Ordered the big tasty, meant to come with bacon ! None in the sandwich 🤬might as well have bought a Big Mac and saved money! Normally I check what they’ve given me difficult to open a burger and check! This McDonald’s constantly misses things off your order but because they’re in such an ideal location they seem to get away with it. I will now travel a few extra miles to the other side of town for my McDonald’s

Waited 15 minutes in a click and collect bay. Chased after 10 minutes. When we got the order the burgers were not complete. Poorest McDonald's service ever !!!

Utter garbage. Order delivered. No fries. No flavour to any of the drinks. Not the first time it's been poor. Certainly will be the last.

Ordered a takeaway using the screens in the restaurant, ordered 2 Big Macs and a large McChicken Sandwich Meal with a strawberry milkshake, after a long wait in a fairly quiet restaurant I received my order, when I got home there was no McChicken Sandwich, just 2 Big Macs, large fries and large strawberry milkshake, no point returning as the rest of the food would go cold and they wouldn’t have believed me anyway. Check your order before leaving the restaurant.

DELISH FOOD JUST YUM VERY CHEEP AND OMG THE CARAMEL ICED COFFE IS JUST SO SO GOOD TRY IT RN DRIVR THROUGH IS GOOD AND UNDERSTANDING but. The reason it’s not 5 is cuz girl them tables crusty and soemtimes it takes like 100hrs for the food to be make 😭 AND they sometimes don’t make the coffee right they legit gave me lumps of ice but whatever it was immaculate anyways (I cant find the photo of it)

The worst McDonalds I've ever eaten from the food had engine oil taste too it waited for drive threw order wrong as usual and the food was bad I'll never visit again

25 minutes stick in drive thru. Waited 8 minutes to pay. Order was wrong. Staff do not know what they are doing. Female 'manager' is bolshy. Waited further for a refund that was made in cash despite paying for card. Kyra Enterprises WAKE UP. No longer using this restaurant.

Amazing customer service at times, depending who's working. Food is hit and miss at times but whk don't love a maccies!

Ordered food could not see screen and drive around to pay but again because the car In front I could not see the smaller screen. Guy lent out window for me to pay . Told him I could not see the screen. I paid anyway drive to pick up drinks which only one is wrong it’s a coke not a coffee but then told to pay for additional drink and they would not swap it even after the manager spoke to me and she then walked off after I wasn’t even finished talking . absolutely raging and totally avoidable!! Making a formal complaint it’s disgusting customer service !! Get the attitudes sorted and listen to what people ask for not hard is it !!!

Order taken by drive through paid at next window went to collect order not correct asked if I could order missing food told that I should of checked screens twice before collecting and to go back through did this then made to wait for a unacceptable amount of time 1st lot of food was cold by the time I recieved 2and lot that I ordered the first time rubbish customer service have never meet such unhelpful staff wont go back there

This McDonald’s is absolutely vile not only did I find a thick black hair in my food my partner did too!!! Not to mention when we phoned them the woman tried saying I had phoned the wrong one when I know full well were my food came from I wouldn’t recommend at all apparently the hair net procedure doesn’t apply to these dirty people

Ordered a mcDonalds via Uber eats. When the order arrived all the food was missing and received someone else’s drinks. Contacted Uber but no response. Contacted McDonald’s and they say contact Uber. Talk about passing the buck, both are totally useless

Utterly clueless - how could three McFlurries go wrong !!!! and five members of staff trying to sort it out. Totaly disorganized grossly overstaffed and mismanaged I have never been to a McDonalds and witnessed anything like it before.

