Excellent service in preparong my order despite it being late hours.

This review is not against kfc its is against just eat as my food was awaiting a driver which never showed in the specified time so when it arrived to me it was very cold !!! This is unacceptable considering I live less than a mile away

Food was a touch cold (weather being cold so no fault there) but the driver got the food from the city to the outskirts quick 10/10 for speed and service.

I ordered thru one of the online apps, but when I realized I made a mistake whilst ordering it was too late to change it as order went thru already. I called the store, and team member was so helpful. Changed my order straight away to what I actually wanted. I was surprised they even get a chance to pick up the phone let alone helping me and changing my order. Thank you so much.

KFC in Cambridge, both of them, they give really bad service. They always leaves items out. I have ordered few times from them and always had problems. Always gives small pieces of chicken . I spend over £40 and it’s not worth it. Don’t order from them….
