Subway in North Somerset

worst order yet, none toasted when we ordered toasted and cookies ordered were missing very disappointed in this place and they weren't even busy looked more like they wanted to go home

wrong bread cheese was not melted and was socky and I am not aloud egg and it mayo sauce instead sauce I asked for I could not get the food unhappy

The salad I ordered had bearly any meat inside and didn't look like the picture. The dressing was also gritty. The sandwich was missing the cheese that was ordered with the sandwich.

Everything was lovely, but I was delivered the wrong cookie, this one has nuts in it and I had ordered a chocolate chunk one, just something to be aware of if you have a nut allergy - luckily I don't

Time for delivery kept pushing back, food was cold & things were missing from the order

I was disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene practices during my visit. I watched the server handle various types of meat and then sprinkle cheese on the bread without changing gloves, which is a serious cross-contamination issue. As someone ordering a vegan sandwich, I had to specifically request a glove change to avoid having my food touched by the same gloves used for handling meat. This level of care should be standard, especially when catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.

Neither sub was as ordered, they were both ordered with cheese toasted, there was no cheese. Extra bacon was also ordered again not on the sub. Drinks should have been different but they weren’t. Got the cookies right yay

Ordered All Star Chicken sub, didn't get bacon or crispy onions in it. App said lettuce was "unavailable" for the salad I ordered so requested lettuce if possible, no lettuce on salad but sub had lettuce in?? Someone wrote on the receipt that they were out of the waffle fries so they gave me hash browns instead (THANK YOU!!) Lastly, they forgot the crisps I ordered. A lot of things seem to be forgotten from this place lately. But when it's good, it's good. Just a bit annoyed as a loyal customer.

delivery was 50 mins when ordering at 4.15 on a weekday, not great but could be worse. unfortunately they forgot both jalapeños and sauce which were both requested. so instead of the zesty, tangy chilly steak I ordered, what I got was rather dull. whoever made it had spent far too much time and effort evenly spacing the hash browns and making everything look pretty. what I wanted was a tasty sub I can pick up and eat, not something that needs rebuilding first and is missing the key ingredients!!

app said 30 mins for delivery, great. Place order it sits on "preparing order for 20mins" estimated time goes from 30, to 40, to 50 mins. ordered at 13:10 arrived just after 2pm. Not very impressed at all.

Got my order slightly wrong and was a bit cold but got 2 foot longs so I won’t complain 😂

This subway is amazing love it so much but i cant order in. I'm a very picky eater and only like footlongs with ketchup and cheese as much as it sounds plain it keeps me happy anyways you can't order plain footlongs on the app u either have to order a veggie one or a meat one (I do NOT eat meat) but other then that staff are friendly foods amazing the restaurants quite clean every time i go definitely worth t go here for lunch

had little to no mayo on the sandwiches, when I did get the mayo it was all on one side of the sandwich, usually are really good and spread out the sauce

Lovely hot toasted sandwiches. Plenty of filling. Arrived early friendly delivery.

Jo has been serving me last week at subway in town centre. She has been very professional and provided an excellent customer service for me and my partner. She's not only met us with a big smile and polite words but also has been explaining to us the menu sets we could have as a meal deal. Together with my partner we have found Jo a top notch worker with positive and optimistic attitude towards us, making us laugh and feel very welcome throughout the short stay. Food was absolutely delicious and made with care. The customer areas were clean and the toilet was looked after too. We were so delighted with my partner that we decided to come back within the week again to be served by this beautiful lady Jo again who is a pleasure to be served by. Company must be very happy to have someone so special working for them.

food was not delivered take your contact details and don't use them they've taken my money and I'm still hungry will never use the app again as I'm out of pocket and subway can't even be bothered to answer the phone so the issue can be sorted it's disgusting it really is

Not happy a regular customer here. Left all the salad off my sub was left with plain Turkey sub? If you had no salad you should have refused the order.

My order arrived cold, ordered a Philly steak meal deal, the bread was hard, the steak was cold and it didn’t come with a cookie or crisps or drink which is stated as part of the meal deal. Still waiting on my refund, waited an hour for our food to arrive aswell. How disappointing.

Red onions added to the Tuna Sub, my daughter does not like onions so I had to go through and remove them by hand. this is not the first time this has happened.

Brilliant customer service by the assistant manager 'Chelsea'. She took her time to assist me with the menu and I did not feel rushed. The sub I had was amazing. I would definitely recommend Regent street Subway.

not what I asked for at all, recieved ham pepperoni with a poached egg. I never asked for the ham or pepperoni I don't eat them but I did ask for the poached egg. not sure if you gave me someone else's order but this is ridiculous! check the receipt before you make a order!
