Subway in Bristol, City of

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. I recently had the misfortune to use subway Fishponds, Bristol branch. I ordered a veggie breakwich, and a hot cross bun slice. The breakwich was supposed to contain poached eggs, hash browns, American style cheese and ketchup. In reality it only contained poached egg, and the hot cross bun slice was so hard it was totally unedible, it was just like concrete. I complained to Deliveroo, but they adopted a could not care less attitude, I tried to ring the subway branch, it rang and rang with no answer,. Eventually a voice message said the line was temporarily unavailable. The same happened with 4 branch numbers. Subway website is unavailable. How are you supposed to complain, can anyone tell me.

The guy who works here named Dhiraj he served me BMT with nice chat in busy hour and had the best I ever have thank you for the service. Hope to see ya soon in same subway.

¡Ve aquí si quieres comida SECA y ensaladas! Mi sándwich vino sin queso y le añadí cebolla, estaba tan seco que no era comestible. Mi carne estaba desnuda, rasgada con un dedo, y arrojada al sándwich claramente a toda prisa. Mi ensalada de mamá no tenía lechuga solo cebollas dos rodajas de queso y me gustaría poder decir otras cosas, pero era literalmente solo cebollas. Tuve que usar el queso de su ensalada para hacer que la mitad de mi sándwich fuera capaz. ¡Las cookies que pedimos también estaban completamente equivocadas! Cuando vas allí en persona, cuidan bien de todo, por eso merece una estrella.

Un chico encantador el domingo por la noche, justo a la hora de cierre, desafortunadamente no pudimos comprar nada de comida, pero fue muy amable, volverá de nuevo.

We ordered 3 subways with cheese and corn but there was neither of them in the sandwiches,also the sandwiches were basically empty.

Unfortunately the subs were cold and squashed by the 2 drinks in the same bag. One sub was missing a sauce. The wrong cookies were sent (vegan ordered, non-vegan delivered) and one of the drinks was wrong (cherry coke ordered, regular coke zero sent)

Came in with my misses around 10:15 pm. It was an Indian Asian chap, knew that we were ready to order but took the other 2 lads in front of us .. didn’t acknowledge us nothing . Never gonna come to this store again. I’ve been in customer service for a while and this is the frist time I’ve witness how disgusting it can be to not be acknowledged and served . Never gonna go there again .. big subway fan but to this store.. I wouldn’t recommend it .. unless it’s a different staff. ..

I ordered subway as i havent had it in years and the sub came with mold on the sub which was disgraceful it took over a hr to get delivered and was disgusting went in the bin i didnt revieve the cookie i ordered it costed £20 just to go down the drain do not order from here spend your money elsewhere

Awful forgot half my order and when arrived it was just slapped together with no care looks like someone stamped all over it utter appalling

Only thing was I ordered cucumber and sweetcorn with my tuna in my subway but was lettuce and sweetcorn. Luckily don’t mind lettuce and not one to complain unless it’s something I really don’t like (mushrooms)

I ordered food and just like others I didn’t receive no drinks , food was cold and old like if they Cooke sit hours ago, sandwich were not toasted, tried to call them ,obviously they don’t pick up… waste of my money… people should get fired on this, wonder how they would feel if paying for something then suddenly whoops I didn’t get what I payed for…

Incapable of reading an order (delivery). I received my food cold with missing drinks. The sandwiches are missing ingredients and not even toasted!

Ordered two all star chicken subs for delivery. Both had no cheese or bacon in and a pitiful amount of chicken. Missing crispy onion as well, but managed to swap out sauce for BBQ successfully. Tasted stale and bland, an utter waste of money. Naturally my expectations for Subway are low but this managed to be worse than that.

Wrong bread, toasted when I didn’t order toasted (as I wanted it for later) no extra cheese although I paid for it and hardly any salad when I ordered a veggie delight.. gutted!

Just eats refused to hand over order, l went too takeaway, poor service. Then heard delivery was at address. But order was wrong. Myy phone has been smashed, money lost, plus hassle. Waste of time. Tbf food was fair. Just one person caused so much issues not going there again!

I went to this subway after God knows how long and what i can say is it definitely does look cleaner, but on the other hand i was shocked at the small amount of fillings which was like sprinkles to me on my sandwich?? Same amount i would feed my budgie.I paid good money for my sandwich n the guy was just putting sprinkles and i had to keep asking to put more. Secondly when i came in and asked about the toilets i was told they were out of use, cos the mopping had just been done?? This doesn't make a toilet out of use?? all that was required was a wet floor sign? So customers are aware of the wet floor, But I wasnt gonna argue with this, but i am stating facts that this is the way it should have been done, Maybe they just wanted to save themselves from cleaning the toilets even tho it was 5 hours away from closing time? So I wont be returning here any time soon.i just feel ripped off and fobbed off. edit: i went here again the other day, what can i say hot drinks machine turned off 2 hours before closing time!? no loo roll in toilets! And watered down drinks at the drinks dispenser..expect the bare minimum if you come here.

