Always a bit of a mixed bag when going to any McDonald's, but a very positive experience this time for an impromptu breakfast with a couple of friends 👍

Food and drink served relatively quickly. Can be very busy at times. Place is pretty clean. Touch screen order points by the door, phone signal can be problematic inside for doing app orders.

A good McDonald's. Easy to access, and exactly as you would expect for a McDonald's. Most ordering is by touch-screen, and there is usually no wait for these.

Very quick being the food to the table once ordered

Well... MacDonalds is Mac Donald's... Have you ever just tried the meat? It tastes like a sponge. Couldn't eat the burger afterwards. However, the service was fast and the nuggets were good... But like genuinely what am I eating?

Burger was thrown together and had to get my Latte changed, as it didn't taste like a Latte. This is the second time I've experienced this.

Self service so can't give that more than 3 bit out filled a corner for breakfast on the run

Very quick and efficient. Easy to order off the app or at the kiosks available when you first walk in. Usually orders come through very quickly and get delivered within a few minutes, although it does get pretty busy when there’s students flooding it, whether that be after school or club nights.

Not often I would leave a review for McDonald's as they are often of the same mold, but I will commend the staff member of this branch. I was here very early in the morning, staff were so friendly food was good, not grumpy about early shifts. I came back lunch hours, it was packed, turnover was quick. The staff was really delegent in their duties, very efficient in every way. Food was served without having to wait long, food was fresh, my burger didn't look like a mess/assemble your own burger 😅, but most impressive of all is the floor team was relentless in cleaning after the customers. Toilets are clean as well. Well done! Very impressed 😉☺️.

Clean and tidy but it's a like a. Dungeon as its half under ground

This place was a mind-blowing experience. Every part of this experience was impeccable- EXCEPT THE PICKLES. I don't like pickles. I ordered them anyway. Instant regret. Staff looked depressed :( pls check on the workers #mentalhealthmatters

Few places you can go when it is really busy and still get efficient high quality service and the chicken 🐔 nuggets, fries and Oreo mcflurry are so delicious 😋

This plàce is FILTHY tables not wiped clean old smeared food and greasy surface the toilets are dirty worst ive seen for a mcdonalds urine on the floor with bits of dirty tissue GRUBBY everywhere no need for it i highly recommend they shut for a day and give the place a thorough clean

As a tourist I missed seeing the Cajun chicken burger and grilled chicken options, such as the fold over wraps we have on our South African menus. I disliked the dip sauce options with my nuggets. South Africa has a jalapeño dip that pairs well with the chicken nuggets. (It enhances the nugget flavours) Overall, I was satisfied that the cheeseburgers and nuggets and chips tasted the same, just the menu was different and I couldn’t have my regulars.

The assistant manager "Andrew" on duty was rude and borderline racist- extremely unpleasant experience in such an elite institute. We ordered the meal and then some extras on a family day trip to Cambridge. Both their card reader and our bank accounts showed that transactions have been approved. The lady at the counters told us to wait for our food. Our number also showed on the pending screen. But after a long while, we received no food. Other people ordered after us started to receive their food. I asked Andrew who was fuzzing around with one of the machine there. He directly accused me that my credit card fried his machine, simply because the machine did NOT print out the receipts for us. Despite I showed him on my phone that the two transactions were clearly pending on my bank account. He just continue accused me for not paying and refused to provide the service. He looked down at me and spoke racistly about us as being foreign tourists. Since we were in a rash to catch a bus, our friend paid again upon Andrew's request, so we could get the meal. Andrew's attitude and behavior totally unexpected. I have to call my bank afterward to dispute the charges. Completely unnecessary waste of time and emotion in an otherwise pleasant family trip.

McDonald's is conveniently located and the service is quick especially during quieter times.

Always go here for a quick meal, it's in City Centre, best times are when kids are at school, as can get rowdy, Hot food and in good time of ordering. It's easy to find an empty seat.

amazing place to eat, all down to Max who was extremely helpful

Zero stars. Placed an order for delivery. Was missing 2 burgers and fries. Essentially 2 people’s meals were missing. I called and they said delivery drivers work separately for them and can’t re deliver. But the issue is not with the delivery team they did their job and delivered. It wa the McDonalds crew that did not put the meals in the bag. Very unhelpful

We wanted 2 hot chocolate in the bitterly cold weather. Confused about the waiting system. Someone in the queue told us our number was ready, although it never appeared on the screen. The drinks are extremely sweet, too sweet really. Very cheap and cheerful.

My grandchildren and i love a cheeky big Mac on a saturday night. Sometimes it isn’t a very good atmosphere as youngers (especially teens) like to blast music, smoke effy bars and make huge disruptions to people who are trying to eat their food. This makes my grandchildren and i quite frightened and feel unsafe. One boy is in there a lot! His name begins a z and he is very tall! Please sort this out thank you

Universally consistent and ... well, it is what it is. This is likely the most pointless of reviews.

