Both burgers were cold and same with chips however very happy that I got a fully filled frozen Fanta this time in a large cup as usually have three quarters filled in a regular cup so not all bad just gotta try keep the food warm at least

There’s a lot of people who are complaining about this place that clearly don’t understand how it works. This is a lovely establishment with great food and great service.

Tasty burgers - love the angus burger with fresh rocket leaves. . Fast service and clean restaurant. Took my son and 5 of his friends to Eastgate Burger King for a birthday treat. Luckily there was a long table available for the children to sit together and eat. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Awful restaurant, the manager unsure of name but was very short is absolutely rude to his staff and customers, I didn’t feel welcomed at all went to the till to be served due to my disability and was told I wasn’t allowed to be served at the till as was too busy, he had made me feel inadequate and said it wasn’t his problem, I will be making a formal complaint to head office as this is poor customer service from a manager.

Item was given to someone someone else, never got the delivery. Will never order from this store ever again. I’m appalled and angry.

last week i went to burger king eastgate the young girl was very rude to me she said to move your car to the line and she refuse to serve me she was racist towards me the manager did not do nothing

Burgah. Got a free 6-piece side for spending over £25, then used a £7 off code texted to me by Just Eat. Good times all round, can't really go wrong with BK - better than McD imo, although still no spicy Royale! Chikin burgah!

That burger was NOT worth £9.29.Tiny bun,2 small scraps of limp bacon,virtually no sauce.Very poor burger at any price.

i'm not a fussy eater by any means but i just paid the best part of 20 quid for a whopper meal with onion rings and whilst I was initially taken aback by the paltry amount of food i recieved for that money it turned out to be utterly revolting...so.

Truly awful customer service stood waiting for over 20 minutes for our burgers which it turns out we're sat under the lamps literally needed chips serving up By the time they finally gave us our food the burgers were cold They said they would make us fresh ones and quite obviously microwaved them Truly awful and not what I expect from burger king obviously prioritising delivery orders

Food took an hour and 20 minuets to arrive and was freezing cold! Cost over £40 for 2 adults meals and a children’s meal.

Appaling customer service! Worst I ever had. I have ordered thru Uber Eats at 00.40am as the shop was open until 02:00am. Order confirmed and few drivers waited for it as the food was not been done, just to announced at 02.20am that Burger King Bristol Eastville has cancelled the order. Why was not my order cancelled as soon as you saw you do not have the ingredients? Why it had to be open for almost 2 hours until you closed the shop?

Came here today for an absoulety scrumptious chicken royal served to me by an astonishingly polite crew member, they served me with a gorgeous smile and my food was handed to me promptly. This is probably the best Burger King I have ever been to in my 30 years on this planet, can’t recommend it enough. Will be coming. here every day

Had a lovely meal here with my friends, staff were helpful with my order requests. Restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience.

The sides are excellent and I do recommend my friends and family come to Burger King to dine and or order out with meals the burger it’s self are great and it’s my frequent restaurant to go to highly recommend

hygiene should be called here, they serve spoiled things to people, how many times do I eat there, I feel sick, have diarrhea and throw up!!

Refused service because I wasn't "heavy enough," after I chose to cycle to the shop instead of drive. Despite over half a dozen other people being served in front of me, including people who arrived on motorbikes. No matter how polite and patient I was, they still refused to serve me, while serving other people just because they parked in the driveway in heavier and more polluting vehicles before taking their order. Incredibly discriminatory and rude, and probably illegal. Avoid at all costs.

Food was ordered at 18:28 with original delivery time of 18:42, finally delivered at 20:44 after we had eaten something else, tried to cancel order after waiting for an hour, couldn't reject order with the driver. Please refund.

One of the better BK's I've been to. Always clean and tables cleared. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Shame the section of drinks on the Coke machine keep reducing over time (bring back the Ice Tea)

The loaded fries are absolutely horrific there’s about 10 chips in there and they are only covered in cheese. Not as advertised!!! Also missing child’s burger from the meal.

The Food Was Great But Arrived Yet Again Cold

These types of places used to be called fast food restaurants. I was just under 20 minutes from entering to leaving, and there wasn't even a queue. Priority is being given to delivery bikers because there is more profit there.

It was okay. It was busy being a Saturday with an event going on nearby. But we managed to find a table. My whopper was very nice, the chips and onion rings were okay. The Ben & Jerry's ice cream is way too expensive!! I really fancied an ice cream they need to do sundaes.

Placed my order at 10:20pm. "delivered" at 12:08am. Almost two hours for fast food?! Over an hour and 20 mins late. was delivered after midnight when it said it would be delivered by 10:50pm. The driver did not knock and left the food *outside* my neighbours garage. Appalling service, I would like a refund due to not being able to eat the food as I had no idea it was outside! (I waited over an hour with no communication, assumed they were not going to deliver as the restaurant would be closed.)

When the food arrived it was mostly cold, which immediately put a downer on the takeaway. The food itself was nice, but if I spend money on a take away, I expect it to be as hot as it can be, not take longer to get to me and arrive mostly cold.

I was tracking the delivery and it stopped for a while at another area of Bristol. When the food came, it was so cold and it couldn't be eaten.

Staff were awful. Waited on the drive-thru for over 5 mins. Screen was black and no one said anything. So I drove around only for the lady on the till to have a go at me for driving around. Then they proceeded to just stand around and let us wait for our food for 10-15 mins. Even though we’d ordered ahead on the app. I’m a big fan of BKs food. But the service has put my wife and I off for a while that’s for sure!
