Ordered the big tasty, meant to come with bacon ! None in the sandwich 🤬might as well have bought a Big Mac and saved money! Normally I check what they’ve given me difficult to open a burger and check! This McDonald’s constantly misses things off your order but because they’re in such an ideal location they seem to get away with it. I will now travel a few extra miles to the other side of town for my McDonald’s

Ordered a takeaway using the screens in the restaurant, ordered 2 Big Macs and a large McChicken Sandwich Meal with a strawberry milkshake, after a long wait in a fairly quiet restaurant I received my order, when I got home there was no McChicken Sandwich, just 2 Big Macs, large fries and large strawberry milkshake, no point returning as the rest of the food would go cold and they wouldn’t have believed me anyway. Check your order before leaving the restaurant.

Ordered food could not see screen and drive around to pay but again because the car In front I could not see the smaller screen. Guy lent out window for me to pay . Told him I could not see the screen. I paid anyway drive to pick up drinks which only one is wrong it’s a coke not a coffee but then told to pay for additional drink and they would not swap it even after the manager spoke to me and she then walked off after I wasn’t even finished talking . absolutely raging and totally avoidable!! Making a formal complaint it’s disgusting customer service !! Get the attitudes sorted and listen to what people ask for not hard is it !!!

Order taken by drive through paid at next window went to collect order not correct asked if I could order missing food told that I should of checked screens twice before collecting and to go back through did this then made to wait for a unacceptable amount of time 1st lot of food was cold by the time I recieved 2and lot that I ordered the first time rubbish customer service have never meet such unhelpful staff wont go back there

Not to mention when we phoned them the woman tried saying I had phoned the wrong one when I know full well were my food came from I wouldn’t recommend at all apparently the hair net procedure doesn’t apply to these dirty people

Went on 6/12/19 at 7am ish and ordeded a double egg and sausage muffin twice my husband was with me and i repeated it again so sat and waited at table and was brought over straight away what i got was double egg muffin twice so i went back to counter and spoke to melissa who served me and told her this was wrong she said in a very rude way you ordered double egg muffin i told her i have never ordered that in my life and told her i want my money back i was then spoken by a man i assume was the manager and the ordered was rectified when it arrived i did tell the manager if you turn down the music she might have heard me correctly after that it went down what i felt what was a time out and relax this really got my back up being spoken to by a cocky girl who thinks she knows everything she wants to learn some manners

Last Wednesday evening having attend the local swimming pool myself and my family thought that we would be a little naughty and have a McDonalds from the above drive thru. On getting there I ordered a happy meal and an a couple of cheese burgers only to be told they did not have any cheese burgers. I ordered another burger only to be told they did not have that either and in fact had no burgers at all. I said I would take the happy meal and a Strawberry shake. When I came to pay I asked the attendant how a fast food burger outlet could run out of burgers, I just got a gormless smile. On collecting the food and driving off I found that they had even got this wrong and that they had given me a chocolate shake. At this point I was losing the will to question further and just went home. This was not the first time my family and I had felt the need to complain to McDonalds about this outlet and it was certainly not the first time the order was wrong. My partner submitted a complaint and we received the following response; "Thank you for contacting McDonald’s Customer Services to let us know about your visit to our Corby 2 restaurant.At McDonald’s we want all of our customers to enjoy their restaurant experience each and every time they visit. We’re disappointed that we didn’t get it right for you on this occasion.I am sorry to hear from your email that the restaurant had ran out of meat options. Please accept my apologies, William.We try to predict the correct amount of stock for each restaurant but sometimes some items are more popular than anticipated. All restaurants are encouraged to monitor their supplies and order more of an item if stocks are running low.We really value customer feedback, and I’ve passed your comments to the management team at the restaurant to use as part of our regular reviews. We are confident that you will see improvements on future visits.Thanks again for taking the time to contact McDonald’s Customer Services. If we can be of any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us back.Kind regards,AmyCustomer Services Team."This looked to me like a very generic response and we were not very impressed by it. I think this franchisee obviously takes their customers for granted owing to (as I am led to believe) they own all the outlets in the area. We will not be visiting this outlet again or any within the chain and would advise others report their experiences to the Head office so that they are informed of the poor level of service offered.