It’s saying it came on time when it took an hour they kept moving the time plus the food looked like it had been ran over it was the bacon with cheese there was 3 bits of bacon absolutely soaked in tomato sauce and overloaded with onions I’m just really disappointed I’ve never had a problem before but spending £30 for a treat and not enjoying it 😖

Cold Garlic Philly sub, not sure if there was ment to be cheese in it but couldn’t taste it and only got 1 bottle of Dr Pepper and should have been 3

It smells like moldy Christmas trees they do not listen when you say only a little bit and my 6inch was tiny

Came in got food nice two 6 inch subs all good however smelt very dodgy & noticed a lot of cross contamination within the ingredient part and unhygenic as used the dirty gloves to open the little ovens so dirt all over the handle. Smelt really mouldy , and they do not listen to you when speaking to them about your sandwhich eg how much sauce how much chilli’s

I honestly think a 5 year old could put a sandwich together better than the one I received from this shop. I don't think I will be ordering from this Subway again. The only thing ok was the delivery time, although it's just down the road.

This Subway used to be nice but went in there today for the first time in a year and taken over by staff who don’t speak any English, no manners at all, and my son asked for 6inch and it looked more like 4inch. I said to them that no way 6inch and they said sorry don’t understand. It looked more like bread roll. The man was rushing putting ingredients in and we was the only ones there so wasn’t busy. Will Never go back here again, extremely rude

We went to have lunch at subway today and it was lovely.

Pigs in blankets not cooked, bacon falling off the sausage, wedges were soft and mushy, other than that the other food was edible…..pigs and bacon are in my dog, and so are the wedges….so you got a thumbs up from him….

Order has missing items. Order cheesy bites send hash browns. Ask for toasted, it's not and when you try ringing nobody answers. Bit of a poor show I get things go wrong but at least answer!

went to the store at 9:20 to order a sub and was turned away as they were “closed” but on the website it says 10pm so this makes me believe either the closing times wrong or the staff just couldn’t be bothered. very poor service from subway. Disappointed.

2 staff working Sunday, both were very rude, when I asked the female worker a question 3 times I was ignored then the male answered that no we could not sit in whilst eating and if we have to we have to sit at the front of the shop when asked why he chose to ignore this! Came in here for dinner.. I had the new pizza sandwich and it was nice enough.. My missus had the breakfast sandwich and i was impressed with that more than mine. Cant beat a subway there all the same really.. This one was clean the food was decent enough. Nothing really to complain about..

Couldn’t see any cheese in it - even though i ordered double cheese. The bread tasted like it had been frozen and heated up - very dry.

Food was poorly put together, was chucked all in the bag and squashed. Hot food, was cold. I’d rather use another subway.

Terrible experience, after hour and a half of waiting (and I live 2 mins up the road from Subway) I collected the order myself which at that point was still waiting to be picked by a delivery driver.

Was delivered the wrong order. Waited 30 mins for the delivery guy to come back and change but never showed up again.

Unfortunately this is the 5th time an item has been missed from my order here - it's never even a replacement item, just missing completely. Late delivery due to lack of drivers, which can't be helped.

I kept getting the driver is ready to pick up your order, after 2.00pm I called them and was told no driver was available then hung up on me. I order sometime at one it was gone 3.00 when I got it. I explained that I am diabetic and felt unwell. However the lady who eventually delivered my food was so sweet and polite. My compliments go to her, subway in Fishponds I will avoid.

Ordered food at 7 pm and it arrived at 8:45 pm. The food was cold (probably didn't help the cold drinks were on top of the sandwiches!). There was filling missing, and we were given different items than we ordered. No phone call to us, or picking up qhen we phoned. Shambles!

I visited this subway today, they try to charge me extra for no reason and they are low on safty standards. I had to cancel my order . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

The food was gorgeous and the service second to none, The delivery driver was efficient yet friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I’m really confused by all the bad reviews. I’m American so I know good customer service and this place has incredibly good customer service. The sweet lady behind the counter is always very smiley and kind and they make great sandwiches!

Cracking customer service and one of the best subways I've had because they're willing to respond to requests. Really great and friendly staff. Worth going back just for the service (and they make a super sub!!!)

has literally never got an order correct out of about 5 orders (spread over a year, each time hoping they might have improved...) yet again I have been proven right in my bets of what will they f up this time.. this time Chipotle sauce instead of mayo... now other way round not a huge issue as you can just add spice, however to my very spice intolerant partner, you can not un-spice Chipotle, forgetting to add ANY sauce, again, would be preferable as we can add mayo at home, but to add spice when only MY one wrap had it actually requested is not it.

No idea what is happening in this store but they no longer participate in any of the promotions and vouchers even though they advertise them and were more than happy to harvest my details with their app. DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP

Firtst Time Subway Customer, food was ok say 7/10 but I am fussy.

Confusing menu , staff that don't readily understand English. Small coffee available only - overpriced and disgusting. Sandwich not prepared very well. Okay if you're desperately hungry but definitely gone downhill recently.

Ordered a few times and every time there was something wrong or completely missing from the order. Rang to complain they were unhelpful and couldnt careless. KFC and other places check the order before they release to see everything is there but these guys dont! Why? how hard is it? Some items of food like the cheese bites are not nice. If you desperate for food use these guys if not dont waste your money or go in person.
