Pedido vía solo comer. Servicio realmente asqueroso desde el metro. Claramente hecho en todo de unos dos minutos sin ningún cuidado o preocupación por lo que realmente se ordenó... Pedí la Philly sin carne del menú de la serie en italiano abundante. No tengo nada de eso. Lo que llegó fue embarazoso. Pan equivocado. Llenado equivocado... ni siquiera cortado. Es una empanada vegetal con una rodaja de queso triturado. Creo sinceramente que para los pedidos en línea al menos, sin que usted en la tienda para vigilarlos en hacer lo correcto y deletrearlo, tiran cualquier sh*te viejo en una bolsa y lo sacan de la puerta. Había más en el pedido y todo estaba mal, excepto porque me dieron la galleta correcta. Bien hecho. Pedido de 16 libras donde todo lo que hicieron fue una galleta. El resto no era comestible. (Me enviaron algo a lo que soy alérgico). Este parece ser un tema común para esta rama que se remonta a años atrás. Es una maravilla que no haya sido cerrado a la fuerza. Patético. Es embarazoso. He hecho mejores bocadillos sonámbulos. Se incluye una foto de mi "Meatless Philly" y lo que debería ser. Juzga por ti mismo.

so where to begin.... ordered a meatless Philly (the premade ones with teriyaki cheese peppers etc), and received a veg patty in a bun, nothing else. ordered nachos with cheese salsa and jalapenos... got Doritos with no jalapenos and about a teaspoon of cheese. I could forgive that. but the footlong subway meal which cost nearly £17 is depressing. it's an embarrassment. no care or attention. and purely rushed out for just eat because nobody was watching it being mate. pathetic

This is the worst subway of all time. It’s like they throw the sandwich together blindfolded and then slam it into a back. When you receive it, you’re better off eating it with fork how dismembered it is. Bread’s stale, vegetables are soggy, and don’t even bother asking for an extra side of dipping sauce (that you pay extra for) because they’ll put in a teaspoon of it if you’re lucky. Can’t believe this place operates with the quality of food they’re putting out. Horrible is an understatement.

Got food poisoning from chicken or bacon or maybe both.

They must be on a new push to save money as fillings, cheese and salad portion sizes where all much less then normal last couple of times I have been. Felt as if I might as well just ask for a bread roll as I did not get much more than that. Will try elsewhere in future.

Order arrived late with missing items that I had already PAID for. Repeatedly lied too by employees on the phone when I phone the shop. Will be reporting the store for its failings

Forgot one of my subs, the sub that came was wrong

First subway I have been to where you’re not allowed to include whichever salad items you want. You’d be fooled into thinking it was the attendant’s sandwich rather than mine. Compounded with rude service. Worst subway chain I’ve ever been to.

We didn’t receive the correct order we got two ham subs instead of one ham and one turkey subway. I’ve tried contacting subway to get a refund but there has been nothing available to help with this. Very disappointed.

I ordered a wrap on uber eats and it had almost no salad at all depsite ordering most veggies, also ordered cheese and got none. I have ordered from other subways and the wrap is full of so many veggies. Don't go here not worth the money.

£30 for 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks!! Over priced. Pricing not explained before choices and sandwiches were made. Food OK but I'll never g back to a Subway again. Rip off and seemingly the staff are happy for this to happen

Very accessible with good bus links stopping right outside. Indoor and outdoor seating available and toilets too. A great selection of subs crisps and drinks. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients. Nice artwork on the wall and a well placed visa machine next to the biscuits. Colour cided chairs inside and a selection of outdoor chairs and tables in metal finishes on the pavement. Many options available too for home delivery. The bottomless fizzy water is a real bonus. Kids high chairs available.

I was missing my main part of my meal the actual sub.. so I am very disappointed as I am very hungry and upset now. I was already having a bad day. Please sort this issue out.

We ordered from here via Deliveroo and it was honestly one of the worst food delivery experiences we have ever had. They provided the sub options we had ordered but completely disregarded the salad and sauce selections and simply threw on any old rubbish to each sub making them inedible. For example, they threw olives, jalapenos and gherkins as well as chipotle sauce into a breakfast sub??!! Disgusting. Clearly customer service and reputation is of little significance to the staff / management at this subway. Will never order from / visit this location ever again.

There was a short queue that moved very slowly - preference given to pickup orders. We popped in because it was half empty and we were in a hurry - big mistake. Cold food. Two people's "hot" food was freezing - it had been in the oven so not sure why. Confusion in the ordering process. I was being asked to tell the food preparer my order, specify the salad and pay all at the same time (even though I hadn't given them my full order yet). I was told I could not have salad (just two items) on my sandwich, after having that very same sandwich in various subways around the country without ever having an issue. What we got that was hot was ok, albeit lacking in the usual subway garnishes because its suddenly not allowed.

