Burger King in North Kesteven

Food and service was good but visited the toilets and they were disgusting as though they get forgotten about not one cubicle was clean floors swimming in urine and mirror at sink filthy too, just putting it out there as it is meant to be a services.

Staying in Thorpe on the Hill Travelodge we used the burger King across the road within walking distance. The service and food was excellent. The food was cooked to order and there are tables and chairs to sit in to eat. Spotlessly clean, worth a visit if you are in the area

Exstemely rude was that upset I left and went to subway no words for member of staff on the till. Will not return have emailed full complaint on there website

Have called here before- it is a very convenient services stop. Burger King good but let down badly by the shared services. Car park potholed, rutted and a mess. Unisex toilet facility that is so cramped it is highly inconvenient to users. Could be much better.

Nipped in for tea on a Saturday around 4:30pm. It wasn’t busy and I was served quickly. Hot fresh food and drink with no cause to complain about any of it. Sat in and the seating area was clean and tidy too. Perfectly acceptable Burger King. I’ve certainly had worse.

This is part of a shared facility with Greggs and Sainsbury’s food to go. Also immediately adjacent to Travelodge. There is a shared eating area - which is untidy and not kept smart. A little bit of effort and organisation would make a big difference.

Let me start off by say food okish But the seating area was disgraceful tables covered in bits of food floor covered in Walked over food staff more worried about chatting to each other then helping customers would never use burger king again

Burger King what could possibly go wrong? It’s Burger King which I much prefer to Maccy D’s. I don’t tend to use fast food joints but sometimes I will if there is little or nothing else. And you can keep Greggs a would rather eat grass. Simple order of Whopper meal , coke no ice and burger no pickle. Chicken fries with fries and Diet Coke no ice and a portion of onion rings. Staff serving had obviously had a charisma bypass. No hello , no smile, no “would you like it large?” “Would you like any sauce?” Tables uncleared and dirty . Floor strewn with remnants of food etc. Food was nice and hot but checking to see if the girl on the till had not listened properly or the cook could not read my burger came with pickle. Both drinks had ice and way too much salt on the chips . Not particularly busy or understaffed. Rubbish.

My husband and myself visited at teatime on a Thursday. The staff were very friendly and efficient but it is shame that the food was cold. Not only the fries but the chicken sandwich with cheese - not warm enough for the cheese to melt and too much mayonnaise. Such a shame!

I went the other week for a late something to eat. There were. Couple of other people waiting and the other sections of the building were closed. The girl on the till was so devoid of customer service it was astounding. She stood there and looked at us, no hello, or yes please, or may I take your order. Just complete silence. Then told the price, no please or thank you. Stoney faces silence. I’ve never seen anybody so miserable. We took a seat and waited as another couple came and got the same treatment. They also remarked on her lack of anything human. The food was a good 15 minute wait for fast food but at least it was fresh. I can’t emphasise enough how poor the service was tho to drag the score down so much when the food was fine and as expected! You get what you pay for I suppose.

Clean and friendly. Great tasting burgers, I had xl bacon double,as did my friend. It was his first visit to BK.He will be back.

We ended up having to use this as it is attached inside the little chef as we arrived to late and the little chef was closed. Never again I would rather carry on driving home. It is not kept clean the staff have no customer service skills at all the burger was clearly put together without care or attention the fries were cold and the tea out of a paper cup was rubbish and these throw it together unfriendly giants are taking over. I don't reccomended this burger king at all

stopped at this Burger King. The building was discusting, badly soiled flooring, toilets were terrible, poor paint work and the actual Burger King area was untidy. There was only one member of staff on duty.....however food was hot and edible.

There were no toys for kids meals We were informed that we would be given something extra to make up monetary deficiencies but this wasn’t provided , the drinks were incorrect and lids inadequately fitted which resulted in spillages. I have 2 autistic kids with food restrictions do incorrect orders are a nightmare for our family. I spoke with the manager who reimbursed & remade the order, he also informed us staff should have been discounting kids meals not giving extra of nothing. In Laymans terms holiday staff couldn’t have given a stuff!!!

We popped in here as it was next to the Travelodge,it was very busy and service was slow so we left and came back later. This gave us the opportunity to see how dirty the floors were and the service was still slow. The drinks and desserts we bought were not up to the usual Burger King standard.

I go to this Burger King fairly often. It's nice and convenient and the staff are always very friendly. Food is standard Burger King - not much to add there. My big gripe is the state of the toilets. I have been submitting reports to Burger King for a couple of years now always stating how disgusting they are. They are old and desperately in need of refurbishment and a good clean.