Went on 6/12/19 at 7am ish and ordeded a double egg and sausage muffin twice my husband was with me and i repeated it again so sat and waited at table and was brought over straight away what i got was double egg muffin twice so i went back to counter and spoke to melissa who served me and told her this was wrong she said in a very rude way you ordered double egg muffin i told her i have never ordered that in my life and told her i want my money back i was then spoken by a man i assume was the manager and the ordered was rectified when it arrived i did tell the manager if you turn down the music she might have heard me correctly after that it went down what i felt what was a time out and relax this really got my back up being spoken to by a cocky girl who thinks she knows everything she wants to learn some manners

Staff uninterested - joking amongst themselves. Tables and floor filthy. Food - too much salt and lettuce limp. Kids hanging out in there and buying nothing Dirty Dirty Dump

Last Wednesday evening having attend the local swimming pool myself and my family thought that we would be a little naughty and have a McDonalds from the above drive thru. On getting there I ordered a happy meal and an a couple of cheese burgers only to be told they did not have any cheese burgers. I ordered another burger only to be told they did not have that either and in fact had no burgers at all. I said I would take the happy meal and a Strawberry shake. When I came to pay I asked the attendant how a fast food burger outlet could run out of burgers, I just got a gormless smile. On collecting the food and driving off I found that they had even got this wrong and that they had given me a chocolate shake. At this point I was losing the will to question further and just went home. This was not the first time my family and I had felt the need to complain to McDonalds about this outlet and it was certainly not the first time the order was wrong. My partner submitted a complaint and we received the following response; "Thank you for contacting McDonald’s Customer Services to let us know about your visit to our Corby 2 restaurant.At McDonald’s we want all of our customers to enjoy their restaurant experience each and every time they visit. I think this franchisee obviously takes their customers for granted owing to (as I am led to believe) they own all the outlets in the area. We will not be visiting this outlet again or any within the chain and would advise others report their experiences to the Head office so that they are informed of the poor level of service offered.

Visited prior to going to the theatre as wanted something quick. Appreciate that being a Friday evening it would be busy but there is no excuse for dirty tables. Really put me off the food. Will not return to this restuarant

Typical McDonald’s with Wi-fi which I used, coffee nice as usual plenty of parking and pleasant staff, toilets very clean.all in all a very nice mcdonalds

Not really big on the food at McD but I do love the mcflurrys and strawberry milkshakes, so regularly use the drive through. Its usually pretty good and you get through quick. Staff are polite and as far as the chain goes, this one is pretty good. Inside tends to be much slower since they got the ordering screens

Not the easiest to deal with - don't really think it right for a member of staff to call a customer 'mate', and the food wasn't overly hot either.

I visited mcdonalds today to be graced with the new style of straws being cardboard with which my work collegue has been throughly dissapointed due to not being able to finish his milkshake without the end of the straw becoming sodden. I understand the reasoning behind your decision to change to cardboard due to snowflake tree hugging university types worrying about damage to the world but i have a solution for you plastic is also recycleble therefore i belive we should revert back to how is was before due to thwre being no previous issues with milkshake consumption.

Really think that staff need some lessons in cleanliness. A regular place we visit but each time there's dirty tables.

Went for breakfast in the morning before shopping and we love the new table service option. So much easier and less queuing. We used the touch screen stations that were available, paid for our food and took a seat. Waited less than 5 minutes for our food. Food was hot and good as always.

24 hrs ... joke .... no-one there, no-one serving, doors locked, tried phoning...... no answer... Don’t advertise 24 hrs if you have no intentions of honouring the hours 😡

Always use this for the drive thru, can be hit and miss at times. Sometimes food piping hot and all that you ordered is there. Other times it is barely warm so when you get home boy will you not be happy. Wouldnt mind if it was just a couple of quid but mcds isnt a cheap option these days.

Rushing home and thought I would use the drive through , this was a mistake the place was so busy and it took ages to get served. Why don’t they have more windows open ?

I can't help noticing the ever shrinking size of the McDonalds food. Such a shame but at least the service is good at their Corby franchise.

had two different types of wrap meal today and they were awful, 2/3 bits of wet lettuace with chunks of cucumber and hardly any sauce! chips were soggy and service was indifferent to say the least, will not be going back and will be telling people why!

