Lovely carvery as always, proper veggies. Service good. Elaine was very attentive. Spacious venue. Tables not on top of each other.

One of my regular pubs, staff so so nice, and definitely worth a visit for their quiz on a Thursday 😊 cheap and cheerful too!

The service is great, the food tastes great too.. Plus Elaine is such a nice lady and greets you warmly.. Greg is also accommodating making sure all our food is served perfectly.. Satisfied with the service. well done.

Staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. The food really was truly bad. Tiny lunch portions that took half an hour to arrive, each thing either over or undercooked, not seasoned, incorrect order brought, every surface was sticky, the floor was filthy (apsolutely filthy with plenty of food smeared into it as well as non discript grime), kids park area outside was tired and for large kids over the age of 10 would have been nice to have at least one thing accessible for diddlies. Wish we hadn't eaten there and will definitely not be going back. The place needs a thorough clean.

Went in for a carvery after a visit to the nnuh. Ordered at the bar, was told I could do it via the app…… hmm no thanks! The carvery it self was like warm and pretty sure it had been sitting there most of the day! All dry and not nice. Told one of the staff members who just replied with oh ok I’ll let the chef know! No apologies. The toilets were disgusting too, in need of a deep clean and paint! Really disappointed as use to be lovely here

A last minute decision to have a meal out. Quick easy booking online . Friendly staff, good value for money in clean surroundings. Hope to visit more regularly in the future.

Took my parents out for a Sunday Carvery. It was a tasty carvery served by a friendly and extremely polite young man called Luke. Service was fast and my carvery was tasty and hot. Also enjoyed a rather large piece of cake afterwards. Friendly, good service & would return again. Definitely recommend here for a good priced carvery ⭐️

A decent burger and drinks were pretty good reasonably priced! Only downside is the use of the app as it doesn’t work even when connecting to WiFi.

As always we had a really excellent couple of hours during our lunch time visit to the Copper Beech. The staff were polite and very customer focussed serving us efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Both bar and waiting staff offered us choices in terms of drinks and additions to have with our meal. We've come to expect excellent service when we visit The Copper Beech and again we were not disappointed in this regard.

Martin was great on carvery, food was good and service great again, will be back soon

Eaten here several times but I have to say that it wasn't upto scratch at all today. The roast potatoes tasted like they'd been heated up from yesterday & made the whole meal pretty disappointing tbh

We booked but didn’t realise we should say we were bringing the dog so out table was in the main area. We said our dog is excellent with her manners & makes no mess & we were shown to our table. Staff & food was excellent, will definitely visit again soon.

Had a great experience in this pub……especially the warm welcome from the Carvery Chef, Jamie, who was extremely patient with me as I am a very fussy eater!! Loving the vibrant atmosphere and the food is second to none…..would highly recommend.

Not impressed. They wouldn’t take blue light card even though I had the card and app but app wouldn’t download qr code. Also paid full price for pie and coke even though it was pie Monday when pies are on offer

It was very nice food but there was this employee who made me feel a but uncomfortable by looking/starring at me multiple times and it wasn’t just me it was other customers whom were being started at too. But in conclusion I thought it was a nice place to eat dinner with your family.

Live locally and go to this pub often. Always a good atmosphere and the staff are very polite and friendly. Service is quick and food is reasonably priced. Plenty of deals and choice on food/drink. Overall I think this pub is class! Local pub serving its community very well.

Very crowded possibly because Mother's day weekend. However, they gave us a table neat the Gents toilet/pool table very noisy occupational swearing a dog roaming about went under our table. Not much room for the highchair, and there were tables near the children's play area with adults only. Did send them an email in response to their questionnaire - not surprisingly NO RESPONSE.

Copper Beach has been our go to venue for a Sunday carvery for the past 9 or 10 years. Sadly the last couple of visits has been less than disappointing. The quality of the food has took a serious nose dive. Most of the vegetables are over cooked and tasteless, the amount of meat served is disappointing and the gravy is thin and tasteless. I remember when the sundae’s deserts were served in tall glasses and well worth the cost. Now they have reduced the size by half yet increased the cost. The cost of drinks from the bar have also increased dramatically making the Copper Beach an expensive venue. Overall, poor food quality, small portion sizes and overpriced. We won’t be returning.

We went for a carvery for mother's day, as we have autistic children which we asked for a quieter table. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. I would rather drive the 25 miles to go here for a meal than our local Marstons pub at the thatcher's needle at diss. Which we will never go to again! Thank you to all the staff at the copper beach!!

We could not fault it we had a really lovely carvery.

Lovely mother's day carvery after a day out in Norwich. Excellent choice of vegetables and sauces and delicious turkey and gammon but the roast beef was a little tough. Ran out of strawberries for my fruit dessert but dad enjoyed his crumble and mum liked her ice-cream sundae.

