Absolutely disappointed. Ordered a chocolate milkshake seeing how delicious it looked on the menu. When receiving the milkshake it was white and not brown. I questioned asking if this was chocolate and the guy said the chocolate is in the middle and I need to stir it….. why is it not mixed together for the customer???? I stirred the milkshake and it was still white and tasted like a disgusting vanilla powered protein shake. False advertising as it was not chocolate brown and a waste of time and money!

Lovely little deli. Friendly staff. I belive the lovely young lady was called Wednesday. She was so nice to my dog. It's nice to have a place where man's best friend is welcome too. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

No outside tables I had to sit in car with the dog the rest of the family was inside when asking about the Seating outside I was told that they got vandalised

This had to be one of the most disgusting Burger Kings out there. It is filthy. There are dead flys on the windowsills, only just alive flys flying around the inappropriately placed bin and windows, spider webs on the ceiling and windows, food all over the floor, tables and chairs. We waited ages for our order and it was cold. Grossness.

Long delay ordering one meal, waited around 20 minutes before choosing to take a refund after seeing part of my order being left in the ready area for 10 minutes while they made the drink and got the fries. Staff were wearing dirty informs and really struggled to get orders ready, like it was their first day on the job. Refund was also slow to be processed. Recommend avoiding this place.

My go to takeaway for burger king for years now. I have never had an issue. Food was always served hot with crispy fries and onion rings. I have never sat in for a meal but the atmosphere does not look particularly cosy, more of a basic drive through.

Served the most disgusting portion of hallumi fries which were definitely recooked more than once and after being sat for far longer than they should have been. When I returned to counter to show the young female staff member she tried to tell me that they are all cooked the same for the same time every time so basically telling me that they should be as foul as they were, now I know this is Incorrect as I often purchase these at my usual local BK I had to literally show her the very shrivelled up fries with the unrecognisable hallumi inside them which tasted absolutely disgusting! To be made to feel like a liar is unacceptable and then to be offered NO apology at all is disgraceful customer service which remains to say I'd avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Pulling up to this very recluded place has pretty shocking it looked like a scrap yard mental and debry everywhere alot of rubbish and even dirty clothes not a view to see be re even going into a food place.. We Continue into burger king witch is to the right of the building we order our food on screens the service from a young female was very rude and food it self was not up to standards very poor half filled large cappuccino witch we had to ask the young lady to fill and she just added boiling water Infront of us pretty shocking yo say the Least. we were charge 30p each for our sauces even tho we selected free one with meal and did not get after paying 30+ for food all round experience was poor the staff looked half asleep with attitudes toward customers even the toilets were disgusting and not kept clean . HSI should take a visit won't be returning. Due to our experience the service and the state from liter and scrap metal and dumped tyres left in the car park / looking out the window of the restant liter and cans on the grass in view dumped

Love a bit of Burger King and this did not disapoint!

Burger King A11/a47 is located on the same site as the Shell petrol station and Travelodge. It is hidden on the far side of the Travelodge. There is a large car park that is easily accessible. My order was prepared accurately and quickly. The Tango Ice Blast was my favourite! The dining area is shared with a Subway but was clean and tidy with plenty of tables. The toilets were also clean. This site could do with some outdoor seating maybe?

Easy and convient location, friendly and approachable staff. Quick service, no problems at all.

Always forget something in the take out order.

Today I was served by Ethan and his service was nothing but amazing, despite the pressure these staff are put under the shift leaders manage to accommodate to all customers. I was served promptly and my food was great, seating area clean as it usually is when I visit.

Nice BK, tucked away from the main road. I have seen both Munjac and rabbits out of the window while sat in here.

Came in with my family and the food was really good and the staff were lovely. After reading reviews I was sceptical but the place was clean.

Place is behind travel lodge in a black building. Car park has loads of space and I was welcomed when I entered, there was a subway but didn’t see anyone so may of been closed. My royal was really good and I had the chilli bites which were amazing. Seating area was clean and tidy. I was asked how my meal was which was different from a fast food place and decided to review as this stands out from other fast food places

The great thing about Burger King is that it’s nicer food than the other company and its staff don’t pour cold water over homeless people. It’s great to have an alternative that allows me to boycott the other burger company.

