One of the best McDonalds around here. The service is fast and efficient. The food is always good and warm. One thing they need to fix are the tablets for the kids, none of them worked in my last visit.

Food was okay, didn’t match the pictures in the advertising. Chips were under cooked and the service was really slow. Mozzarella sticks were good and the salsa really nice. Can recommend those.

The burgers I had were good, however the fries were completely unsalted.

We ordered at the drive through and were asked to park in the car park to wait. After 15 mins still nothing and people after us in the drive through were getting their food. In the end I had to go inside to get it.

The management allow delivery drivers in helmets to crowd around the pick up desk. It is very intimidating and hard to collect your food.

Very disappointed with my recent order. We didn't receive the full order, as the McCrispy was missing. Customer support didn't respond, and the courier said it wasn't his problem. Poor service all around. Not impressed with the experience.

I recently visited with my friends & I was really impressed by the service at McDonald's. The service was perfect from beginning to end. The staff members were very knowledgable about the food and provided fantastic suggestions especially a girl named 'Gouri', she was fantastic & her knowledge about everything is excellent.Truly excellent service!

My boyfriend and I come quite regularly as it’s the closest to us. We both work for a different McDonald’s in the area so we understand that some days people have a bad days while working. However everytime we come; the staff are rude, food has been chucked into the bag with no care at all. We came today on the 31/07/24 at 10:55am. The staff again were rude to us. Our food was absolutely covered in grease and half falling out the paper. In all honesty go somewhere else. It’s not worth your time or money🤣🤣🤣

From last couple of months food is more and more without any taste or flavors. Fries are without salt and not cook properly. And salad which should be inside the burgers everytime is on the paper outside.

Drive thru is definitely better but the restaurant is still pretty good in terms of McDonald's definitely on the better side of quality

Ordered quickly and the meals were ready in good time. This McDonald's can get very busy at times. Like most I suppose. Always clean inside.

Best McDonald's in Cambridge, much quieter and cleaner than the one in the city centre. Can be very busy on Saturday and Sunday. New 90 minutes max restrictions for parking. Order on the app, so convenient 😃

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff were rude and unresponsive when after 30 minutes I asked where my food was, had to wait 40 minutes for an order. On top of that, food has no taste and app was temperamental to use with multiple orders. Will avidly avoid McDonalds and if I can avoid McDonalds for the next ten years I will be very happy

I dont know why I agree to get the kids anything from here, every single time it's a disaster.fast food??? Would be lucky to get the right food let alone getting it fast....get given the mcflrrys and then told to pull into a bay...hot day and car ...refused them and said I'd like them when the food comes, food comes I'm a burger missing ..I then have to go back and inside to get missing items and replace the now melted icecreams , gives me new icecreams and walks off no burger, get his attention again...he then tries insisting he gave me the burger...empty the bag to show him.waut 5 minutes for the burger...all other food now cold and new icecreams melted ,complete waste of 18 quid

Ordered a drive thru order and told to wait in the bay only to wait 25 mins with no food. Having to get out of the car and go into the store to find out what’s going on with our order for staff to look confused and disappear out the back to “look for it” for another 5 mins to pass by. Get back into the car and find items in our bag that wasn’t even on our order and our food lukewarm. Shocking service.

They were friendly, it was Friday night and busy. I was picking up food and from the drive thru and on my own, so I couldn't check the bag. Didn't realise until I got home one of the burgers, which I was charged for, was missing. Not worth the hassle to go back for one, and we just shared it, but still annoyed. At least the burgers were warm, unlike London macdonalds 🤷🏼‍♀️

Worst McDonalds I'm Cambridge. 100% go to the one south of Sawston its much better, cleaner faster and the food tastes better because its more fresh. This one has a terrible small parking lot and it's super busy

This McDonald's needs to close down and be made into Houses for the homeless or another Restaurant. Im sure the workers here think the same. The food is horrible my friends have had food poisoning from this place The Burgers are built like a Dog has built them..literally looks like little Animals have made the burger. Chips are no where near McDonald's chips and they are disgusting and Fried to much the burgers are burnt to a crisp also there was are dead Flies on the burger itself. The mayo chicken to be exact. And the salad is not fresh at all. A health and safety check needs to be done on this place Urgently. Its criminal being open. This specific McDonald's.

Small car park and difficult at times with long drive-through queues. Normally well dealt with, but exceptional times can mean a wait. Good service and staff.

