Subway in Bristol, City of

I went to this subway after God knows how long and what i can say is it definitely does look cleaner, but on the other hand i was shocked at the small amount of fillings which was like sprinkles to me on my sandwich?? Same amount i would feed my budgie.I paid good money for my sandwich n the guy was just putting sprinkles and i had to keep asking to put more. Secondly when i came in and asked about the toilets i was told they were out of use, cos the mopping had just been done?? This doesn't make a toilet out of use?? all that was required was a wet floor sign? So customers are aware of the wet floor, But I wasnt gonna argue with this, but i am stating facts that this is the way it should have been done, Maybe they just wanted to save themselves from cleaning the toilets even tho it was 5 hours away from closing time? So I wont be returning here any time soon.i just feel ripped off and fobbed off. edit: i went here again the other day, what can i say hot drinks machine turned off 2 hours before closing time!? no loo roll in toilets! And watered down drinks at the drinks dispenser..expect the bare minimum if you come here.

This is the first subway I went that I’m unable to customize my order. Very rude staff

Ordered off Uber Eats and was told 20-40 mins. 2.5 hours later, no food and the order gets cancelled. I tried calling 15 times and never got through. Awful service.

It’s saying it came on time when it took an hour they kept moving the time plus the food looked like it had been ran over it was the bacon with cheese there was 3 bits of bacon absolutely soaked in tomato sauce and overloaded with onions I’m just really disappointed I’ve never had a problem before but spending £30 for a treat and not enjoying it 😖

The food itself is good, but every time I go in there every single member of staff is rude, unwelcoming and useless

Bread roll was partly burnt (Black) and it came MINUS the the waffle fries. Won't be using this subway again!

Cold Garlic Philly sub, not sure if there was ment to be cheese in it but couldn’t taste it and only got 1 bottle of Dr Pepper and should have been 3

No dip with nachos chicken as ordered and sub was flat as a pancake not enjoyable

It smells like moldy Christmas trees they do not listen when you say only a little bit and my 6inch was tiny

Came in got food nice two 6 inch subs all good however smelt very dodgy & noticed a lot of cross contamination within the ingredient part and unhygenic as used the dirty gloves to open the little ovens so dirt all over the handle. Smelt really mouldy , and they do not listen to you when speaking to them about your sandwhich eg how much sauce how much chilli’s

I honestly think a 5 year old could put a sandwich together better than the one I received from this shop. I don't think I will be ordering from this Subway again. The only thing ok was the delivery time, although it's just down the road.

The staff are fine. The room smells of damp. The customer toilet was dirty with no toilet roll

We went to have lunch at subway today and it was lovely.

This Subway used to be nice but went in there today for the first time in a year and taken over by staff who don’t speak any English, no manners at all, and my son asked for 6inch and it looked more like 4inch. I said to them that no way 6inch and they said sorry don’t understand. It looked more like bread roll. The man was rushing putting ingredients in and we was the only ones there so wasn’t busy. Will Never go back here again, extremely rude

I didn’t have any jalapeños in my cheese steak it wasn’t toasted

Pigs in blankets not cooked, bacon falling off the sausage, wedges were soft and mushy, other than that the other food was edible…..pigs and bacon are in my dog, and so are the wedges….so you got a thumbs up from him….

Order has missing items. Order cheesy bites send hash browns. Ask for toasted, it's not and when you try ringing nobody answers. Bit of a poor show I get things go wrong but at least answer!

went to the store at 9:20 to order a sub and was turned away as they were “closed” but on the website it says 10pm so this makes me believe either the closing times wrong or the staff just couldn’t be bothered. very poor service from subway. Disappointed.

Food a little cold and squashed but that’s kind of expected with delivery

2 staff working Sunday, both were very rude, when I asked the female worker a question 3 times I was ignored then the male answered that no we could not sit in whilst eating and if we have to we have to sit at the front of the shop when asked why he chose to ignore this! However already ordered but won’t be coming back again

Came in here for dinner.. I had the new pizza sandwich and it was nice enough.. My missus had the breakfast sandwich and i was impressed with that more than mine. Cant beat a subway there all the same really.. This one was clean the food was decent enough. Nothing really to complain about..

