Nice food but I had mini wrap meal and I asked for no lettuce as I'm allergic bit into the wrap to find lettuce had a sever allergic reaction still ill 4 days later

Changed hands recently and not the same. Bread was stale, chicken burnt and over cooked. Unfriendly staff. Chicken never ready.

Food has been deteriorated in taste, portion size and quality in the last 6 months. Also getting very expensive. The popcorn chicken is of very poor quality, don't order it

I've been coming here since they first opened on Whiteladies and sadly just keeps getting worse year after year. My last basic order cost >£25 for 2 x small chicken burgers in stale bread, 4 x (very soggy) processed fillets, 1 x dry chips, brown cornflour "gravy", and an argument for a can of pepsi.. which was meant to have been included in the deal on the board?? Sadly, after about 25 years, my time with Miss Millie is over 🫡

The restaurant offered delicious crispy fried chicken in a welcoming atmosphere. Ahtsham offered an exceptional and friendly service making the experience delightful!

The chicken was terrible and the gravy was even worse. So disappointed. Never going back. I brought a massive order aswell 😔

Sort your website out. I just wanted to check the menu options/prices and it wouldn’t display anything useful without signing up/clicking through. I got so frustrated I gave up and ordered KFC.

Este solía ser mi lugar favorito para este tipo de comida cuando la pareja encantadora de Gales lo tenía. Lo usamos durante años. Bueno, ahora es horrible. Cuando el pecíolo actual se hizo cargo lo bajé a la primera semana y les di beneficio de duda y regresé hoy. Nunca volveré. Pollo seco y masivamente sobrecocinado, salsa que solía ser un fave era acuoso y horrible, patatas fritas eran piedra fría, no hay tenedor / cuchara dada así que no estoy seguro de cómo estábamos ¡Destinado a comer los frijoles! Nunca más.

Always tasty chicken, although I remember it being a little more juicy for the coating - Visited the area and introduced my daughter to my own childhood sunday lunch :D

Best chicken spot I've been to in a long time. Better than KFC. For what you're paying for, it's worth it. They're happy to replace fries with something else. I wish other places would do this. Good service too.

(6 días festivos en 6 semanas en 6 localidades) Esto fue bueno en comparación con gente como popeyes, KFC y McDonald’s (España y Dubai) Lo pondría en segundo lugar después de Popeyes y comparable a KFC. Ordered a megabite meal. Bitter taste of old fry oil dominated both the fries and the burger. Clearly management would rather pinch pennies than focus on the quality of the product. Not great value either. Eat elsewhere. Staff were very nice at least.

Broma. Sólo se entregaron fichas. Traté de marcar ese número y aparece diciendo que no puedes llamar desde esa área o algo así. Familia de 5 , esperó 45 minutos por solo fichas. No ordenar de ellos

Didn't get my drink, this happens to often and the money adds up for these companies getting free money, it's not acceptable and people shouldn't allow their money to be taken without reimbursement or having to order again just to get your drink etc, it's a headache, I expect proper service for what I've paid you for !

La chica detrás de la mesa era realmente agradable, pero el pollo, en el que literalmente se especializan, era tan delgado que no estoy seguro de que pudieras contarlo como carne. Cuando lo devolví, dijeron que era a propósito, pero cocino lo suficiente como para saber que han extendido tanto esa carne para sacarle el máximo provecho, mientras desconto su sabor. Lo devolví y ella no se sorprendió en absoluto y me dio las ofertas en su lugar.

I tried Thai wrap which had a nice flavour. Although good, they might want to work more on crispness of the chicken.

I love Miss Millie's Fried Chicken because of how meaty their wings are. But, according to my taste buds 🥲 their chicken items are a bit too salty. I mean otherwise I feel everything is fresh and at per. So, if you could please lower the amount of salt, would really appreciate that 🥲

No More Large Sides Or Chips on menu!!!! - regular chips £1.99. this used to be good but value for money totally gone. Not really worth it compared to other fried chicken places around. Sad times

Absolutely terrible. The fillets in the burgers we ordered were rock hard, bone dry, a third the size of the bun, and very thin. Perhaps yesterday's batch but frankly inedible .The bun stank of preservative and the chips weren't great either. They should be embarrassed to be serving food like this. Disgrace.

RIP miss miles…. Was the best fast food, best fried chicken for many years, when it was run by the lovely welsh lady. Now, it’s hideous, menu has totally changed, it’s a lot more expensive and absolutely repulsive now. So sad, end of a era

Chemical aftertaste. I can't put finger on it or describe actual taste in words but there was a slight numbing of tongue after eating. I had to stop eating and use mouth wash in bathroom - God honest truth. It was either the chips, the strips or the burger. Visited circa 11.30pm 19/01/24. Very nice man at front though (and the lady on other days), don't think anything to do with him (he's been there for some time) something going on in kitchen in back...?

