Ordered off Uber Eats and was told 20-40 mins. 2.5 hours later, no food and the order gets cancelled. I tried calling 15 times and never got through. Awful service.

The food itself is good, but every time I go in there every single member of staff is rude, unwelcoming and useless

It smells like moldy Christmas trees they do not listen when you say only a little bit and my 6inch was tiny

Came in got food nice two 6 inch subs all good however smelt very dodgy & noticed a lot of cross contamination within the ingredient part and unhygenic as used the dirty gloves to open the little ovens so dirt all over the handle. Smelt really mouldy , and they do not listen to you when speaking to them about your sandwhich eg how much sauce how much chilli’s

The staff are fine. The room smells of damp. The customer toilet was dirty with no toilet roll

We went to have lunch at subway today and it was lovely.

This Subway used to be nice but went in there today for the first time in a year and taken over by staff who don’t speak any English, no manners at all, and my son asked for 6inch and it looked more like 4inch. I said to them that no way 6inch and they said sorry don’t understand. It looked more like bread roll. The man was rushing putting ingredients in and we was the only ones there so wasn’t busy. Will Never go back here again, extremely rude

consistently the worst subway in Bristol. hire some staff who can speak English

went to the store at 9:20 to order a sub and was turned away as they were “closed” but on the website it says 10pm so this makes me believe either the closing times wrong or the staff just couldn’t be bothered. very poor service from subway. Disappointed.

2 staff working Sunday, both were very rude, when I asked the female worker a question 3 times I was ignored then the male answered that no we could not sit in whilst eating and if we have to we have to sit at the front of the shop when asked why he chose to ignore this! However already ordered but won’t be coming back again

Came in here for dinner.. I had the new pizza sandwich and it was nice enough.. My missus had the breakfast sandwich and i was impressed with that more than mine. Cant beat a subway there all the same really.. This one was clean the food was decent enough. Nothing really to complain about..

I visited this subway today, they try to charge me extra for no reason and they are low on safty standards. I had to cancel my order . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

I’m really confused by all the bad reviews. I’m American so I know good customer service and this place has incredibly good customer service. The sweet lady behind the counter is always very smiley and kind and they make great sandwiches!

Cracking customer service and one of the best subways I've had because they're willing to respond to requests. Really great and friendly staff. Worth going back just for the service (and they make a super sub!!!)

has literally never got an order correct out of about 5 orders (spread over a year, each time hoping they might have improved...) yet again I have been proven right in my bets of what will they f up this time.. this time Chipotle sauce instead of mayo... now other way round not a huge issue as you can just add spice, however to my very spice intolerant partner, you can not un-spice Chipotle, forgetting to add ANY sauce, again, would be preferable as we can add mayo at home, but to add spice when only MY one wrap had it actually requested is not it.

No idea what is happening in this store but they no longer participate in any of the promotions and vouchers even though they advertise them and were more than happy to harvest my details with their app. DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP

Confusing menu , staff that don't readily understand English. Small coffee available only - overpriced and disgusting. Sandwich not prepared very well. Okay if you're desperately hungry but definitely gone downhill recently.

I went to this subway after God knows how long and what i can say is it definitely does look cleaner, but on the other hand i was shocked at the small amount of fillings which was like sprinkles to me on my sandwich?? Same amount i would feed my budgie.I paid good money for my sandwich n the guy was just putting sprinkles and i had to keep asking to put more. Secondly when i came in and asked about the toilets i was told they were out of use, cos the mopping had just been done?? This doesn't make a toilet out of use?? all that was required was a wet floor sign? So customers are aware of the wet floor, But I wasnt gonna argue with this, but i am stating facts that this is the way it should have been done, Maybe they just wanted to save themselves from cleaning the toilets even tho it was 5 hours away from closing time? So I wont be returning here any time soon.i just feel ripped off and fobbed off.

This is second time I ordered from here both times item are missing . Called the restaurant and they said they can't do anything maybe delivery driver took some food item.. Called just eat they also saying they can't do anything. Its may be just a small amount item but its cheating with consumer . First time I thought ok may be mistake so tried second time now I am 100% sure they are cheating . Second thing is that they are so so stingy with there nachos! The nachos came damp and barely had any cheese on it! It was not nachos it was just damp tortilla chips! Absolutely horrible food.

Good food and good service, close to a number of bus stops. The perfect place to stop for lunch between busses.

Worst place ever!! The food was cold, had to ask for the tables to be cleaned....got the kids muffin and a doughnut...we decided to take the cakes back to the house as it was my granddaughters birthday...she picked the doughnut....OMG she couldn't even take a bite out of it...it was rock hard...wish she had tried it in there and I would have taken it back for her...only 7 and she didn't understand why a subway would sell an extremely stale doughnut. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter took my grandson to the toilet and refused to let my granddaughter go as it was filthy....I always say you can judge a place by its toilet.....avoid the stale food that they had no problem selling us!!

Went in to get 2x breakfast sub meals and was told I'm not allowed salad in my breakfast sub which has never been the case in the past and I have been going here for the past 8 years and I have never known somewhere to tell me what I can and can't have in my sub. They don't even have the breakfast menu on show and charged me double the price I normally pay. Will not be returning

Veggie pattie wrap with salad. Sounds simple doesn’t it? The staff at this branch of subway seem absolutely shocked that I really don’t want to have the wrap made up with salad and then microwaved for 30 seconds! What’s worse is that when you ask for the salad to be added after the pattie has been toasted with cheese, they look at you like you’re some sort of deviant. Who eats hot salad!!!!!?????? The employees are rude and the place has gone massively downhill since they lost their best member of staff (an American chap) who knew all about customer service. This is by far the worst subway franchise in the area.

