Nice work and food is very delicious 💯

Bad experience…not coming again ever. I received the wrong order and when I explained to them the lady that had served me started screaming at me that is not, and on their screen said anything else, as change I receive € not £ and they didn’t want too exchange it, find hair in the food…everything is very dirty they should be shutdown.

Very good service. Excellent staff really nice. Gunjan helped me all the times with my orders. Must recommended.

Went into this kfc and when I got home after I ordered a bucket the chips were all cold and had cold chicken as well Very 😞 disappointed I couldn't really enjoy my meal

Ordered my food at 22:30. After several delays, they forgot the order, only started cooking it after 10 min and promised to have ready in 5 min. They gave me the order 22 min after it was ordered. In the meantime, their friends came in. They started chatting. They asked me to leave at 23:00 at closing time. Their friends stayed in, and left at 23:10 as I was still eating my wings outside. Totally unprofessional, no care in the world about the KFC name.

Brilliant experience at the local KFC

Food was never delivered. App showed it was still in progress being made for over an hour and a half but when I called KFC their system said it had been delivered.

My girlfriend and I often eat from here , Gravy megabox deal attracts us the most, it's so delicious...And we are very much satisfied with customer service provided by few of the staff members Including Shero , Gunjan and Ashifa.

I saw some negative reviews on google but actually when i was visited its all oppsitive staff very helpfull and cleaning was extra ordinary but washroom not dirty but not clean

wrong order sent, I ordered and paid for a bargain bucket and got sent a vegan burger and drink, can't eat this.

I’m not impressed at all it took over an hour for you to even assigns a driver to me. It was cold. And I had no choice but to feed it to my kids as we had already waited an hour or so! I’m disgusted and won’t be ordering from just eat again if this isn’t resolved

worst !! I ordered 2 box meal and everything was spilled in delivery boy's bag I got nothing but a torn bag and empty box with all rice and gravy mixed spilled everywhere and I haven't still heard from the customer service on my refund status... very bad will never ever choose just eat they are very slow and lazy to listen your concerns very lame

The delivery person left our meal on the doorstep and it is now cold. This was not acceptable. I was in the house. The delivery person did not ring our doorbell.

Much better compared to my previous order from the same place in terms of delivery time. It actually arrived much earlier than anticipated. I can locate the delivery driver whereas before they turn off their location on their mobile phones where you can’t track them!

They keep forgetting sides. And no refund is given. They must be making thousands every week by forgetting stuff here and there.

Went there and the lady didn't understand my order and gave me the wrong food, Then the manager came and I tried to explain to him my order was wrong, Indian guy that couldn't speak English either. So when I refused to leave he hit the red panic button to scare me away. It did work however I won't ever be going again. Why are there no English workers working at these fast food places?. It seems to be people from India that always in there. England has fallen. Bring on the Crusaders.

Ordered some food for a friend of mine but was given a completely wrong order and made to pay £9.55 for an order we didn’t ask for then I went back to the food area and they replaced it with right food but still took money from me £9.55 not good at all I will be asking for my money back for the order that was not correct in the first place and made to pay for they didn’t even have the courtesy to give my money back

The food tastes nice. The wrap is underfilled though. Chips are 10/10. Chicken popcorn is nice. Though quite small.

Absolutely terrible restaurant. The restaurant it’s self was vile, so so unclean, the toilets were highly unacceptable. The place was a mess. Food still on the tables, food and all sorts on the floor, toilet covered in faeces. Staff not bothered how they speak to you. Wouldn’t let my dog eat here.

My food was light, and the sad part is that the manager of the store at that point in time has boxed my rice salad chicken fillet. It was hardly much of any of the elements of this meal. I paid for an extra fillet chicken, and it was only one choped in tiny squares. To make it look as if it was there. I asked the manager if he could kindly recreate my food.he was rude and unhelpful, and he would rather give me a refund just to prove the point i was trying to make was wrong. My food was served wrong and was light, and he charged me full price. I'm totally disappointed because I love KFC.

This place gave me food poisoning right before my uni deadlines! I had horrible stomach cramps and a fever that would make me cold sweat, it was awful. Go to the other kfc in Cambridge and save yourself and your toilet the trouble…

AWFUL SERVICE! We ordered food for a team meeting, and less than half of the ordered food was delivered. The staff refused to listen, repeatedly asking us to contact Uber eats - despite Uber eats having asked us to call the restaurant! Zero customer service, refusing to pass the phone to their manager, rude and condescending telephone manner and blatant lack of courtesy. Will definitely take my business elsewhere!

Most people seem to moan about deliveries. I went in, ordered on the screen and the food was ready in a few minutes and good, despite being busy. A little mess from customers, but a staff member was tidying as they left.

Since reopening food has been so much better the service is also fabulous and the worker are kind and serve with a smile Good job!

Ordered food from just eat. Told me 40 minutes max. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes until i called up to check where the food was. They reassured me the food was being made and to continue waiting. 20 minutes passed by and my order on just eat said delivered when it was not. Didn’t even give me a full refund.

Old history KFC This KFC has been in Cambridge for years already. Compare to the other KFC of the other side of the town, this KFC has mashed potato. This restaurant was clean every time we visited. As there were no dirt or crumbs came out when I wiped the seats with an tissue. I thought the staff were working hard to keep the restaurant clean. But unfortunately the restaurant was quite old already, therefore create a dirty impression? The staff were okay, provided good service, were not impolite to the customer. KFC often got different deals. Today we got a deal with 3 pieces of original chicken, fries and a side (we chose coleslaw)of your own choice. Only £4.49 per person. Good deal under serious inflation. The chicken pieces were juicy, tender and hot as I remembered. The fries was a surprise. Maybe it's not peanut oil fries like the 5 guys, but it tasted special too. The KFC signature fries had their own seasoning. You can finish the fries easily without any dipping sauce. Impressive taste. Felt regret didn't order a larger KFC signature fries. Never order the chicken burgers of this restaurant. Because of the previous bad experience in other KFC restaurants. My impression of KFC burgers are as dry as desert. I know I could be wrong, as different KFC restaurants have different chefs......

Ordered on just eat..30 minutes later they cancel order...driver couldn't be bothered to come?? Never again!