Fantastic family friendly place to eat food is tasty and hot. staff are friendly, helpful polite I'm disabled and they definitely accommodated for me to find a suitable table.

We were disappointed with the food. I appreciate that it was busy because it was Mothering Sunday but the food came out very quickly, it was as if it had been sitting there. The chips were crispy as if they were from the day before.

A quick visit to CopperBeech for My Wife’s Birthday after for her, some retail therapy 😉 Our Server Chloe was polite, respectful and was showing some concern for a previous customer, which she handled with extreme professionalism. .

Chloe our server was fantastic as well as the gentleman who came out with the food and they are very attentive and delicious However the gentleman behind the bar his name was Paul he very rude and not helpful his attitude was not how it should have been

Visited with my Husband and Mum. Mum enjoyed her chicken tikka masala. My husband had the ultimate spicy beefburger which was like a child's meal. The patties were black, crunchy and not at all represented by the picture in the menu. It was flatter than a McDonald's cheeseburger! I couldn't have my first choice of chicken platter as it included southern fried chicken which it seems is cooked in the same fryer as all the fish and scampi. I have a shellfish allergy so the cross contamination is unacceptable. It also ruled out a large part of the menu for me. I had the steak and ale pie which was ok. The portions are very small though. Staff were OK, but when one girl asked how are meal was, and we replied let's just say we won't come back, she had nothing in way of a reply. A totally underwhelming experience.

I took myself and my 2 children for lunch on Sunday and I must say the food was not good, I understand they were busy but it's no excuse, the portion sizes were appalling, I ordered 1 regular size roast ,one large size roast and a burger from the main menu, with the regular plate we were given 2 slices of beef that was only just about enough for a small bread roll ,the large size roast was meant to have more meat and 2 Yorkshire pudding but again the meat was very small and we had to ask for more plus the extra Yorkshire pudding, the beef burger was dry and the size of a happy meal burger with over cooked fries. I paid nearly £60 for the 3 meals and there would have been more food on a primary school dinner plate.

We went in for dinner after shopping. We booked online, which was really quick and easy. When we arrived we were shown to our table quickly and asked if the table offered was OK, which it was. To be honest the carvery didn't look amazing, as the sides looked a little dry, so we ordered from the menu. The food was decent enough when it came though, and we enjoyed the meal. It was nice to have the kids play areas inside and outside, though the inside area is quite well used!

Thought I'd give this place a try. Wish I hadn't bothered. £30 for an adults and child's meal. The steak was absolutely cremated, inedible! Had to wash the crap down with so much drink it was ridiculous. Even the chips and peas were also dry. Doubt it was even sirloin, couldn't tell. Was so annoyed, came in waited nearly an hour, this was at 7 o clock so by the time it came out we were so hungry and left very disappointed. Not returning here again!!!!

I bring the family over quite often for either evening dinner or a weekend breakfast, which have done both in the last week, my grandchildren love it and myself, my wife and my children (grown-up) all really enjoy The Copper Beech

Have been for date nights before but this time went for my kids birthday meal, all the staff were very welcoming and the staff even specifically came out to tell me busnad that our food was ready in the kitchen so he could get his carvery and we could all eat at the same time. The kids love the colouring sheets and activity pages were a great hit. Will definitely be coming back with the kids

I was so excited to eat some beef and Yorkies but everything available was old, over cooked and when asked for new meat I was given the old meat. The gravy was the best part. My husband's pie was frozen burned and you could taste it. Gross. I wish it had been a better experience but I would not recommend the Cooper Beach to anyone.

Been here many times before Covid and during. A safe place to sit and eat. Clean and easy to keep apart. Systems work cos very simple. My carvery was excellent. Yorkshire's are so good!! Beef and Gammon yummy and plenty of it, although its served for you and not the usual diving into Vegas, gravy etc. One person handles all utensils.. easy and safe. So no problems. Very nice.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming like coming home to family, the staff are so polite and cheerful along with that they provide absolutely amazing food whether you're a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan they cater to fit the bill. They do events and allow pets too how cool

Reliably fab roast with good service. If you ever need a good feed they are open extended hours throughout the day and during the week. Parking easy. Plenty of seating. Loos a bit dirty during peak Christmas time, sorted now.

If I could give no stars I would. Carvery might as well been non existent. And absolute shocking service from the manager and member of staff. Think these need training on better customer service. There was at least 3 people complaing as well as my self and nothing was done! Please don't waste your money here!

The meal was disgusting. Hardly no meat. No veg. Complained to manager who was very rude, was not the only person complaining. I would not waste your money here.

Food was poor,vegetables were rock hard,not much of a selection. Turkey was OK.

We have been several times as a large group and found it a lovely restaurant with very nice food. There is ample parking outside and generous space within. It will get very busy for Sunday lunch, so should you be impatient I would suggest going either side of typical peak hours. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and hard-working but my particular thanks go out to their management team, Lynden and Libby who were extremely kind in rearranging bookings for us.
