KFC in Cambridge

Thank you so much for this amazing order!! The food tasted great, and there was lots extra, even more than I ordered. I really appreciate this as I am having a difficult time in the hospital at the moment. 5 stars for customer service; very good!!!

worst delivery driver in my life, hardly knocked and didn't call my number. he then swore at me and made me come to his car. this guy shouldn't deliver, screaming at a young girl. horrible

When I placed the order, I was told the food will arrive in 20 minutes. However it took them over an hour to deliver the food us and by the time it got to us, all chicken and fries soft and squishy. It was not a great service at all.

The food was delivered too late and cold. I t seems that the courier had different orders to deliver and we were the last order to deliver. Food was supercold and drinks very hot

The order was wrong - we ordered boneless chicken and we recieved on the bone - not happy

my delivery driver took around 40 minutes to arrive at the restaurant and so my food was cold by the time it was delivered

The Wings had no flavour as they were before and the fries were not fried to perfection.

Didnt get the popcorn chicken i ordered. Chicken burgers both had barbecue sauce in, which wasn't what i ordered and cannot eat. Would like a refund, as could eat the chips. Which wasnt enough for 2 people!

Waited so long for the food to be delivered, time kept getting pushed back. When the food arrived it was freezing cold, didn’t want to risk reheating the chicken

I came in at 10:59 when the store closes at 11pm and got the best customer service from a young lady names Shero. She didnt rush me when most closing stores would. Shero and her team was so kind and patient with me while still making sure to offer me whatever i wanted. The store is great and i will be back. Thank you again all.

Stone cold food, called kfc after an hour but they said the food has been ready for quite some time but they are still waiting for a driver

Well you guys really need to improve the customer service absolutely bad , the customer area is very dirty that’s always , customer washroom is worse. I mean now I think twice before entering the kfc as nothing is good as mentioned on your website. Just trash experience always. I doubt even if you do Quality visit by surprise they might get 1 /10 .

Horrendous service. Was told it would be 20-35 minutes. It turned up almost 2 hours late. Cold. I tried to call the restaurant 4 times, no answer! Would like a refund!!!!

we asked to not ring the door bell, because of our dogs and the delivery driver still rung the doorbell, and we also did not receive our drinks with our meals

This review is not against kfc its is against just eat as my food was awaiting a driver which never showed in the specified time so when it arrived to me it was very cold !!! This is unacceptable considering I live less than a mile away

Excellent service. The staff work really hard. Despite the trash customers leave everywhere and the mess left the staff always clear it up efficiently. Good music too!!!