Unorganised management and very slow the team was all over the place! Wasted 30 min of my lunch break in here waiting to be served. The woman boss is so rude and arrogant!

The staff were absolutely brilliant, went out if their way to make us extra fillings for our sandwiches when they were had run out. This review comes after my other one left on the shell garage Subway, which was appalling. So big thanks to the staff working here for being so polite and helpful, the sandwiches were actually really good too

Different bread to what we ordered. I paid extra for cheese and there was no cheese what so ever. Cookies were put inside the bag where the subs were which made them greasy and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. I always have issues with my order at subway. Why can't the staff just follow the order. They do if you go into restaurant and order but it seems to be completely different when its being delivered. Ill never order from here again. Very very poor quality for what we paid

Manager is a mug, and thats why this branch has a huge turnover of staff. Hopefully it closes down soon.

And a Subway is a Subway, but I must say the cheesie toasted bite was horrendous- basically bread I could barley taste the cheese!! However the vegan meatball marinara was a tonic for my hangover after a big night in drinking slippery nipples with Pam :)

Ordered a meal for the family at around 7:30pm which is about and hour or so before the stated closing time. Ordered via uber eats and the money was taken and order processed, and the app was updating to say how far away it was until about 2 minutes away and the order was cancelled by the store with no notice given. apparently they have no way of communicating with the driver and they closed the kitchen early so we will get a refund in a few days time. Very disappointed but this is the way technology works these days - or doesn't in this instance

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as it must have been an off day and the staff seemed to be quite new. But service was incredibly slow.

Yes very nice since the last time I visited which has been a long time, nice to see new staff who are friendly and smile, they gave nice service even though the shop was busy, they were quick and efficient. I was trying the new vegan meatless balls as on the advert. The taste was satisfying but just maybe some more mixed herbs to enhance its taste. I was getting another footlong which the lady preparing the footlong asked her colleague to prepare the vegan 6 inch to avoid mix up with gloves and reduced wait time. I recommend this place to go to as customer service was great keep it up 😃

The tea is like piss water and the staff are finding it hard to understand when asking for a cup of tea he gave me a cup of water.

Tables dirty.floor needed a good sweep,drinks fridge looked as if it hadn't been tidied for days.. Manager on his mobile,ignoring customers. Staff miserable and looked as if they'd rather be anywhere else but there.They didn't seem to have a clue how to make a simple BLT - the girl even went so far as to try and add cheese to mine. Never will I go there again.

For a Wetherspoons it's pretty quiet, busy but not nosy. Food is great, the only complaint is that it takes a little while to come. Staff are usually lovely as well!

What can you say it's subway. They are great where ever you go. Some of them, the waiting time can be long but they are busy. Worth the wait. The sandwiches have many varieties and tasty. The salad bowls are generous. Everyone should try a subway.

Always loved this outlet. Met the owner in Southampton. Really nice guy from New York. If you've never been then try it. Healthy food. Very reasonable prices.

(eventually) a very fresh and tasty take out salad bowl which for £3.50 was huge. The customer before me was placing a large order but the woman on the till just stood there rather than assisting her colleague, i waited a good 8 minutes to place my order and it was totally unnecessary.

Served by a guy who was really rude, told me to shut up. And took no effort to make my sandwhich, couldn't be bothered with me. It came out cold. Awful service. Won't be coming to this subway again at all.

Went there when the store was empty not too long ago, staff member was extremely rude and smelled of marijuana, was tempted to call the cops!

Subway was amazing yesterday; the lady with dark hair, I think she said her name was Pam, helped me pick what I wanted and encouraged me to change what I ordered because she knows I always order the same thing. I tried the meatball marinara and it was wonderful thank you dark haired lady you are my saviour. I will be coming back.

We use this subway Monday to Friday. The lady that serves us, is very friendly and highly professional. We love the early opening times as it allows me to have a cup of tea with my partner and spends some time before we both go our separate ways. The breakfast menu is great. My issue is that it does not cater much for people who do not eat meat or pork. If subway does something for us non meat eaters and non pork eaters then I am willing to rate it 5*

the food is good and it has good deals, i come here if im in the area, but a BIIIG but, for a while now ive noticed, the tables are not always clean, and if u look towards the back or even the front tables there is mess everywhere, and i mean all over tables and floor, sticky and untidy, a big NO NO, and the toilets out back are always out of order, i dont know what the issue with this is, especially when i need to wash hands after eaten which i always do. Staff are lovely, but the place needs to be kept properly.

This subway has lots of seating even a couple outside. It is just off the main shopping streets so not far for a break. The staff are always friendly and I keep going back for fresh fast food.

Quick,plenty of choices & really good prices. I enjoy the rewards with the subway app so a free sub every now & then saves more money. Staff are very helpful & pleasant.

The subs are fresh and filling, if you have issues with the bread been stale on the ends, they will change it.

My daughter won't go to any other Subway ... they give her lots of olives. The staff are always really friendly.
