Phat Buns in Leicester

La calidad de la comida era terrible y la mayoría no era comestible. Hacía frío y las porciones eran extremadamente pequeñas. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con nuestro pedido teniendo en cuenta que nos habría costado £ 60 para una comida que no satisfaría a un adulto pequeño.

Me encantó el lugar. Los chicos son súper amables, la comida deliciosa, y se entrega rápido! Lo explicaron todo con paciencia. Te lo recomiendo súper: )

El pedido nunca llegó fue recibido por teléfono por un hombre gruñón que no paraba de gritarme diciendo que mi comida no era entregada a pesar de que mi estado de entrega se mostraba preparando comida y no entregada. Robo ***** Echa un vistazo a la hora en que fue capturada

No estoy contento con el tamaño de las porciones por los precios que pagamos. Las 3 hamburguesas y las porciones de comida spud eran risibles y no satisfactorio. No vale la pena volver.

Terrible service. Refused me the £6 meal deal as I was vegetarian. Unbelievable! Charged me £12 full price when all my friends only paid £6. Not fair.

Awful experience with the food, Uber eats delivery. They pierce the plastic wrap covering the drink apparently to stop the drinks from fizzling, however drinks were placed in the bag in pictures hence the spillage in the Uber driver’s car and as he handed us the doggy bottom of the bag split open and the drinks fell .I asked of risk of infection as drinks are pierced with no lid , I was told that can happen even with McDonald’s !!! I asked why they didn’t have cup holders but they had no response to that . The manager then spoke in his language to the other employees and then said next time if you pack 4 drinks put in double bag (I guess to avoid spillage) The food was cold and burgers soggy. Customer service non existent. AVOID AT ALL COST !! NEVER AGAIN. I will be contacting the food standards agency to report concerns.

If your taste buds have any form of sophistication I urge you to avoid this place, bland and tasteless, the cheese bites were drenched in oil even the fries weren't right they had clearly been reheated..... VILE

I walked out and stopped eating phat buns since they increased there price from £6.50 to £8.50 This is too expensive for any burger.. as for family of 5 this will cost me over £50 so therefore I rather go to a restaurant and pay the extra £30 and get fine dining. Which makes more sense. The burger tasted good but no way it is worth £8.50 for burger and fries. It’s been over a year I have not even purchased one burger from phat buns only because of the extortionate pricing. I will defiantly not be eating from phat buns unless they reduce there price to what they were originally. I use to buy many burgers in one month when it was £6.50 but since price went up I have not brought one in over a year, and I never will for £8.50! Phat buns rather lose its loyal customers then charge fair and reasonable prices. Good riddance to them!
