Carlos the manager was really kind

given up ordering from macdonalds fri 7/3/25 hopless trying to order keeps saying closed for orders , why is stupid mcdonalds make it so difficult to order from them,so we from now on ORDER ELSWHERE STUPID MCDONALDS HAS LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER , CRIST ITS 2025 WHY SO DIFFICULT WITH MCDONALDS.

Again ordered ,accepted then later mcdonalds cancelled it TOTALLY IMCOMPETENT ,why bother ordering from mcdonalds , we then ordered elswhere no problems order arrived,you have lost another 5 customers mcdonalds ,the burgers we recieved from different place brilliant . Why bother with mcdonalds incompetent delivery.

Food was lovely and hot and brought out quickly

3 out of 4 delivery orders were wrong. Very hard to contact and rectify.

Always gets the order wrong. I payed extra for a Minecraft meal through the drive through, unfortunately unable to check the order fully (only over look it) until I got home just to realise most of the order was missing/wrong. It's outrageous and it's not even the first time it's happened. I live quite far away while driving from McDonald's so turning back and going to get it wouldn't even be an option. Do better McDonald's.

Order over £50 delivery. Feed the family meal deal ordered, over half the items missing. 2 kids never got meals. Was disgraceful and distressing. Restaurant did not answer the phone at all over 6 hours! Next day restaurant answered and denied all responsibility. Worst service ever!

Service was good. Toilets clean. Always busy. Has parking but it's insufficient for the footfall they have. The drive thru was very busy that caused a tailback onto the main street.

Much the same as any other McDonald's.

Coffee didn't taste like coffee. Couldn't mention as it was take away.

Excellent flat white and coffee is very consistent.

Seems that delivery drivers are more of a priority then actual customers inside , loads of drivers cueing up at the till to grab the food , there service seems more important than anyone else’s

The atmosphere in the place is not nice one of the worse I've been too

Constantly slow just shy of 10 min for any type of order. Only go here because the nearest one is in central Cambridge . Sort it out

They were out of fish fingers and some tablets were broken. Otherwise good experience, lovely staff

Entré a desayunar, el restaurante estaba muy limpio, el personal era muy educado, muy servicial, mi comida era cálida, disfrutar, recibí un agradecimiento del personal cuando me fui, visitaré de nuevo.

Food was like warm, fries almost cold and I was eating in. Place had a staff meeting going on in the customer seating.. overall wasn’t impressed.

Better than most McDs, and they had milkshakes available! Was quiet when we visited. Seating area was very clean, toilets were also better than expected. Overall a pretty good McDs. Well done to the staff for caring 👍

Whilst there was a small wait for food, you kinda have to expect that at peak times. Everything was well cooked and the service was fine dining in. There is a drive through and some car parking spaces but this was busy and spaces can be tight. Nice to visit different ones around the country and just watch the world go by.

Consistently rubbish. The incompetence and poor service is off the charts. Don't remember the last time I got the correct order and/or the food was even reasonable let alone good. If you try to call, phones just ring out, managers won't speak to you .... have no choice but to go complain to head office. Both McDonalds in Stevenage have been crap.for years in comparison to others.

It was a McDonald's. What can I say? I always wish their food was hotter.

Used their drive through, they don't have a menu!?!? I said to the lady is there not a menu? She said I'm afraid not. I could always read the menu out to you? Like thanks for the offer 100% But I used the drive through as I was in a hurry. Why has something so necessary been taken away? Bit inconvenient.

Don’t get Deliveroo form this McDonalds. Good comes cold. Got a milkshake that had mould in the bottom. Just all round nasty. Deliveroo isn’t even trying to refund me my money back. Don’t waste your money here.

Never been a fan of McDonald's (BDS) but in a moment of weakness I found myself in the drive-thru. Not expecting much, I looked up and my eyes met those of a captivating girl...as if that wasn't enough, the customer service was like nothing I've had before. I really didn't expect much of this evil establishment...they don't know that they've got here. Really something special 5*.I didn't quite catch her name but think it was something like Cassandra x

Cold food plus almost a 2hr wait

There was no cheese in my Big Mac meal . I also didn’t receive my condiments. I’m very sad

We ordered at the drive through and were asked to park in the car park to wait. After 15 mins still nothing and people after us in the drive through were getting their food. In the end I had to go inside to get it.

I always use the place when I need to go to the bathroom. Very clean, nice place. Bought coffee and chips. Ok.

The driver started the delivery but then went to other deliveries on different sites first making my food cold when it arrived.

Staff could be more friendly. A girl infront of me complained about her milkshake taste, staff mugged her off. Just get her a new one!

i found the order on the pavement outside my garden gate when i went looking at 8-15 , no knock , no phone . i threw it away as unsanitary .

items missing and not refunded at time of writing review. Not drivers fault as was phoned to say they were missing and driver informed food place I wanted refunded for the missing items.

Small car park and difficult at times with long drive-through queues. Normally well dealt with, but exceptional times can mean a wait. Good service and staff.

Bloody useless ordered sweet chilli wrap received a BBQ, Big tasty meal was missing from my order When contacting to complain because I ordered through just eat McDonald's were not interested which is ridiculous as they messed the order up!

Always missing items, possibly staff or management are profiteering for free food or skimming money from the till from items not being received by customer. Had to park and wait for food to cook, then once home realised the main part of one of my orders "the big Mac" was not there. Is it incompetence or a scam!🤔

The family bundle was delivered with only 2 bic macs in this was for my children now i have to wait for a refund if even happens and have no more noney to feed my children this happens all the time when i use just eat and order from mc Donalds

Unhappy with order, considering I ordered at 17:30 and didn’t get until 18:45. The times kept changing and was getting later and later. And when I eventually received my order it was cold and I was missing a lot from it. Very unhappy with it all!

My chips and burger were cold and soggy. Not nice at all

I got a iced Latte and it was half way full and it had more ice than the actual drink, i was not HAPPY and when i asked the worker about my drink, he said that is how they do it but how am i getting my money’s worth if I'm paying more for less