Couldn’t see any cheese in it - even though i ordered double cheese. The bread tasted like it had been frozen and heated up - very dry.

Food was poorly put together, was chucked all in the bag and squashed. Hot food, was cold. I’d rather use another subway.

Terrible experience, after hour and a half of waiting (and I live 2 mins up the road from Subway) I collected the order myself which at that point was still waiting to be picked by a delivery driver.

Was delivered the wrong order. Waited 30 mins for the delivery guy to come back and change but never showed up again.

Unfortunately this is the 5th time an item has been missed from my order here - it's never even a replacement item, just missing completely. Late delivery due to lack of drivers, which can't be helped.

I kept getting the driver is ready to pick up your order, after 2.00pm I called them and was told no driver was available then hung up on me. I order sometime at one it was gone 3.00 when I got it. I explained that I am diabetic and felt unwell. However the lady who eventually delivered my food was so sweet and polite. My compliments go to her, subway in Fishponds I will avoid.

Ordered food at 7 pm and it arrived at 8:45 pm. The food was cold (probably didn't help the cold drinks were on top of the sandwiches!). There was filling missing, and we were given different items than we ordered. No phone call to us, or picking up qhen we phoned. Shambles!

I visited this subway today, they try to charge me extra for no reason and they are low on safty standards. I had to cancel my order . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

The food was gorgeous and the service second to none, The delivery driver was efficient yet friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Food was stone cold and pretty dry unfortunately aside from the cookies which were fine. Driver was at the restaurant picking up the order - then no update for over 40 minutes.

Cracking customer service and one of the best subways I've had because they're willing to respond to requests. Really great and friendly staff. Worth going back just for the service (and they make a super sub!!!)

I’m really confused by all the bad reviews. I’m American so I know good customer service and this place has incredibly good customer service. The sweet lady behind the counter is always very smiley and kind and they make great sandwiches!

Waiting time kept increasing, just let people know the accurate delivery times instead of increasing it, happened about 3 times now. Food came freezing cold

It was meant to be delivered at 12:30 and it came at 13:32 cold as ice

has literally never got an order correct out of about 5 orders (spread over a year, each time hoping they might have improved...) yet again I have been proven right in my bets of what will they f up this time.. this time Chipotle sauce instead of mayo... now other way round not a huge issue as you can just add spice, however to my very spice intolerant partner, you can not un-spice Chipotle, forgetting to add ANY sauce, again, would be preferable as we can add mayo at home, but to add spice when only MY one wrap had it actually requested is not it.

No idea what is happening in this store but they no longer participate in any of the promotions and vouchers even though they advertise them and were more than happy to harvest my details with their app. DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP

Firtst Time Subway Customer, food was ok say 7/10 but I am fussy.

Confusing menu , staff that don't readily understand English. Small coffee available only - overpriced and disgusting. Sandwich not prepared very well. Okay if you're desperately hungry but definitely gone downhill recently.

Good fast service and great food

Ordered a few times and every time there was something wrong or completely missing from the order. Rang to complain they were unhelpful and couldnt careless. KFC and other places check the order before they release to see everything is there but these guys dont! Why? how hard is it? Some items of food like the cheese bites are not nice. If you desperate for food use these guys if not dont waste your money or go in person.

Food arrived on time but sandwich wasn’t toasted and very very cold

All food delivered cold ... couldnt eat. Driver drove away from us, back to restaurant and to us despite it saying hed left. We live less than 5 minutes away

This is second time I ordered from here both times item are missing . Called the restaurant and they said they can't do anything maybe delivery driver took some food item.. Called just eat they also saying they can't do anything. Its may be just a small amount item but its cheating with consumer . First time I thought ok may be mistake so tried second time now I am 100% sure they are cheating . Second thing is that they are so so stingy with there nachos! The nachos came damp and barely had any cheese on it! It was not nachos it was just damp tortilla chips! Absolutely horrible food.

Terrible! This subway always miss items in the order! When I called they said the driver probably does something and were so unhelpful. Just eat were even worse and there is no way to contact them. Never order frin this branch! They are robbers!