Came in and was greeted by a member of staff. The food I got was really good and tasty. I dont normally use burgerking but I will be from now on as Mc|Donalds seems to not care about service

Food was amazing, had a double bacon cheese burger with loaded fries ( cheese and bacon ) spent about £1× per person which included a drink. Parking was good and child friendly. They had toilets and seating available indoors.

Afte going to McDonald's for years, we thought we would try Burger King. What a disappointment. First impressions were not good right from the car park. Overflowing bins and rubbish everywhere. Then, to be greeted with what looked like an old black wooden shed. We went inside, which was shared with a Subway to be greeted by old wooden tables and chairs. We had a discount but had to order at the machine then go to the counter to pay to get the discount from the manger which took 5 minutes. We then waited at least 20 minutes for our food, which was ok but not very hot. I ordered a large meal at extra cost but only received a regular meal then to be told what we had ordered couldn't be done in large but it was the same price as large, very confusing. Overall, it was a very poor visit, and we will not be going back to Burger King.

Awful service from staff and manager

Incredibly disappointing, I’ve never had a bad Burger King but this was terrible 2 meals ordered waited a fair while for them to come out cold so took them back in store they apologised and heated them but got them back still partly cold and un edible. Just to top it off both drinks had a terrible aftertaste so also went in the bin. We won’t be going back ☹️

Being an older person i have had some priblems with the self service menu machine. But....... The young man on the till was xtremely helpfull and saud that it was no troyble at all.

A decent Burger King. The food is a consistent example of the brand (IMHO the best standard fastfood burgers), the restaurant can be a little grubby, but the service is always friendly.

I may be alone in thinking this.. but I think the Bacon XL is the best standard burger out there. Normally you can't go wrong but staff that don't want to converse, sub par standards in this sleepy backwater... is best avoided!

If you want to go to a restaurant where they allegedly cant take orders at the counter, won't take cash, communicate properly or smile, then this is the place for you. If you want a 500ml coke that is actually 300ml of ice and 200ml of coke, then this is the place for you. If you want a standard Chicken Royale, but then get given one that has bacon and cheese in it and looks like it was assembled by a man with a catapult, because that's what they had on the shelf and are too lazy and under-motivated to make a fresh one... THIS IS THE RESTAURANT FOR YOU. Its safe to say I will never walk into that Burger King ever again, and if it was the first one I had gone to I would probably not bother with Burger King at all. Poor management and greed on full display. MacDonald's will get my money in the future.

The staff were nice, but only being able to order from the screens they have (only 2), and not having a till to order from is not great, especially if people are struggling to use them or have a big order. Could have done with fewer wasps in there to.

Had not had a Whooper for ages as our one has shut down. Staff were great and you get 10% Armed Forces Discount for but kindly pionted out you get 20% with the Blue Light Card. The Whooper was GREAT 😊 😊

Maybe a smile from all the staff wouldn go a miss , and do they have to slide my drink across the counter with an attitude as if im disturbing them by coming in. And no i dont always want to order from a touch screen cos u cant be bothered to take an order from a normal person

5 staff standing behind the counter talking and on mobile and I was told we have to use the touchscreen thing to order. The boy wouldn't take my order 😡 lots of empty dirty tables and food on the floor. Very disappointing..

As always, the food was well cooked, succulent and delicious. Plus it didn't take long to be cooked. The staff on the counter were very pleasant and helpful. In this restaurant, they also have two large touch screens to order from. A couple of the tables had not been wiped, but aside from that, it was a welcome stop.

The staff are nice, food is good but the unisex toilets are dodgy! I walked in as a fella thinking about peeing in the sink even though all three cubicles were vacant!! There is a general air of neglect in this area with litter everywhere. It needs a revamp.

We sat in. Firstly the table was dirty. When we got our food it was cold. And the toilets were disgusting.

Easy to access, clean, quick, very tasty minus the onion rings, which seemed to be the only thing not made fresh in our order. Why queue at McDonald's over the roundabout when you can walk straight in and get the same (if not better) quality food. Will be visiting again, one of the best locations for BK in Norfolk.

