Offered me condiments on a kebab that wasn’t theirs. Genuinely the nicest people. Will definitely return and would 100% recommend as a late night stop.

Doner meets on chips is fantastic!

Mixed kebab meat and chips. Had to run it through the sieve when home it was that greasy. Not triple cooked chips as you expect, literally watched cold chips chucked back in the fryer. Worse £9.50 spent in a long time. Cash only too.

Food is awful: I ordered chicken khebab, and besides the salad, and the bread (which is obviously industrial) the “chicken” tastes and looks anything else than chicken. Better go in front where there is a noodles place. Service is OK

Was up front about not having chicken doner ready fair enough. Ordered mixed shish instead and chips. When serving it they said they forgot to heat the fryer up so no chips. OK fair enough but could have said when I ordered so I could go somewhere else. The mixed shish was mostly black and just tasted of carcinogenic burnt flavour. Probably worst kebab I've ever had.

Used to be a good value put stop for a standard kebab. Not anymore Prices way up and portions significantly down. Staff extremely surely and comms is very difficult

The man serving me gave me a the wrong order despite the fact that I had already paid for my meal. When I asked him about this, he dismissed my confusion in a disrespectful manner and rudely threatened me while forcing my departure. I was left without any food, having paid for my meal. I would not recommend using this kebab shop as there is a large number of alternatives in the neighbouring area who will provide the service which you have paid for in a polite manner.

Best service/food we had in 4 days stay in Bristol. No issues with anything extra we wanted. All staff 100%👌👌

Very rude man. We ordered our food and a bottle of water I asked for my water first he gave it to me and said smash your fat face. We've been there lots over the years but will never ever go back again. Its not all about cold meat and pink chicken anyway!

The worst restaurant I have ever visited in bristol, portions are veryyyy small, burnt chicken doner, not well fried chicken breast, we throw them would like to give less than 1 star if available. Paid 14 pounds for 2 pieces of chicken and little french fries, and 1 small chicken doner, loss of money.

Bought two wraps, made my friends with salad, but refused to put salad in mine. They also pull the prices out of the a** Had the cheek to over charge me and then not let me have salad. Used to go here every Saturday night after a night out. Burnt bridges over a bit of cabbage.

Poor quality meat to be honest, slightly disappointed. Salad was brown also and didn’t look appealing. Would only recommend after a few pints not sober.

Overcharged by £8, real lack of food quality, asked for salad and didn’t get any. Potential health (and wealth) hazard. Recommend avoiding.

Best kebab shop in Bristol. The front of house guy we had is a genuine guy, a top lad. Service was immaculate and entertaining, we had a nice chat and a chuckle. Food is filling, with good portions. Salad selection is banging. Keep it up.

They didn’t listen to what I ordered at all, when I questioned it, they demanded I did ask for what they gave me and just took my money

Seemingly one of the few halaal places in Bristol, so had no option other than to go here. We ordered a chicken donner, chicken sheesh, and a vegetarian pizza. Prices were high compared with other parts of the country, we paid £30, and in Southall £30 gets you a lovely sit-down meal. All in all, a decent meal, but a little bland for us, although the separate chilli sauce was decent. Staff were really friendly, but parking was awkward.

Where is Kabab Khan city centre

Been visiting this establishment on and off since it opened. Great food, cooked by great guys. Burgers are better than the so called fast food giants. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If you chose to frequent Kingswood then please visit Diamond Kebab…you won’t regret it.

The chicken doner wrap is over burned so before he fills the wrap I asked for fresh one they didn’t like it. I did so because last time they gave me overburnt I said no please he said if you didn’t like it come back and we will give your money back

I specifically ordered a lamb doner, my fault for not checking before getting home I suppose but to get home and find a box of chicken I was not pleased especially when I was charged for more for what I didn't receive, disgraceful

Overcharged for food and when queried staff member became rude and aggressive. He did eventually refund me the £6 we were overcharged but was so rude and aggressive that we would never return there again. It does make me wonder how many people they do this to after they have had a beer or two. Luckily we had been to a concert so had only enjoyed a couple of drinks. Have to say the food was great, but the service and fact we were overcharged left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Charged me £35 for chips and then refused to give it back. These guys are happy to scam you and even find it funny. Please avoid at all costs.

Went here last night, have cheese chips and well it was suppose to be kebab meat! Shocking it was hard and uneatable not even the seagulls would eat it, the most shocking thing it was £24 for 2 cheese chips and suppose to be meat! What a total rip off I cant believe I actually paid for it and couldn't eat it. Never go back.

The most disgusting fried chicken I have ever tasted. Totally flavourless, meat not fresh, with undercooked chips and tasteless beans. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely s###e! Paid £7 for a large donner and there must have been about 5 slices of meat. They want the jail, polite enough people but ridiculous. No wonder this country is knackered, thieves!!!

The lamb was rotten, the picante sauce wasn't good, the fries were wet, he charged me 10.40 for that then when I came back to get a refund they had already placed a new lamb brooch and the guy said "what about the meat what about the meat" but didn't want to taste it, he gave me 5.20 back and turned his back at me it's the first time that such a food experience happened to me