Sandwich was bacon, melted cheese, and fresh sliced tomatoes on Italian six inch bread. Very tasty food.

The girl that served me looked like she wanted to die. And put close to 0 effort into making my food .

They forgot to toast my sandwich AGAIN

Arrived half an hour late, freezing cold; driver didn't bother to follow instructions to call me for directions when he was nearby. Found him wandering around the office building he should have had no way of getting into.

I never received my order after an hour and a half of waiting. The JustEat app advised me to call the restaurant, which I tried twice, but both times they rejected my call.

I love Subway! This place is great if you are in the middle of Cambridge shopping etc. The downside is that several options appeared to be off the menu AND it could do with more seating. Staff were helpfull and friendly.

This place is a joke! Waited half hour in line to be finally served then when they making my food they then have nothing left at all so I’m scrapping at the scraps then they have no sauce so at that point told them I didn’t want it and walked out there too slow and lazy and full of attitude to care all young boys so says it all

Had an amazing Subway today! It was the best tuna melt I’ve ever had and I buy monthly from Subway ( not my usual store ) the guy behind the counter Callum was really helpful and polite. More stores could do with people like him! Brilliant customer service! Will return for sure 👌👍💪

Ordered vegan patty, waited 20 minutes even though I pre-ordered and was just collecting, for them to just say it was out of stock. Poor customer service

Only 4 stars this time. Instead of my flaming nachos with cheese and salsa. I got a packet of chili Doritos. There was so much sweet chili sauce on my sub sandwich, I had to eat it with a knife and fork ( too soggy). Maybe new employee.

Wrong bread and missing ingredients

Went In before work to get some lunch. On arrival I was greeted by a very rude worker. I asked for tiger bread but was told there was only Italian bread. He opened up the cupboard where they keep the bread and there was cheese and herb bread. I would of happily eaten that over plain old Italian 😂 (he was just too lazy to cut the up bread because the Italian I got was already cut to 6 inches) I then got told there was no chicken so I ordered turkey only to be told there's no cheese. He then put my sandwich in the toaster and burnt it to a crisp.. not slightly burnt or anything like it was cremated 🤣 so I asked for new bread. He then threw my sandwich in the bin huffed and puffed and then started to have ago at me saying how they are under staffed etc anyways long story short they had no salad I wanted or sauce or even the drink I wanted! Bad company and bad staff got severely hill with everything especially hygiene.

We were missing three items in our order.

Placed an order on 28/8/2022 for three meal deals for home delivery. My six year old daughter's order was ok but the other two meals were totally wrong. Completely the wrong filling in one sub. I asked for a meatball and got a BMT. Correct filling in the other but missing crispy onions. Both missing cheese and both on the wrong bread which was burnt and uneatable. The restaurant should have contacted us and informed us if ordered items not in stock so would have understood. Total waste of time and money. Recommend to avoid. Have requested a full refund on two of the meals.

Sandwich wasn't toasted, and nachos were cold on arrival, but otherwise plenty tasty.

Food came cold, not wrapped properly. Meatballs were stone cold, they clearly hadn’t been heated up at all as the cheese wasn’t melted at all either. Bacon tasted undercooked, food was inedible.

Check online for opening times which said closing time was 10pm (confirmed by business 3 days prior). Went there just before 6pm to find them closed with door locked.

Delivery Time fantastic. Sub had not been toasted which am very disappointed by. Emmanuel Street failing to send out correct orders yet again. Hash brown side came with the wrong sauce. No contract from the restaurant about this either.

I love Subway... normally. This was just dire. Bread was stale, food flavourless. Even the Doritos has sticky dust on them.

Went here thurs around 5:30, lovely lady was recommending different subs. Gave us extra sauce :)) also very funny aha, felt welcomed :)) we were two students (ginger girl and brown haired girl w sports bra!!)

Poor experience from this place, both in person and through online ordering. This recent experience has prompted my review now. Placed an order through Uber Eats which Subway accepted. It then said it was on its way. 40 minutes later, this place cancels my order. If they had rejected it from the start, we could have ordered elsewhere. To save anyone else the trouble of ordering from here, go elsewhere in the first place!

Delivery driver is lazy didn't want to find the door

Great and lovely food , however I did get the wrong drink and wrong crisps delivered. Although they were nice substitutes I would have preferred what I had selected but no big deal :)

The business opening hours are from 7:30. And at 7:45 they are still not open. And I have to go elsewhere before hopping into the next bus. And just for that they deserve the lowest possible score. Giving 1 star makes me feel generous.

Never going to come again. I just ordered plant patty sub. First of all they don't have any veggies. Secondly, the price on the display said 6.19£ and they charged me 6.28£ and asked the guy he said so rudely the price maybe updated. Legally you can't charge much price. A note to the owner or manager hire good people. If I want can take Serious legal action. Worst place to come