The place was good very spacious and many machines to order, there is only one thing that kinda annoyed me. The time the customer in front of me ordered, i remember there are 3 people together I suppose they are friends just chatting with the worker in the counter waited about 5 min before I get to pay, I understand chatting with other people is necessary but you shouldn’t take so much time fooling around during rush hour. And from what I have seen they ordered was only 1 mc flurry each… other than that my items arrived in less than 5 min which is very good. Need to improve with the employees

Rude girl on the service desk yesterday. I appreciate she was probably ran off her feet but the attitude she had towards the delivery drivers is shocking.

The place is nice, pretty clean and not too busy. There wasn’t really any sense of atmosphore.

The food was as you'd expect for a McDonald's, the restaurant does get rather crowded as there aren't many McDonald's in Cambridge and they are very popular. I have had a recurring issue with their self ordering machines not printing receipts but beyond that they always get my order right and I have no other issues.

Manager started screaming at customers who asked why their orders were taking over 30 minutes to fulfill

All in all a convenient place to have some fast food.

We ordered table service and sat in the upstairs area (it was open). About 10 minutes into waiting for our order, we were told that they're closing the upstairs area. So we had to relocate to the ground floor, where we were barely able to find a free table. I think, even in the very very cheap chain restaurant, it is never acceptable to ask people to move once they have been seated. Shameful.

Excellent food. FF are all-time best 👌 and choice of every child. Also they open for longer time than usual restaurants.

Very busy Mcdonalds restaurant. We managed to find a table and had a meal in the restaurant. Ordering was easy, didnt have to wait for a long time to receive the order. Food tasted very nice. Service was good, staff was friendly.

Ice creams and drinks were all enjoyed. The ladies' cloakroom had no toilet paper and the cubicle in need of attention.

It’s actually a decent Mcdonald’s location and I’ve never had any problems in store but why do you guys never include the sauce I order on Uber? I’ve done so many refunds for sauce that Uber won’t do them for me anymore it’s soooo upsetting. Update: All of my last 3 orders arrived with sauce, we love a branch that listens to feedback :)

McDonald's is always a reliable place for quick food but I think this one might be the best one I have been to. The food and service was great. The speed McDonald's get your food to you is amazing. So you practically never have to eat cold food. Price: McDonald's is the fastest and cheepest option for food in the centre of Cambridge. For the most expensive large meal with the most expensive desert will cost you about £12 from the time of this writing. However if you want slightly higher quality burgers and have more time I would recommend heading 1 minute down the road to five guys. Overall, McDonald's is one of the best fast food places out in the world and this one is definitely not an exception. Would definitely recommend this one out of all the ones in Cambridge. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a bad McDonalds, quite slow on service but the food was fresh and hot and service helpful and friendly. Was very busy eating in and we struggled to get a table. Toilets were filty with no evidence of them being cleaned through out the day.

Food was delicious! Chips salted and so fresh, mozzarella bites fried to perfection and McPlant was lush. Even remembered the dip with the bites. Lovely

Very poor. Had half my food delivered, rung up and asked for my other half to only be sent the cookies that they give you to say sorry and not my big Mac. Rung up again and they expected me to pay AGAIN for a big Mac that I had already paid for for them to deliver it to me. I said I'm not paying for something that I have already paid for. I politely asked for them to deliver my original meal (big Mac meal) and was refused.

Good place with reasonable price The cheapest restaurant in town. Food always delivered quickly. The most impressive thing is, after everybody had washed hands, the food on the table was still hot. I think it's very important for a business to keep its food hot. No one wants cold food in chilly days. The points system always offers different deals. That attracts returning customers.

Coldest burger in Cambridge! Guaranteed! The place is so unbelievably busy the burgers never sit on the hot plate long enough to melt the cheese. And on another visit it wasn't even busy and the burgers were still cold.

I will never give McDonalds a high number of stars since receiving £100 parking fine in towcester after overstay of 20 min. Meeting family members and spending on a large size food bill. 1.5 hours on this occasion just wasnt enough.

Your everyday mcdonals. Took some time to get my order but the amount of places there are to sit surprised me.

Absolutely filthy the toilets never seen anything like them in my life. Firstly no toilet roll, as people throw it all on the floor, urine all on both toilets, one toilet dispenser wasn't working, toilet blocked. Horrible smell too just Absolutely vile !! Food was also very cold and stodgy

Actually have to PAY for ketchup now! Staggering! In London last week... don't pay for it there... and had exactly the same food! Embarrassing really! Acknowledged the lady who wiped the table down, with a 'thank you'... no response. Perhaps it's just me!

Disgusting women’s bathroom. One was clogged, the other had no tissue. So you had tissue from the clogged stall to take it into the second stall. And how was the second stall? A stained seat, and the metal toilet paper dispenser was broken and open; it was sticking out so far you had to be careful not to cut yourself as you sat down. Food was disgusting.

Can get extremely busy, has 2 floors of seating. Central City Centre location. Has self service ordering screens with language selection in addition to till points.

I ordered table service however, my food was soggy because the worker spilled some coke while carrying the tray. I did not have any napkins to clean it up either. However, the rest of my meal was fine.

Fast service. The food was fine. However, the space was kind of unclean. I could imagine it may have been a busy time and they were undermanned. That would explain why most the tables seemed dirty in the upstairs eating space.