I was hungry, they had burgers, I had a burger and was no longer hungry. Good job.

Today we ordered dinner though 'My McDonald's App'. The delivery driver arrived with just two items from our six items order. He said that "McDonald's just gave him that". We decided to head to the restaurant as we did not really trust what the driver said, and we found out that he left the rest of our order behind. Patricia, a really sweet college behind the counter, re-made our food as it was cold already and even offered some freebies for the inconvenience, even if it was not McDonalds fault! We are really pleased with her way to handle the situation. Thank you Patricia!

Just been here if you’re close just say it don’t waste my time by making me circle your shop. A girl was pointing fingers in different directions i didn’t come to mcd in the morning to see your mimicry. Very unprofessional.

Food was off putting. Chicken patty of my burger was too dry. Fries were good as usual from every McDonald’s. Toilet is clean and dry, hand soap is provided. Atmosphere is good, not too crowded and bright enough for a restaurant. Hope they will improve their food standard as I like McDonald’s!

Standard McDonald's. Theres 1-2 staff particularly nice. Always busy on weekends, afternoon after school, but cars keep coming and going so it's not hard to get in a parking spot

Food was not good. Chicken salad with 2 thin slices of tomato and 2 thin slices of cucumber. abd lots of unidentifiable tasteless greenery.

One pindol was thin and the other was as thick as a pig. Maybe a pig bite hurts. but hazel wounds take longer to heal.

It's a McDonald's so the food is what it is. They have to be forgetting things in purpose just to mess with me at this point, straws napkins sauces, everything like, EVERYTIME. It's always late/ cold if I order online the staff are always rude if I go to the restaurant it's really a lose lose

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The wait for the order to be issued took 40 minutes!!! Classic Coca Cola tasted like water. I asked for a replacement, waited another 10 minutes, and they gave me the same water, not cola! Shame on the fast food chain.

I ordered a triple cheese burger with no onions lettuce and pickles and they decide to give me onions anyways when I’m allergic to onions so gladly I checked before I ate it then when my dad went in to get it right they gave me a bloody double cheese burger mc Donald’s does it look like I ordered a double no I ordered a triple can you not count seriously can’t even do maths let alone cook as well there fries are so undercooked I can feel they’re solid seriously Cambridge mc Donald’s Gordon Ramsey would shut you down if he found out you did this

Terrible service always something missing

Food great service quick only problem wish they would police their disabled bays could get on one because the spaces taken up by drivers waiting for orders so had problems getting enough room to open door so I could get out.

Enjoy a bit of Maccyd's every now and then always take away as it took noisy to sit inside, could be a bit cheaper with bigger burgers.

Newmarket Road Drive through has always been of a poor standard. They can get your order wrong and often the food doesn’t taste fresh like it has been warmed up recently in a microwave or something.

It is just a regular mc Donald's, but this time, there were kids with hoverboards. There wasn't only 1. There were 2 kids riding it around the Mcdonald.

They will never get your order right, they never seem to have milkshakes and the food looks and tastes like they have scrapped it off the floor and thrown it at the box. Though saying that appart from the cold chips they get the kids nugget meals almost right. So if your going to order from here just get nuggets.

Drive-through voice was polite. Then it just got silly. Having worked at mcdoanlds for 4 years, I get it... you're supposed to park cars in the bays, but you are also supposed to try and clear them ASAP. According to the grill sticker on my wrap, 11 minutes went by between my wrap being made and our food being brought out to us. 1x wrap, 1x mcmuffin and two drinks. Not a difficult order. To top things off, we were missing a straw for our drinks and the hashbrown that went with the order. Wrap also had not been put together well. Take the word wrap, remove the 'W' and replace it with a 'C'.

Freezing cold food and service was extremely rude.

Food wasn't too bad but the server was rude and the wait time for just a child was an absolute shambles... 15 minutes to cook some nuggets!!! Really??? Anyway as far as Maccys go it deffo needs expanding being so close to the football ground and the queues being so long for the drive thru and 20+ orders waiting like us inside the restaurant!!

Very poor vegetarian options at breakfast - server offered to remove meat, which doesn't make it vegetarian. Shame, as their lunch and dinner menu has great veggie and vegan options.

