food was late it all arrived cold and soggy (fairly sure this was the store not the driver as well). If you can't manage the volume of orders, don't accept them, rather of ordered somewhere else

Was for a birthday meal some ppl left because to late so wasted food and they never paid for it over 3 messages saying it’s late 2 hrs 15 mins it took not happy me or ppl would like some kind of refund I spend loads on here

The delivery was ordered at 5pm and still hasn’t arrived at 7pm despite the shop telling me the driver was on his way.