If i could give zero stars, i would. Bought a chicken burger & fries today as i was a bit peckish. After consuming this, the rumblings started. By the time i got home, an hour or so later, i had the sh!#s. Clearly an issue with their food prep and hygiene. Never again at this particular food outlet shall i enter. 💩🤮

Everytime and I mean everytime I order from these people they forgot to add in the chips. Like I don’t know if the people they employ can’t read English or what but it’s beyond embarrassing how often they mess you order up. On top of that today the chicken tastes awful. Used to be such a good take away before it got taken over

Fast food fried chicken... Really damn good! Small chip portion size but it was so tasty. Quite expensive for fast food, I had the 5 chicken tender meal (£10), but it was perfect for one hungry drunk woman. Server was really friendly.

Food arrived cold & had missing item! I contacted the restaurant to explain this only to be spoken to in such a rude manner with another member of staff screaming out sentences in the back ground, he told me so what your missing gravy, & what do you expect when you dish up your food will be cold, I find this totally unacceptable from such a well named company.

Be-littling arragont rude man who spoke to me in such an embarrassingly bullying way. So many issues with the staff, 1 example; Iasked what something that was written on the menu, he angrily shouted what was the matter with me . I told him I was dyslexic and I’m sorry, he then ignored my request and proceeded handing me and my friends the worst and demeaning service I have ever experienced. I paid with £1 coins which he double-counted and knocked off a couple off the counter. Food was great ( apart from the price increase in food, and small size of milkshake) service was unbelievably terrible

Your food is great, however, please stop cancelling just eat orders. I wouldn’t mind if you cancelled the order 10 minutes after ordering but you seem to wait until the scheduled delivery time and THEN cancel the order. This is extremely frustrating and has happened on more than one occasion. I shan’t be ordering for delivery again as being cancelled on last minute has left me and my family disappointed.

Used to work there more than 10 years back. I loved the food and since Mike, who took over the place is a very good manager and a kind person I'm sure their chicken and customer service are better than ever:)

I hadn’t had a miss Millie’s for a few years because it went down hill a bit but decided to give it one last go out of convenience, and I’m glad I did because it was like the Miss Millie’s of yesteryear. The chips were far better than KFC, freshly cooked which obviously helps, the chicken was nice and moist and the skin was ooh la la. The wings were ok. Also the Welsh lady serving was lovely, great customer service, Miss Millie’s has won me back for my fried chicken cravings!

Ordered for delivery to the pub and ticked the box to request utensils. Sadly they were not included which meant I could not eat the coleslaw or beans

Been here 3/4 times. Incredibly rude staff, never given my actual order. I hate spicy food have asked for mild and repeatedly given hot. The service has always been horrible as if they don’t want me there. I’ve had enough.

Not sure on time . Food was cold not problem with cold. I'm pregnant and asked them to be careful with ingredients due to pregnant in the instructions. Anyway chicken fillet burger was pink which a pregnant women can not eat!!! Rang them up spoke to bloke who only started he for manager to ring back he offered to collect food and bring more. No thanks!!. Nothing was really sorted tbf we was new customers etc just really gutted wasnt cooked properly. Waist of money I spent 29.40p on this food for it to not be cooked properly. If I wasnt pregnant I prob wouldnt have minded but being pregnant and telling them to be careful for me to end up with pink food.

Spoke to the chap in the restaurant as he informed me that they no longer served vanilla milkshakes anymore however he was incredibly polite about it and even provided us with extras for our meal.. If you’re reading this matey give yourself a gold star for customer satisfaction as we’ll definitely be ordering again. 100% recommend for any new or returning customers!!

Driver forgot half the order. I rang up and told the restaurant. They contacted the driver then he brought the rest. By this time half the food was cold.

Really bad delivery time - ordered food at 18:16 and it wasn’t delivered until after 20:20pm - wouldn’t mind if they stated that the delivery was going to be 2 hours - But they said between an hour and a half initially

Start to put an order in and by the time you've finished the restaurant has stopped taking orders? It's 20:30 and they don't shut for hours, this happens way too often

I have been going here for years, best fried chicken in Bristol, with wonderful staff and they're open late! What's not to love? Lisa, Chris, Mike and Bryony are all wonderful people and always get my order spot on, despite me ordering quite a lot of food

We’re 100% miss millies fans. However,this time was way beyond what we’ve had in the past.salty is normal but this time it was unbearable. Gravy was thrown out and chicken in a bun was so dry that was also in the bin.

The gravy is very dark, tastes very strong. Not good

Bought 4 portions chips and 6 pieces. Fresh cooked and juicy and crispy. Served quickly in the shop. Good value for money.

The food was cold, the chicken was greasy and the fries were limited. Not good at all Delivery was fast that’s the only good thing

Good quality was good and packaged with care. Delivery guy was great, very polite and respectful.

Turned up extremely fast considering how far away I live, the gravy was thicker than wallpaper paste, coating on chicken was very dry and crumbly chips very limp. So overall nobody enjoyed there meal, total waste of money
