Bay Kebabs in Canterbury

Whole meal was cold unfortunately. Still tasted nice but was not warm one bit. I asked for them to knock quietly as my baby was asleep and they did not! They knocked a number of times loudly and then rang the door bell.

but pitta bread was cold and garlic bread with pineapple cheese was cold and pineapple was just thrown in the top not happy

Pizza was stone cold fries where stale and the driver did not apologise for the late time being delivered.

It’s back on track baby. Hummus and pitta with salad was good. Chips were so good and chicken shish kebab good too👌

I really liked the first time we ordered but after today the chicken kebab was undercooked and the chips were cold and hard and not a crunchy hard. It said it was delivered when it wasn’t and then we had to wait longer for it The jalapeño poppers were soggy and the Turkish bread my partner couldn’t even chew into

I can't even give 1 star to be honest . The order said it had been delivered and to enjoy our food but it hadn't . Rang bay kebabs direct and was told it was being prepared and would be another 30 minutes. My mum who's just came out of hospital didn't eat till after 9pm . Very unhappy and paid over £33 for the privilege. Not sure I want to use the service when you are told food has been delivered and not even left the shop!

waited 2.5 hours for 1 kebab and chips ..did not turn up...rang the restaurant twice they said it was on its way..

Great food and delivery service

After having a very bad experience last time of being over an hour late and food cold and bad quality , no apology or refund I was reluctant to coming back however this time my food was on time, warm and tasted very nice.

took an hour and half to arrive, meat was cold. phoned and kept being told 10 more minutes but still nothing arrived when they said.

Chips looked old and very over cooked, forgot the sauce, and the lamb was burnt and black over cooked and not edible

food was outstanding, we loved it so much, personally we don't think anywhere else in town even comes close to the standard you get from bay kebabs

I ordered hummus pitta with salad but no salad came with it at all. Instead it was filled with chips. Feta salad very disappointing and only 2 pieces of halloumi when usually 4

We order from here regularly. The food is always good. Today, however, we ordered at 6.20, it was due for delivery at 7.05. At 7.30 I asked where is was and was told the driver had left. At 7.50 I rang again and was told they were waiting for a driver. At 8.15 I rang again and again was told it had left. It was finally delivered just before 8.30. I live 5 minutes away, we were getting ready to give up and go to bed. How ridiculous. I'm really disappointed when we order so regularly.

The food arrived on time but was cold. I ordered two kebabs, one with garlic sauce and one with chilli, and expected pots of sauce but it was on the kebabs, just a personal preference, but for a takeaway I like to dip! The delivery boy (he was about 15) was lovely and so polite. Also the two kebabs had a completely different amount of lamb so we ended up sharing to make two portions. Low score as we had to microwave the meat!

Tonight the order was wrong and chicken wings burnt wasn’t able to eat. Never normally have a problem and food is alway good.

I have no idea why this place doesn’t have a higher rating - the food was really fresh and well cooked. The chicken was moist and the tzatziki was the best.

Visiting the area so had food delivered to hotel. Was very easy and food was hot and very tasty

Got phone call after ordered and paid saying not got wings o was told would get refund still waiting then when rest turned up was so cold cheese was hard still not melted on chips so they sent out new stuf also took ages dinky got it and was missing donor meat so I gave up

I’ve given this place one too many chances as it used to be my favourite but it has really gone down hill. Cold and dry kebabs with the tiniest bit of salad. Will never order from here again.

over 2 hour wait on a Monday rang several times was told every time its ten minutes away but obviously wasn't. when it did finally arrive was cold. paid by card when ordered so staff didn't care and rude

Lovely food but unfortunately our x2 portions of chips were not cooked properly undercooked almost still frozen.

Arrived in good time. Food was hot and tasted great. The pitta bread wasn't brilliant. However, 100% ordering from here again soon

Took an hour, the food was cold. Really cold, not even lukewarm. Chips are freezing. It’s a shame because if you go in an order and it’s fresh the food there is lovely.