Utterly disgusting service. Person taking order at the drive thru was extremely rude. Asked for information on the spices in chicken selects as there's some I can't have. He gives us a rude "oh my god" under his breath, disappears for two seconds then comes back and goes "just pepper". Then checked the menu online and it has more than just pepper, including paprika which I can't have! Now have payed for food I can't eat.

they need to be taught again how to pack orders.. every time even if it’s delivered or we go to the actual drive thru they always forget something. They always don’t put the dips in that are meant to be included, food has been cold and had multiple deliveries where there has been no straws added in.

Crikey what is wrong with clientele at MacDonald? Instavolt charging bays are for electric vehicles not morons after burgers fries and coffee. Like blocking a petrol pump at a petrol station. CCTV required with lifetime bans for idiots parking one after the other in these parking slots!

Quick stop off for food. Ordered via the app and although the restaurant was busy our meal was with us within 2 minutes of sitting down.

We ordered food through Uber eats but the order was missing a plant burger. When I tried to call the number for McDonald's Newmarket road nobody answers and it just rings and rings. It is not Uber eats fault as they deliver what they are given so the incompetence lies with whoever was packing the orders.

I believe I had food poisoning on 1/2 as I was violently sick 2 hours after eating a quarter pounder and fries, I was due a bone scan at the hospital and when I returned became very ill and the scan could not go ahead as iwas sent to A&E from 3.30 to 10.20 pm!! It took me two days to feel ok again! Today 20/2 returned for my apt and all was ok and did NOT go to Macdonald's Newmarket Road, I will never go again!!! Beware or maybe report on Cambridge City Council web for Environmental Health to check it out? Ps Rose Crescent is excellent compared!

Had a lovely cup of tea... not! it was already half drunk and cold .Would like to get an order that passes as acceptable one day .

Where to begin with my honest opinion of the meal i recieved today from McDonalds. The English mcmuffin was rather chewwy and hard to swallow. Furthermore the food i recieved was nothing even remotely close to the image on the website. Allthough one could argue it never really is. After washing that down I decided to check if the hashbrown could come in to save the day with a nice crunchy outside and amazingly fluffy inside. Unfortunately, i was sadly mistaken. As the next flavour to begin its onslaught of my tastebuds was nothing but cold sadness. After the abysmal experience that was what McDonalds concideres a Hashbrown my hand darted back into the bag and started to produce the Bacon Sandwich with Brown sauce. Now everyone knows the saying "Bacon makes everything better." Well Apparently McDonalds forgot that memo. because the only saving grace for that particular sandwich was the sauce itself. and thankfully this time the sandwich wasnt swimming in it. My next item was the Breakfast Roll with Ketchup. I will admit i enjoyed the ciabatta bun as it was nicely toasted and fluffy. As all buns should be. However that is when it started to go down hill. (Again) Now having working experience with McDonalds in a past life i am fully aware that McDonalds batch cook their eggs on the grill and then place them in the warmer untill they are needed. I understand that is to ensure a fast turnaround on the line specially when the resturaunt is busy However, the fact that on Uber Eats they clearly market the sandwich with "A freshly cracked egg" which this is clearly not. Not only is the egg unseasoned. it was rather cold and had the texture of a rubber boot. Coming to the end of my sad depressing breakfast i was able to try the Cheesy flatbread which i will admit i had been wanting to try for some time. Following on down the train wreck which was my morning breakfast the flatbread was cold so clearly the item wasnt cooked fresh. the cheese was over powering to the point where what little bacon there was, could not be tasted at all. So all in all, McDonalds has become a place of concistantly poor or mediocre food at cheap prices just to put butts in seats. The only saving grace for this meal was the fact that it was paid for by one of my good friends as i would not have paid for the travesty that i recieved. I hope that The team at McDonalds manages to somehow turn this around because what use to be a well known family resturaunt loved by all is now turning into something you buy if your to lazy to cook, have a wicked hangover or nothing else is open. I am giving 2 stars because i liked the bun and the sauce.

Was dissapointed, sent fries back as the were cold then the next ones weren't much better, was served mc flurry the were really runny and was told that's how the are served now

去年行ったのですが、その時モニターみたいなのをしました！そもそもそんなもの日本にないし、すごなと思っていたら新作ハンバーガー3つと新作のサイドメニューが1つ出てきました。しかもそれに加えて謝礼もいただけました！日本とは違うことが多くて楽しかったです笑 1ヶ月ほどの滞在でしたがとても良い場所ですしイギリスのロンドンなんかよりは断然こっちの方が雰囲気も好きです笑笑