Should have walked the extra 2 mins to mcdonalds. There was what looked like a bogey wiped on most tables and the food was underwhelming

There are few Burger Kings left in Norfolk but this one is one of the best. Operated by EuroGarages, this is ideally located off the A47. The entrance is around the side but not immediately obvious, and service is great.

Refused to take my order at the till and said they only take orders on kiosk machines. If I could give zero stars I would! If you force me to place an order on a kiosk machine I’m taking my business elsewhere who understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE means!!

Given the choice I'll always pick burger king over McDonald's. Easy to park location just over the road from maccies, also has subway in the same building. Very relaxing humming of high voltage power lines over head and the cannon of the a47 and a11.

Lovely place to pop in after a long drive and helpful staff as didn't know how to use extra options on the new screens. Clean areas to eat and very helpful staff

Coming back from Snetterton Race Course, east to find and park.. the forecourt is shared with a subway but still has plenty of space to sit. Two large order screens, simple enough to navigate food arrived in the pick up space within a few minutes even with orders in front of mine. Chicken was good and fries was hot.

Made oder on just eats for delivery.. Order was late by 10 minutes ..food was very cold and also there was no drinks with our meal . We asked the delivery driver and he stated that he did not get any drinks to go with the order. The driver was kind enough to apologise. Tried calling the store...do you not check before sending out order? Very disappointed

Burger king is burger king. The place is much better now it's had a refurb and little chef is not apart of the building. It's just subway and burger king yummy yummy

As ever with Burger King, the food is delicious. There are two ordering screens as you walk in and the service is reasonably quick once tour order is in. What lets this place down is the dining area. Whilst shared with Subway, the area is always dirty and has rubbish lying around. It’s almost like the Subway staff expect the Burger King staff to tidy it and vice-versa meaning it never gets done. Also, the dining area is really quite big but doesn’t have many tables. You often see people who would like to sit down go back to their cars to eat.

No toilet rolls,no hand dryer and no bin for paper towel

Fries were cold and the nuggets were chewy and luke warm as if they'd been sitting a while. The service was good enough bit the food was dire.

Burger were cold, even though there were barely any customers. The chips stone cold and chewy. Goodness knows how long they had been sat there. Very expensive and won't use again.

Very poor service. I was told I had to use the automated ordering machine even though there's 2 tills with a card machine and staff standing around doing nothing. The place was untidy too - food and rubbish on the floor. It's not like the staff didn't have time or it hadn't been there long, there was no one else seated when we got there. There's even a broom by the bin ready to go!

Absolutely disgusting hygiene and cleanliness! Rubbish and dirty tissues all over the floor, tables not wiped and toilets all had poo in them and on them, plus no handwash. Vile! This is basic hygiene! Never going back

I was genuinely shocked by how horrible this Burger King was. Food awful, seating area dirty, dark, and depressing. I would avoid if you have a choice, I've never had such a bad experience with a franchised outlet before. Honestly it was disgusting.

The meal was great as it was prepared freshly. Hot fluffy but crispy fries & a nice Angus burger. The building is looking dated & unwelcoming but the area was clean. From the outside you would think it was closed!

A little difficult to find, as the satnav took me straight to McDonald's, it's tucked away from the Travelodge, and also incorporates a Subway branch.It doesn't have much of an entrance or signage. I get the impression that trade is mainly from the hotel or online orders as there aren't many tables and chairs inside and we were the only customers in. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful and the service was quick and the food was excellent, the place just lacks a bit of ambience.

Love burger king but this restaurant needs a facelift, but that can be said for most UK burger kings unfortunately.

Service very slow and poor The staff serving unable to crack smile or keep up with orders, when order was completed it was Luke warm and ice drinks melting then when starting to share the food out was missing items therefore had to go back to till again.toilets grubby outside exterior over grown and grubby also.we won't use this establishment again.

After a very long wait in a completely empty restaurant I understood what had took so long ..!!when a rotund shaped female Sid the sloth finally waddles over with an attitude I would only expect a dead person to portray and mutters the words 2389 !!! Thank god for masks could have been 50% worse 😑
