This Warning !!! for delivery drivers there is a person his name is SAM a young manager but with a rare disease RACISM , he is young person who invents new rules and if you don't agree he will close your account at any of the companies you work with he has no common sense an aggressive person and unfortunately he is covered by McDonald's management be careful fellow drivers

restaurant was absolutely filthy. Toilets were quite literally the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. Restaurant was absolutely packed, food was cold, not that I really had much of an appetite seeing how dirty the place was. The worst mcdonalds I have ever ever been to.

I complained about my order. it's not the first or 2 or 3 times that our orders were always missing items from this store. The manager so called Anna saying in rude manner: don't buy it here anymore then. Is that really a customer service? Is that really manager attitude?

We called for an ice cream and some sweets for the grandchildren. It was only after my grand-son had got his ice cream that we were told it was cash only. There are no signs in the shop or in the windows. Completely unacceptable. I can only assume that the approach is a cynical ploy to put customers in a position where at the till pressure from their children leaves them with no option to pay cash. My son had to walk up the street to a cash machine.

3 times now I have tryed to have a breakfast. The sausage and egg mccmuffins smell and taste like dirty rancid fat and the eggs are grey.

Placed our order then waited 30 minutes to receive it. Upon inspection, one item was missing so drove back round to complain. Once we'd complained, was told to drive to next window where, after waiting a further 30 minutes we received the missing item, but, as we had been treated this unprofessionally previously, asked to speak to a supervisor. She was extremely vague when responding to our complaints so we asked to speak to a manager. This extremely rude individual, because we were asserting our rights as customers, accused us of being aggressive and shut the window on us. Most restaurants would give a refund for poor service but McDonald's think they're above offering good customer service because they're such a large corporation. They seriously need to offer their managerial staff more training when it comes to dealing with customer complaints

Ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal - got two egg McMuffins instead. This only ever happens at the drive-thru, never when eating in. Quite often, some item or other is missing from my drive-thru order, but I’ve never had the entirely wrong order before - so they’ve managed to really outdo themselves on this occasion. Rang up to complain - got an apology and an offer for me to drive back out there to pick up a replacement. Oddly, I don’t fancy the 10-mile round trip to pick up a breakfast that will likely have been gobbed in by the time I get there - which is probably how most people feel. The first thing you should’ve done is refunded my money - and that should be the policy every time - not ask people to drive out to a roundabout on the A6 for a replacement. Nobody’s driving TO that roundabout at that time in the morning - they’re driving past it on the way to somewhere else (usually work). Presumably, somebody else was equally annoyed to get a double sausage and egg McMuffin and a hash brown.

What a disappointment. Called in here to use our Dobbies card in the cafe. Hassles in the car park. Folks like vultures around whats left of the sale stock. Queued for ages only to be told they had run out of our hot drinks. Awful service in an utter dump! I’m glad it’s closing down!

Always good food here, the seasonal options are always the best thing to get. Milkshakes are nearly always available. Quality location and lovely staff.

It's a McDonalds. That's about all you can say about it. You have your average selection of lukewarm fast food, your standard gaggle of families and young people, and your smattering of people who sit there spending 25 minutes trying to order a cheeseburger on an app as opposed to spending 2 minutes going to the counter - all in the name of "progress." It's the same as the vast majority of the other 45,600,000,000,000 McDonald's all around the country.