Shocking. Our original estimated delivery was 11:45 and has only JUST arrived at 1:10… almost 2 hours after ordering! I wish to be contacted regarding a refund as this is despicable. The driver clearly had no idea where he was going and we could see on the map he was sat for over 20 minutes somewhere else. Food was therefore a very poor standard. Overall awful experience.

Originally the delivery window was 7:10-30pm but was changed to 7:45-8:15pm, which I think was as a result of the driver arriving late to the restaurant. Therefore the wedges were cold and chewy, and the bread which was toasted was completely dry as it seemed like it had been left there for a long time. Usually this subway is pretty good!

Never read the order properly so end up with things missing

Ordered for 6pm delivery but arrived at 18:45. It was for my children who were left starving and ended up eating really late. I won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointed and there was no apology when I call to find out where the delivery was.

Tried calling the restraint and the phone was picked up and put back down. Food took 1.30 from ordering to delivery. Time kept changing. Food all arrived cold after being toasted.

Delivery man took 20 minutes from the time he got to my address to actually deliver my food. He was refusing to listen to my directions of how to get to my flat because he said he was at the destination which he was not. I had to stand outside in the coke with my poorly child for 20 minutes and by the time I got my food it was cold.

Food arrived completely cold and nachos were stale. Subway told me my order had been sat on the counter since 11 it got to me at 12.50

Missing a few items as usual so I wasn't happy with that. Food didn't taste that good, it was alright. Hash browns were cold and hard.

Delivery driver was very nice and quick

Not all the instructions were followed for the order (missing some), the sandwiches had very little salad and sauce added and they were both cold

The salad bowl was half empty. Hardly any sauce also. I ordered double meat and I did not receive this. Also the ham was not cut and meat is always cut in the salad as it doesn’t have an option for this.

My delivery driver was told by just eat to say it was delivered and keep my food I have screen shoots to show proof

You should read the receipt to make sure you send the right stuff and also take pride it what your sending out

Worst place ever!! The food was cold, had to ask for the tables to be cleaned....got the kids muffin and a doughnut...we decided to take the cakes back to the house as it was my granddaughters birthday...she picked the doughnut....OMG she couldn't even take a bite out of it...it was rock hard...wish she had tried it in there and I would have taken it back for her...only 7 and she didn't understand why a subway would sell an extremely stale doughnut. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter took my grandson to the toilet and refused to let my granddaughter go as it was filthy....I always say you can judge a place by its toilet.....avoid the stale food that they had no problem selling us!!

Went in to get 2x breakfast sub meals and was told I'm not allowed salad in my breakfast sub which has never been the case in the past and I have been going here for the past 8 years and I have never known somewhere to tell me what I can and can't have in my sub. They don't even have the breakfast menu on show and charged me double the price I normally pay. Will not be returning

Veggie pattie wrap with salad. Sounds simple doesn’t it? The staff at this branch of subway seem absolutely shocked that I really don’t want to have the wrap made up with salad and then microwaved for 30 seconds! What’s worse is that when you ask for the salad to be added after the pattie has been toasted with cheese, they look at you like you’re some sort of deviant. Who eats hot salad!!!!!?????? The employees are rude and the place has gone massively downhill since they lost their best member of staff (an American chap) who knew all about customer service. This is by far the worst subway franchise in the area.

Unorganised management and very slow the team was all over the place! Wasted 30 min of my lunch break in here waiting to be served. The woman boss is so rude and arrogant!

The staff were absolutely brilliant, went out if their way to make us extra fillings for our sandwiches when they were had run out. This review comes after my other one left on the shell garage Subway, which was appalling. So big thanks to the staff working here for being so polite and helpful, the sandwiches were actually really good too

Very nice food and service. My only issue is the prices. Quite steep for lunch for three. Nearly 20 quid.

Different bread to what we ordered. I paid extra for cheese and there was no cheese what so ever. Cookies were put inside the bag where the subs were which made them greasy and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. I always have issues with my order at subway. Why can't the staff just follow the order. They do if you go into restaurant and order but it seems to be completely different when its being delivered. Ill never order from here again. Very very poor quality for what we paid

Manager is a mug, and thats why this branch has a huge turnover of staff. Hopefully it closes down soon.

Only had a good experience, good old subway as always