Please see my previous review of the Little Chef which is within the same building and was closed. BK was open, the staff were polite and nice. All food was cooked to order and if you use the app is very good value for money. Well done, BK!

Never had a bad meal here, Service is always excellent! Love the fries! Whole place could do with an upgrade though, little chef next door looks like the set of life on mars!

The service here is always so slow. Even when nobody else is waiting. If there's a queue you'll be waiting for ages.

This place does all the usual BK food items. The service is always slow and it can get crowded because of this

Burger King is our favourite burger chain, so we called in whilst staying nearby. Service was good and standard of food was very good. The staff in this Burger King were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Had called in 4 times in the past week (because of the location on the A46) to use the toilets - which at best are disgusting and at worst not checked or cleaned regularly, no soap and smelled dreadful.Decided to have a quick bite to eat (last Friday lunchtime) at the Burger King side of the Services, waited 15 mins to be served and when the food eventually arrived it was like eating cardboard. There is one table, which is in the way of people queuing for food. Never again.

Had to put this here as no separate entry for little chef but its the same lot really. Had Olympic breakfast and a coffee. Wouldn't really call it Olympic but that is hardly the staffs fault as they will make it as head office dictates. Staff friendly and helpful, just the usual little chef issues, the place is a bit worn out and needs refurbishment. The food is okay but doesn't stand out as it is probably brought in from large wholesalers instead of using superior local produce. You can get better meals elsewhere but this is handy if you are heading in or out of Lincoln.

As a smaller store sharing part of Little Chef, there is minimal seating inside, although I've been told you can sit inside Little Chef so this shouldn't necessarily put people off. There are a reasonable amount of parking spaces outside so it's conveniently located if you're on the A46 going around Lincoln bypass. The prices have always seemed noticeably higher at Burger King than their closest rival McDonalds which incidentally isn't located many metres away. That being said I would say the food on the whole is nicer and tastier so perhaps that excuses it slightly. With the mobile app on your phone or printable vouchers from their website, substantial savings can be made so I can't recommend doing this enough. The bad news here is it's often very poorly staffed even at extremely busy times and with many things cooked to order the wait times can be excruciating. You can equally get lucky and not have very long to wait. Some of the staff seem to barely clock in while others are more pleasant and attentive. All in all, it's not bad by any means but it's never going to be brilliant and a lot of that comes down to its size and location. I will assume if you're considering going here you know what kind of 'fast' food to expect.

The food was disappointing and the menu confusing. The Bounty dessert was unpleasant. Usually enjoy Burger King but not this time.

Had a long wait but no other customers in, food was mediocre, not hot and the ingredients were falling out of the bun. I like burger king but this one did not impress me or my husband.

We eat from a Burger King once in a blue moon and eat little fast food. So, we were in a rush to fit things in today and stopped at Burger King, Thorpe on the Hill, Lincoln. So what was good? Well, the burger was nice with fresh salad and crispy chips. At 839 calories per meal, a good reason to make it a rare treat. So what went wrong? The place is shared with Little Chef and as such it has a ten foot square area for customers with one table for eating in. The service was far from fast, despite being almost empty, we paid £11 + for two burger meals and drinks (don't know if that's expensive, haven't done the research) but I suppose similar to two fish and chips? Doesn't sell milkshakes, but people were advised to buy a Burger King and then a milkshake from Little Chef? The worst issue I had though, was the dirtiness of the place in general on the customer side..the inside door and entrance looked filthy and I tried my best not to touch any part of the doors with my hands. the floor was dirty and I'm afraid it is far from good enough for people to accept under any circumstances. As a franchise there are probably better places, but this place needs to take heed.

Wouldn't bother re-visiting, small portions, dried out chips manager txting, i would go next door and get a decent burger at the Little Chef

Double whopper を頼んだら、肉とチーズだけしか挟まってませんでした。トマトやピクルスはどこに行ったのでしょうか？それともイギリスでこれを注文すると、こういう物なのでしょうか？？お陰で、ちょっと胃に重すぎて、気持ち悪くなりました。

Stopped at this restaurant on the way home expecting fast food - two people in front of us that took an age to serve and considered leaving before placing our order. Asked if we would like to eat in or take away we said we would eat in. One of the servers said he would bring to the table. After about 10 mins - at least - I went back to the counter asking where our food was - there were a number of new customers being served and our tray ordered first still on the counter - drinks already dispensed on the tray. I asked what was happening to the food - they did not seem to remember us and after checking the orders said were waiting for fries - seems the take out customers got their orders and ours went to the back of the list. Eventually retrieved the order myself - chips warm - burgers stone cold - worst servers ever no apologies - not focused and seemed on a different planet. Terrible.