Used to be sooo good but it’s changed recently - hummus and pitta with salad has no salad, asked for it in notes and got half a pitta with a sprinkling of salad. Ordered a £6 chicken burger.. bun was burnt and no salad at all. Chili sauce is watery now too. Please go back to how it was :(

Food arrived an hour late and was cold. Used to be such a nice takeaway but going downhill rapidly. As a long standing customer might be time to start trying some new kebab takeaways in Herne bay. Shame really.

Delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus! Delivery girl was polite & cheerful, especially as she’d just come out in a fierce storm! Food was well boxed and present. Hot & tasty!

Scampi was over cooked to the point that it was not edible.

Driver couldn’t find us even though it’s close to the takeaway and marked on delivery map! As a result the food was cold. Not a fault of the takeaway as the food would have been great if it was hot instead it was cold and soggy

Driver couldn’t find the road. Tried to speak to driver but he didn’t speak English to give him directions. Was on the phone for over 15 mins to give directions. Absolute nightmare….we live in a long road and driver did the shortest bit and didn’t bother to drive the whole road where he would have seen the address. In the end had to drive to him to collect food

always like the food but they are always late.

I ordered a large salad for myself and unfortunately when it arrived it only had a couple of bits of cucumber, 1 bit of tomato, onion and a tiny bit of cabbage. I didn’t eat it - very disappointing - wanted a large, fresh salad and ended up with a small bowl of onion!

Ordered a large mix doner with Turkish bread,burger sauce and it was bangin! Arrived on time was a good temperature and wasn't greasy like kebabs can sometimes be, will definitely order from here again!

Ordered at 7pm time during was 8-8.20. Food arrived at 8.15 and although it tasted nice, had to eat it very quickly before it turned cold as it was luke warm.

Mixed kebab and it's barely enough for one person. Small handful of doner and 2 cubes of chicken. Then a tiny bit of salad thrown in. £12 and its ridiculously small.

My kebab was extremely cold - unsure if down to delivery driver or restaurant.

When Order was already 20 min late the estimated delivery time moved by 40 minutes, total waiting time over an hour and half. Order arrived cold and was of poor quality. No apologies about late delivery from driver

Food cold so tried to stop driver but sped off down road.Tried to call shop but when I got through & complained the phone was put down Not once but Twice, so disappointed I won’t be ordering from them again But I know you won’t do anything & if you don’t I will delete the app

Cold, salad too wet and cooled the meat

Tried the falafel wrap for first time and it was very tasty..Will definitely be having that again. Delivery due 19:30-19:50 so very disappointed that it all arrived at 20:05 & to find the ice cream and cold cake were in the same bag sat on top of the hot food.

I ordered a large doner for the first time however the salad that came with it was tiny. I love the salad wish the was an equal amount. Otherwise great as always

My order was originally between 19:20 to 19:40 it finally arrived at 9pm.The food was cold.Part of my order was a lamb Shish which was £9.00 and it came with 5 pieces of lamb which comes with bread and some salad and that's it.I asked for part refund which came out at £3.30 and they refused that.Late delivery,cold food,over priced for the amount of food giving..so disappointed.

food turned up 40 minutes past the time it said it would arrive. All the food was stone cold. I asked for no salad and it came with salad on the top. My pitta bread smelt and tasted like an ash tray! the meat was thick. My doner was soo watery and so much grease. Will not be ordering again! Didn’t enjoy anything! waste of £25.

Food was freezing cold. My cheesy chips were hard and so cold the cheese hadn’t even begun to melt. My pizza was not stringy and cheesy but cold and hard. Won’t order from here again.

Wasn't what I ordered, wrap was folded together not "wrapped" and stone cold. Chips stone cold feels like it's chewing rubber and the jalapeño poppers where also stone cold

Great kebab salad was alright but could of been better.

Food was completely cold and soggy on arrival. A shame because we have ordered from them before and it was lovely. So perhaps just a bad night. But it was almost inedible.

Won’t let me change time for lateness, but was extraordinarily late and not what you want at 1-2am after a hard nights work with no dinner. Won’t be relying on this place again for any food that’s for sure!

Way over the estimated time. Food cold when it finally did arrive. Wrong items delivered also. Don't think I will order again. Total waste of £40 and still hungry as we didn't want to eat cold food!
