The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East of England

They said it would take 45 minutes but been waiting for 3 hours. They should be closed down.

This is a fantastic spot for anyone craving delicious, freshly prepared food. The menu offers a great mix of seafood and grilled dishes, and everything I tried was cooked to perfection. The fish was crispy and flavourful, while the shish kebabs were tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. The staff are friendly and efficient, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Lovely Food!! They made a genuine mistake of missing out some sauce in our takeaway bag, when we released this, after collecting and bringing it home to eat, we called, and they were so apologetic, and delivered it all the way to our door with in the next ten minutes. This was such amazing service. We were made up!! Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.

An ok place good food just a little small so you can’t sit many people down

Had a family meal here. Service was very good and staff friendly. The only thing that could do with a little improving is the curry sauce. It was quite thin.

Sadly I've had to downgrade this review from 5 stars to this. We've used this place for the 17 years that we've lived in WGC, and unfortunately, over the last year, we've seen a huge downturn in our experiences. The quality of chicken tends to be very hit and miss - I can't say whether that's the meat itself or the way it's been cooked, but you can receive anything from near-raw in the middle to crispy. And their ability to follow instructions left via their website has significantly declined. If you choose not to select a sauce, then add in the Special Instructions section that you don't want sauce, you really shouldn't get sauce. But in my last 5 deliveries, 3 kebabs have had chilli sauce on them, and a pizza where I expressly said no sauce was slavered in it. Worst of all, the reaction from the restaurant when you speak to them about it is, at best, ambivalent. We'll be using one of the many other outlets in future, which is a shame after so many years.

I phoned the restaurant they ignored me and said I never ordered through them. They could not find my order and would not send my food or refund me. The seller was adamant he had no access to my order.. even though I have an order number. Very dismissive on phone, I'm now without any food and chasing with PayPal do not use

Short staffed the day I went, and the restaurant was empty. Never the less, the food was fast, hot, and my order was correct. Clean and modern

I always looked forward to an ED Burger and Potato Supprise. Have say the Burger is still good, but the Potato Supprise gets worse each visit. This time was particularly bad, with hardly any coating and some potatoes not cooked. What's going on? 🤔Not keen to revisit now☹️

I was served the right food compared with their colleagues at the Stevenage leisure park, those guys always mess up my food, but not these guys! Keep it up!