Not really big on the food at McD but I do love the mcflurrys and strawberry milkshakes, so regularly use the drive through. Its usually pretty good and you get through quick. Staff are polite and as far as the chain goes, this one is pretty good. Inside tends to be much slower since they got the ordering screens

I visited mcdonalds today to be graced with the new style of straws being cardboard with which my work collegue has been throughly dissapointed due to not being able to finish his milkshake without the end of the straw becoming sodden. I understand the reasoning behind your decision to change to cardboard due to snowflake tree hugging university types worrying about damage to the world but i have a solution for you plastic is also recycleble therefore i belive we should revert back to how is was before due to thwre being no previous issues with milkshake consumption.

Went for breakfast in the morning before shopping and we love the new table service option. So much easier and less queuing. We used the touch screen stations that were available, paid for our food and took a seat. Waited less than 5 minutes for our food. Food was hot and good as always.

Always use this for the drive thru, can be hit and miss at times. Sometimes food piping hot and all that you ordered is there. Other times it is barely warm so when you get home boy will you not be happy. Wouldnt mind if it was just a couple of quid but mcds isnt a cheap option these days.

Just after this McDonald's was refurbished, I visited and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and attentive the staff were. The whole experience with happy and helpful service put me in a great mood and I enjoyed being there. Not any more! I've noticed it slowly going down hill since then. Yesterday I was served by someone who looked like she hated her job with a passion and that serving me was the worst thing she had ever done in her life! It's not much better going through the drive in either. Most of the kids that work there seem like they've had little to no training and managers seem to be strangely absent. I appreciate that working there may not be the best experience and that pay and conditions could be improved but come on, why put people front of house who hate the customers? I would say there is a big problem here with management and training. It's a real shame because it was a great experience going there just after the refurbishment, now it's hit and miss as to what experience you're going to get. Very rude, miserable service does make going to this branch of McDonald's a pretty dire experience!

Inside has been decorated and you can be served at your table like a proper restaurant! Drive thru is hit and miss, somtimes food is hot or cold, sometimes staff are not great on the intercom. When its good it is very good but when its bad its very bad. Nothing worse than a cold burger when you get home!

Awful:( mozzarella dippers were hard, not hot. Forgot the salsa in the drive through so I had to go in any way to get it. My sweet chilli wrap had 0 mayo and the smallest amount of sweet chilli. So annoying man. Wouldn't normally think to do a review for McDonalds but it made me really mad haha. Will be avoiding the Corby McDonald in future:(

Macdond's have got consistent taste in their products be it breakfast or meals served later in the day having had both recently I can't complain about the taste it is what you would expect however when they are very busy presentation and the standard of filling can be a bit hit and miss this means too much special sauce The food is always hot when received I like the service of waitress service however I think the new order and pay system does what it is meant to but maybe I am odd fashioned I like to be served by a real person

While waiting in line to place an order, two young boys where going upstairs and the one who was carrying the tray of food tripped and the fries went all over.A young server called Holly stopped what she was doing and immediately (without a fuss) replaced the fries!! Fantastic customers service -some people in the queue sniggered but Holly just said to the boys "don't worry about it" and lady called Lorraine cleared up in a flash .. well done Girls... 10/10...

USED NEW CAFE TODAY NEVER AGAIN READ ON....... Coffee advertised at 125 yet for two cups of very poor weak coffee I was charged 4 pounds Menu is poor portions are small . Prices are favorable to owners bank balance only. Which judging by cafe users it wont be open long. Why exploit a new customer base...... Corby Council or pool manager has now barred you and your children from eating or drinking in a public run building...Oh yes they have....... Why because either they are stupid or the cafe is doing so poorly....that they need to force you to use it. Thats not a good idea dont youse the cafe on principle and eat and drink until you pop.....
