My order was delivered on time but very poor I piece of steak not hot very disappointing I would like a refund please will not use you again very disappointing , Driver even wanted me to go down and get my order I live in flat very unprofessional

The order was cold drinks spilt everywhere and half of it was missing

delivery driver didn't have a clue where we were

I didn’t get my double cheeseburger that I paid for

Bottle of water already open hot drinks spilt all over everything

Asked for extra onion, not a onion with some burger

Would help if they got order right at least once.

Quiet day for me just as I like it .

Has now been multiple orders that have been cancelled, over an hour late, wrong items. Have re-used to try and give the benefit of the doubt but they lie on the phone and tell you it’s on its way then still doesn’t come. Have been spoken to rudely when orders have been wrong. Have tried ordering with a couple of hours notice so not last minute and current order for instance is over an hour late still and they said 40 mins ago it was already with the driver on its way to us. Still not here. Terrible service. Would not recommend nor use again.

Myself and my partner order McDonald’s to home as i wasn’t very well. I really fancied mozzarella dippers on arrival they had packed the sauces but not the share box. Town McDonald’s have gone really down hill. I myself used to work at eureka park so i know the process of packing orders. Not that hard to read the receipt.
