Subway in North Somerset

I was disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene practices during my visit. I watched the server handle various types of meat and then sprinkle cheese on the bread without changing gloves, which is a serious cross-contamination issue. As someone ordering a vegan sandwich, I had to specifically request a glove change to avoid having my food touched by the same gloves used for handling meat. This level of care should be standard, especially when catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.

This subway is amazing love it so much but i cant order in. I'm a very picky eater and only like footlongs with ketchup and cheese as much as it sounds plain it keeps me happy anyways you can't order plain footlongs on the app u either have to order a veggie one or a meat one (I do NOT eat meat) but other then that staff are friendly foods amazing the restaurants quite clean every time i go definitely worth t go here for lunch

unfortunately they put a garlicky sauce on my 6 inch sandwich which wasn't on the order and made it taste weird.

subway closes at 8. Food not delivered until 8:45. Hashbrowns were hard and STONECOLD.

Came 45 mins late and food was cold

Lovely hot toasted sandwiches. Plenty of filling. Arrived early friendly delivery.

Jo has been serving me last week at subway in town centre. She has been very professional and provided an excellent customer service for me and my partner. She's not only met us with a big smile and polite words but also has been explaining to us the menu sets we could have as a meal deal. Together with my partner we have found Jo a top notch worker with positive and optimistic attitude towards us, making us laugh and feel very welcome throughout the short stay. Food was absolutely delicious and made with care. The customer areas were clean and the toilet was looked after too. We were so delighted with my partner that we decided to come back within the week again to be served by this beautiful lady Jo again who is a pleasure to be served by. Company must be very happy to have someone so special working for them.

If I could give it a zero I would! the attitude of the staff is awful. I would recommend another subway anywhere but this one. Awful team that subway employ here.

food was not delivered take your contact details and don't use them they've taken my money and I'm still hungry will never use the app again as I'm out of pocket and subway can't even be bothered to answer the phone so the issue can be sorted it's disgusting it really is

Not happy a regular customer here. Left all the salad off my sub was left with plain Turkey sub? If you had no salad you should have refused the order.

My order arrived cold, ordered a Philly steak meal deal, the bread was hard, the steak was cold and it didn’t come with a cookie or crisps or drink which is stated as part of the meal deal. Still waiting on my refund, waited an hour for our food to arrive aswell. How disappointing.

Red onions added to the Tuna Sub, my daughter does not like onions so I had to go through and remove them by hand. this is not the first time this has happened.

Brilliant customer service by the assistant manager 'Chelsea'. She took her time to assist me with the menu and I did not feel rushed. The sub I had was amazing. I would definitely recommend Regent street Subway.

not what I asked for at all, recieved ham pepperoni with a poached egg. I never asked for the ham or pepperoni I don't eat them but I did ask for the poached egg. not sure if you gave me someone else's order but this is ridiculous! check the receipt before you make a order!

All gorgeous and tasty. Only downfall is I asked for hp brown on my meatball marinara and ended up with bbq instead but was still good. Just not the biggest fan of bbq sauce personally.

Officially the lowest quality fast food. It’s even beaten Worle McDonalds. Congrats. The driver was professional, pleasant and delivered on time.

Ordered from just eat as delivery showed 20-35 expected delivery was 12.15 turned up at 1. Bread was very dry which is unusual for subway never had a bad one before

Took ages to assign a driver. I had ordered food before we were due to go out, by the time the food arrived we didn't have time to eat it.

Firstly order was missing items called the shop and they told me they had my items if I wanted it I would have to collect. Sub didn’t have any sauce in as requested definitely wasn’t toasted either poor food and service

I’ve tried calling and calling the restaurant but no answer. My dips are missing I ordered two dips, there’s a pack of three cookies missing and my daughter’s sub was meant to be toasted but it wasn’t. The phone rings then hangs up on me.
