Nice place even do a long hot cookie dough

My order arrived cold, ordered a Philly steak meal deal, the bread was hard, the steak was cold and it didn’t come with a cookie or crisps or drink which is stated as part of the meal deal. Still waiting on my refund, waited an hour for our food to arrive aswell. How disappointing.

Shocking! Why put an estimated time to then be so far wrong? Warm food was cold and everything looked like it was thrown around. Disappointing

Red onions added to the Tuna Sub, my daughter does not like onions so I had to go through and remove them by hand. this is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely disgusting service I didn’t get my frappe also had a phone call to say it wasn’t the correct address which is states where I am and now I can’t get hold off any one or get a refund and paid £9 for a frappe I didn’t get

There is no point in having delivery times if they're ignored, Delivery driver was rude and didn't read/follow instructions given on the order, I had to go and find him.

Brilliant customer service by the assistant manager 'Chelsea'. She took her time to assist me with the menu and I did not feel rushed. The sub I had was amazing. I would definitely recommend Regent street Subway.

not what I asked for at all, recieved ham pepperoni with a poached egg. I never asked for the ham or pepperoni I don't eat them but I did ask for the poached egg. not sure if you gave me someone else's order but this is ridiculous! check the receipt before you make a order!

Shocking… never delivered my order said it’s delivered.

All gorgeous and tasty. Only downfall is I asked for hp brown on my meatball marinara and ended up with bbq instead but was still good. Just not the biggest fan of bbq sauce personally.

We were given a delivery time of 11. Food arrived at 11.30..

Officially the lowest quality fast food. It’s even beaten Worle McDonalds. Congrats. The driver was professional, pleasant and delivered on time.

Ordered from just eat as delivery showed 20-35 expected delivery was 12.15 turned up at 1. Bread was very dry which is unusual for subway never had a bad one before

Sent me a sandwich without the main filling. Put the wrong fillings in the other sandwich. You had one job, how can you mess up two sandwiches so badly? Will never order from you again.

Took ages to assign a driver. I had ordered food before we were due to go out, by the time the food arrived we didn't have time to eat it.

Firstly order was missing items called the shop and they told me they had my items if I wanted it I would have to collect. Sub didn’t have any sauce in as requested definitely wasn’t toasted either poor food and service

Missing my cookie on meal deal and wrong drink

I’ve tried calling and calling the restaurant but no answer. My dips are missing I ordered two dips, there’s a pack of three cookies missing and my daughter’s sub was meant to be toasted but it wasn’t. The phone rings then hangs up on me.

Missing items: Quavers Cheese, Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Rainbow Candy Chip cookie, obvious the order was not properly checked before it was bagged and left the shop.

There was no tuna mayo in my order, just tuna. What if I have an intolerance or allergy? This is happening numerous times now. Also the amount of salad is inconsistent- I don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.

Ordered twice today, took the money but both orders have been cancelled. Never again.

The food was actually not bad at all. I have only ever been to Subway a few times in my life as I don't, or I should say didn't, have confidence in the product. But this last experience has changed my mind on the food. We went for the meatless philly and it was lovely! Not like the images but fast food places rarely produce the food as shown on the images, but it was tasty and I will definitely be going back! Give it a try if you have never had a Subway!

Drove straight past my house and food was late

Extremely late, all hot items arrived cold. Driver was at the restaurant for nearly 2 hours according to the app. The food gets cooked when the driver arrives so it had sat either at the restaurant or in the drivers car for nearly 2 hours.

Food was not made correctly and the hot sides were cold wasted 50 quid will never order from here again

Positives…. The food came fast. The negatives are,crinkle wedges underdone, submelt cold, gave me heatwave crisps instead of heatwave nachos so I paid 3 pound for a pack of crisps and to top it off which is unreal how a single person order can be so wrong and bad… the Pepsi cherry I ordered was wrong too, they gave me a Pepsi max. Awful won’t be ordering subway again and whoever had trouble reading the one order, fair play to you.

Always friendly staff, and plenty of food choices. Great place in Weston to pop in and have something for lunch.