Just after this McDonald's was refurbished, I visited and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and attentive the staff were. The whole experience with happy and helpful service put me in a great mood and I enjoyed being there. Not any more! I've noticed it slowly going down hill since then. Yesterday I was served by someone who looked like she hated her job with a passion and that serving me was the worst thing she had ever done in her life! It's not much better going through the drive in either. Most of the kids that work there seem like they've had little to no training and managers seem to be strangely absent. I appreciate that working there may not be the best experience and that pay and conditions could be improved but come on, why put people front of house who hate the customers? I would say there is a big problem here with management and training. It's a real shame because it was a great experience going there just after the refurbishment, now it's hit and miss as to what experience you're going to get. Very rude, miserable service does make going to this branch of McDonald's a pretty dire experience!

Inside has been decorated and you can be served at your table like a proper restaurant! Drive thru is hit and miss, somtimes food is hot or cold, sometimes staff are not great on the intercom. When its good it is very good but when its bad its very bad. Nothing worse than a cold burger when you get home!

Thought I would treat the family to a McDonald's for tea. Big mistake. The chips were cold and soggy. The beefburgers were cold. I won't be back

Stopped off for a quick breakfast. Easy to find with loads of parking Nice clean and tidy inside with new modern decor All staff polite and courteous Food as you would expect but one of the nicer McDonald's restaurants I have seen recently

Awful:( mozzarella dippers were hard, not hot. Forgot the salsa in the drive through so I had to go in any way to get it. My sweet chilli wrap had 0 mayo and the smallest amount of sweet chilli. So annoying man. Wouldn't normally think to do a review for McDonalds but it made me really mad haha. Will be avoiding the Corby McDonald in future:(

Macdond's have got consistent taste in their products be it breakfast or meals served later in the day having had both recently I can't complain about the taste it is what you would expect however when they are very busy presentation and the standard of filling can be a bit hit and miss this means too much special sauce The food is always hot when received I like the service of waitress service however I think the new order and pay system does what it is meant to but maybe I am odd fashioned I like to be served by a real person

Terrible service. Cold food. Fries underfilled. Telephone store and they want to write your personal details in a book. Nonsense. Order monitors down took about 15 minutes to place order.

While waiting in line to place an order, two young boys where going upstairs and the one who was carrying the tray of food tripped and the fries went all over.A young server called Holly stopped what she was doing and immediately (without a fuss) replaced the fries!! Fantastic customers service -some people in the queue sniggered but Holly just said to the boys "don't worry about it" and lady called Lorraine cleared up in a flash .. well done Girls... 10/10...

Just your topical McDonald's consisting lukewarm food, floppy over salted chips and miserable teenaged staff. I would recommend a drive around the corner to KFC

The place has been refurbished but chaos at the Drivethrough . Two lanes taking orders but then merge into one lane , very dangerous

The staff are always polite and friendly and yes some times you do have to bay up this is a restaurant and a drive thru so you expect this do check your order at night as sometimes the do get it wrong not always

Every time we visit and go through the drive through we get bayed, sorry here's your drinks and please park up in one of the smallest car parks in the country, in a transit it's impossible, today more than 6 cars waiting for food at 6pm, fast food I think not

The food was what you'd expect but the queuing time at the drive through was a while even with 2 order points then had to wait in another bay while they got it ready

Quick drive through . Food always freshly cooked and good value for money . Staff are friendly and helpfull

Always had good prompt service in here. You know what to expect food wise so it's the service (and location) that can set it apart.Really convenient parking too!!

Not being familiar with the area McD's seemed like like the best option, the same menu and prices as every other McD's.

This is just as you would expect from a Mcdonalds. It is popular as a drive through. Nearby Asda, Next, Matalan and others.

I'm sorry to say I would love to see this place closed . The staff Need to be train in how to address People Never have I heard the Please and Thank You from the Staff

nice to hear an English speaking voice in the drive through. Good service, and polite, food hot, better than many other Macs

always check your order before you leave i do use the drivethru alot and five out of ten times the order will be wrong
