Absolutely horrible service. I waited patiently for 30 minutes before I tried to ask anyone about my order. When I approach the counter to speak to someone, several workers look at me and quickly glance away, never giving me an opportunity to actually approach them. I stand closer for at least 5 minutes before I manage to speak to someone about my order, and they tell me they had to put the vegan Pattie in the oven so that’s why it took so long. I tell them that the way they’re operating towards costumers (pretty much ignoring them) isn’t nice, to which I get no response, just a dead stare. So I speak to the manager, having to wait another 5 minutes for them to come and I ask where I can complain, and they don’t even seem to know where that is. So they ask another colleague who isn’t sure either, but disappears to go check. 5 minutes later, she tells me about the Burger King app, which doesn’t necessarily have a complaint system. Basically, 45 minutes later I get to my food which looks like the picture I’ve submitted below. Enough said, really.

I always order food from here and i always get hot drinks, always! Please guys just put them in the fridge not so hard!!!

I love this joint especially their chicken royales and their chicken nuggets.

Avoid This Location - A Disappointing Experience I don't like writing negative reviews but I feel it’s necessary to share the facts of my visit to this Burger King in Eastville, Bristol UK on the 9th of August 2024. What follows is a detailed account of my negative experiences at this location, which I hope will encourage improvements rather than just be a perceived as thoughtless criticism. Minor Inconveniences: Touchscreen Issues - Just before noon, I entered a nearly empty Burger King with only a few seated customers and two visible staff members. The drive-thru was quiet, and the restaurant was not busy. I chose to use the interactive touchscreen to place my order, but the screen was incredibly unresponsive, requiring multiple presses for each selection. This seemed to indicate poor maintenance. Additionally, the interface was confusing when I tried to add large fries after my initial order. For reference, here’s what I ordered: Large Chicken Royale Meal Large Onion Rings Large Coke Zero (with ice) Large Bacon Double Cheeseburger Large Fries Large Diet Coke Extra-Large Fries The total cost was £24.07 (including tax). Less Minor Issues: No Counter Ordering - While waiting for my food, I witnessed a manager turn away a customer who tried to order at the counter. The manager explained that they needed to increase interactive touchscreen usage to meet a target of 70% or more. The customer, unsure of how to use the screen, was told by the manager (in what seemed a slightly patronizing tone) that help was available. The customer, visibly uncomfortable, declined and reluctantly used the screen, clearly unhappy. Understocked Drinks Machine - After placing my order, I was handed two large drink cups and directed to the self-service drink machine. This left me wondering why the touchscreen asked for specific drink selections if I was simply to serve myself. To make matters worse, the machine displayed "UNAVAILABLE" when I tried to select Coke Zero, leaving me with Diet Coke as the only option. Additionally, there was no convenient spot near the machine to place the filled cups, making it difficult to avoid spills. Unmotivated Staff - I asked the staff at the counter for a drink holder, but the employee, after a brief search, informed me they were out of them. However, when I asked the manager, he immediately retrieved a holder from a nearby shelf. The counter employee mumbled an apology, but the overall interaction left much to be desired. When my food arrived in a brown paper bag, it tore almost immediately. I requested a larger bag, but the employee initially hesitated before grudgingly providing one. The lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to assist was noticeable and disappointing. Inedible Food - Upon returning home (an 18-minute drive), I discovered that the "large" fries appeared to be small fries in a paper sleeve. The Chicken Royale my wife attempted to eat was terrible—the chicken had a spongy, rubbery texture, making it inedible after just one bite. My Bacon Double Cheeseburger was equally disappointing, and the onion rings were rubbery and unpleasant. Overpriced - The final disappointment was the cost. £24.07 (including tax) is an unreasonable price for the substandard quality of food we received. The high price only added insult to injury, making the entire experience feel like a waste of money. I could continue with more details, like the poorly designed cups and drink holder that caused a spill when I got home, but I believe the point is clear. My goal in writing this review is not to harm Burger King as a brand, but to encourage them to improve their product and service. I fondly remember my first Whopper during a trip to America in the early 80s, and I want others to have similarly positive experiences. However, this visit was shocking and expensive, and I hope these issues are addressed. Note: This review reflects my experience on the day of my visit, the 9th of August 2024.

Jesus, where do I start? dirty tables, dirty floor, disinterested staff, late and wrong order, ordering machines not working, dead flies on window sills. Overpriced for poor service. Now off home to wash myself after my visit. AVOID

Same old same old but convenient.

Never arrived. Ordered at 7.30, said would be delivered by 8.05, then changed to 8.40. Still not delivered @ 9.55, said being prepared all this time, then changed status to say it had been delivered on time. Very frustrating.

I like Burger King but I dislike being lied to. I guess it was only one 'whopper' I asked for? I ordered two large meals but was given three drinks. I queried this and asked for the receipt. I'm told 'it's in the bag.' I get home, there's no receipt but an extra burger and I've been charged £45 for two large meals. Thank you Burger King.

The staff members are notably friendly, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, their chili cheese bites are exceptional. However, there are areas for improvement. The vegan chicken burger tends to be dry and overly salty, while the chips often arrive soggy. Furthermore, the self-service fizzy drinks are sometimes flat, diminishing the beverage experience. Additionally, the presence of unsupervised, rowdy children detracts from the ambiance, though this issue seems more related to parenting than the establishment itself.

+ Nice food., acceptably clean toilets - Clients are discouraged from ordering from staff over the counter and are instead sent to the electronic "kiosks" make the shopping experience is quite less enjoyable. Fortunately other BK branches still welcome orders over the counter. Thank you.

I don't understand why you are advertising what you don't have . I like to order the peppercorn they didn't have it .Ask for they Angus steak. They didn't have it . I've been to Burger King, especially for one of these two. If you don't have it, put down the advert
