McDonald's in East Hampshire

I ordered takeaway meals with mozzarella dippers, however the mozzarella sticks were missing and I only got the salsa sauce! My order wasn't that big, how they managed to miss it after a good 15 minutes wait. True disappointment.

Watched my delivery driver steal my food, AGAIN

Driver decided to put air in his tyre on the way to deliver my food was cold to the point it was inedible, my chocolate milkshake was vanilla. The servie I’ve received was a joke and you’ve refunded me £6 that isn’t fair

The order was wrong, and the drink was half empty and we were missing a straw, leads to me thinking the driving had some!!!!!

We usually come here after a young people's Bible study in the High Street every other Friday Night. For that reason it is usually packed but the staff work very fast. There is usually a problem with lack of tables as sections are cordoned off early.

This restaurant has previously been a 3 🌟 and 5 🌟 for me, however it is now comfortably 4 🌟 Although the food is nice, I wouldn't describe it as the best fast food restaurant in the country. The chips have gotten more soggy and have had less salt on them over the years, which has made them worse and less likely for people to purchase them. The porridge, cheeseburgers, snack wraps, hash browns and cola are the best things at this place, however they are now highly priced. Although the servers are friendly the majority of your time, I would rather go to Burger King as they have meat burgers instead of the flat patties and have the option of onion rings and refillable drinks, which can save you a lot of money.

Badly thrown together food, squashed burgers, cold food, half the amount of chips that should be in the packet. To much ketchup in burgers soggy and unappetising. 9 out of 10 orders from Winchester MacDonalds have items missing? All the chips missing? All the drinks missing? Meals missing. The phoneline at Winchester MacDonald’s is never answered for over a year? The ordering apps say we cannot get a refund anymore as it happens to often?! It is not our fault food is missing!!

I have to say that whatever it was that I had for breakfast was pretty good. Upstairs was nicely quiet (Saturday morning/January). The coffee was still mostly atrocious, though.

This is a big issue in this place. Me and my husband ordered fish burger meal deal. There is no cheese in my burger,my husband only has half cheese in. Fries are very salty. My kid has had hot chocolate, but very watery and no taste. The big issue is our family had McDonald's here then all had tummy ache, vomiting and diarrhea! I concern the hygienic condition!!

Never received the food again the pin point was in the wrong place and when I spoke to the delivery driver he decided to hang up on me and say it was delivered when he wasn’t even in the right place.

We visited Winchester for the Cathedral Christmas experience and popped into McDonald's for a bite to eat. Absolutely amazing service throughout the staff definitely needs recognition. 🙂

Said 15-30 mins when ordered. Arrived 15 mins late and all of it was cold. I wound advise collecting it!

Not all the order arrived (food was missing) the delivery person didn’t even care, the drinks were all spilt on arrival

My food was cold also had shell in it but never mind I'm not allowed a refund because they are complete rubbish and not caring at all

driver didn't follow my delivery instructions I had left front door open as I am disabled and asked if they would bring it upstairs but he just rang bell and after me calling out I had to struggle down the stairs he said I should have given instructions but I did when I placed order

McDonald’s has the usual good, tasty food, but because it’s often crowded, tables can sometimes be left uncleaned, and it’s hard to find a place to sit. A lot of students come in, and they don’t always clean up after themselves, and during rush hours, the staff also can’t keep up with the cleaning. So, it’s not always the most comfortable place to sit and relax. However, the food itself is good, orders are prepared quickly, and when it’s less busy, it’s overall a nice spot

Chips and burger was stone cold but selects where warm

Rediculous. I ordered pancakes and syrup, they forgot them. I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin, they gave me a sausage double. terrible. awful.

Yet again, I order from here and the food comes out either split. Or the wrong items delivered. This is a joke and absolutely unacceptable

Hi, I just received my order few minutes ago, but it didn’t come with the double quarter pounder, I ordered that meal, but only fries and drink delivered, but no double pounder included.

2.30 on a Friday in Winchester. Moderately busy but by no means peak period. Chaos! Majority of empty tables strewn with empty wrappers and cups, crayons over the floor - none of it cleared during my time there. Lots of staff but no organisation. Lengthy wait for a single burger. Worst McDonald’s experience

Driver informed us that he had our food for over an hour , had another order to pick up. Time our food got to us it was cold, drink split over food. Couldn't get a new order as it has passed the breakfast time for McDonald's

Don’t work here. Worked here for 6 months in 2022 up until December. Staff are toxic I was accused of many things one of them which was moving to a minor. They tried to tarnish my name and ruin my reputation every chance they got. Rude and fake staff as well don’t dine here.

I put the address in which was the address when I search my address in maps but it was never found it took 3 phone calls before they could work it out. First call was at 11:00 which by then it was 20 minutes late at least and freezing cold on arrival

We had Over two hour wait because just eat cannot get drivers to pick up and deliver in a timely manner.

Wrong order delivered I thought that was the whole point of the reference number to avoid this. By the time I realized the driver had gone.

the delivery driver didn't go to the correct place so I had to go and meet him. we are missing sauces In our order, we have been given medium chips instead of large, burgers have been squashed and are no longer edible, one of the burgers we're missing onions when it was requested to have them, one of the drinks has spilled during delivery so is much smaller than it should have been. finally, no straws have been provided. very disappointed with how this order has gone.

1.5 hours late could not cancel, and have only been given half my cash back . Delivery time was estimated 30/35 minutes. Disgusting customer care and service

Never received my food after an hour of waiting!!

Went on a very busy Sunday lunchtime. I ordered via the app but I don’t think it made a difference to waiting time. Staff were clearly working hard to get orders out as fast as possible whilst keeping the tables clean and the restaurant tidy. My order was correct food was hot and tasty. Staff member asked me if I needed any sauces when giving me my food, which is always appreciated. Top marks. Thank you.

My order never arrived, it was marked as delivered (not sure how as there’s supposed to be a code given over) and there’s no contact number to contact anyone about it! Most likely delivered to a neighbour who’s not being honest about it but there is supposed to be precautions taken to avoid this. No code was ever given over.

Perfect for if you want to spend a whole week's paycheque on your dinner. Personally I didn't find Neon Genesis Evangelion to be as good as a lot of people say it is.

Ordered “fast food” but deliver was over a hour when it said it would be 21 minutes. I could have walked and picked it up in that time and not had to pay the ridiculous delivery fees. Will not be ordering again absolutely appalled by this shocking service. Thank u have a lovely day 😁

Missing food from order, McDonalds didn’t pack

After walking around in Winchester area you can come in this McDonald's branch to chill and to eat your meal. The food and service were okay! Like other McDonald's, you can take your order online. The service was great! Atmosphere was okay. I did not have any bad experiences. All is okay. Recommendable. There was no long Queue that time.

No kids drink! Usually something wrong

I waited 2 hours only for the app to claim it delivered my food. I ordered food because I'm disabled and was having a bad flare up. Everywhere is closed now.

I came here for breakfast and it was the most pleasant McDonald’s experience out of all the McDonald’s and fast food restaurants ive been to. My order was right, came quick, and was the perfect temperature. As for service, I was served by a lovely and respectful man, one of the managers. When giving me my food the first time he asked if I would like any condiments and wished me a good day. The second time (same day) I had him again for table service which was a swift service and had all the right utensils I needed as I ordered pancakes. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable and relaxing which is usually unusual for most McDonald’s’ but I can say I’m beyond satisfied with my experience.

Food stone cold. One drink missing and coffe spilt and none left in cup. Over 1 hr late not option to cancel order either now left £30 down with cold food and two drinks missing. Believe this is due to delivery rather than actual restaurant
