Went on lunch break for caesar wrap, staff normally quick but doing multiple uber delivery, paid n had to leave without wrap as took too long.😪

We ordered a delivery on just eat for 21.30pm on Tuesday 16th April 2024. From Melton Mowbray KFC . The meal never ever arrived. We tried to contact the branch but there was nobody to pick up the phone. Paid through my paypal so should hopefuly get the money back.......will go to the store tomorrow to make sure i get my money back. This is the second issue i have had with this outlet....my first order at least turned up but one item missing. Will not use KFC MELTON MOWBRAY again.

Pedí una entrega hoy y faltaba la mitad de la comida. Está sucediendo todo el tiempo y el personal simplemente se da la vuelta y dice que lo ordenado fue pesado. O insinuar que la culpa es de los repartidores. Servicio asqueroso. Ese lugar necesita mirar.

A little local fast food shop near 🚂 train station. Every time we walked by, there were quite a lot of people… ⭐ Reasonable price for the food, 5 chicken wings with chips cost £3.99 The batter of the 🐣 wings are nice and they are not oily!! We also ordered the strips, but I think it is a bit bland. If you want to give it a try ✅ I would recommend the wings over the strips.

Muy mal servicio. Las papas fritas se cocinan en aceite whitch viejo que va en contra de las normas de higiene alimentaria. El cuarto de libra se sentía como si estuviera tirado junto y era de muy mal nivel. Mi esposa pidió un café blanco y consiguió agua con leche y sin café. Todo el personal parecía que no querían estar allí. Así que después de usar McDonald's durante muchos años, este tiene que ser el peor que he estado nunca. No puedo creer que pagué por esta comida y me ha postergado el uso de McDonald's en el futuro. Son solo otra empresa que quiere tu dinero y te dan un mal nivel de comida y servicio sabiendo que la mayoría de nosotros no podemos molestarnos en hacer una escena en la tienda. Tan Bien Hecho buscará en otra parte en el futuro.

Rude staff, disrespectful, failure to listen to the order given and then made a rude remark once I’ve asked for my order again after being ignored

Wrong delivery received and when we contacted them ref this, they refused to honour the correct delivery within a time scale acceptable When we stated that we would no longer use their services the answer was 'whatever ' Buyer beware

APPALLING SERVICE!!! Got served by a lady who looked like she couldnt be bothered and wanted to be elsewhere, no greeting, no smile ZERO customer service! When i asked if they accept the nhs blue light card i was bluntly told no! When i showed her on my phone they do, she said only some branches take it..i then asked if she had a list of what branches do..i got ignored and was asked for the bill payment!! When we went to sit down a man behind the counter shouted across the restaurant( if you can call it that) the area we were going to was closed!! No polite effort in coming over to say but decoded to shout over to us..toilets blocked off with baby seats in front of the corridor and when i asked where the toilet was i was given a key which (after covid, no cleaning before placing the key on the counter) and upon locking the door the toilet was disgusting..i wouldnt let a dog urinate in that toilet let alone a human! God knows when the last time it was cleaned!! Ehen i asked for the managers name the female who served me said she was the manager,when i questioned her name that it wasnt the name on the receipt she annoyingly informed me that it was from an employee from an earlier shift!! The area manager sat in the corner on his laptop with no regard for how his colleagues lack the basic customer service skills!! Every employee in this branch need to go on an intense week customer sevice skills course!!! Email heading to head office complaints..SHOCKING SERVICE AND TOILETS ARE LIKE A GUTTER!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! In fact i would give this branch MINUS!!!

This is our go to takeaway because it never disappoints, we regularly mix up the choices and have always been happy, the portion sizes are ample and the food tasty, worth a try 😊

Breakfast absolutely awful! We had a double sausage and egg muffin absolutely awful the egg was like rubber! Also a bacon and egg muffin also dreadful! This is not food! It should not be served!

The staff were friendly, but when I had a mayo chicken burger, which I customised to have no mayo and a cheese slice, but I had no cheese in my burger. Also, the toilets were a bit dirty, so even though the experience at McDonalds was a positive one, the toilets were not clean, and the mayo chicken burger which I customised to have cheese and no mayo had no cheese at all. Overall, I’d rate the place 3 stars, just because of the friendly staff there. Yours sincerely, Jack.

Went there for lunch for grandchildren. Standard subs. Service was good but upstairs was filthy. What more can I add no free parking.

Please do not go here if your looking for absolute disappointment. Ordered some late night food for me and my wife. Deliveroo was due to deliver and after nearly an hour the driver rang, we could not hear him so we rang back but still could not hear him, then we text with no answer. On the tracker they were on a completely different street, the driver just dumped it on someone's drive saying they attempted delivery. Now we are left with no refund and no food. Absolutely disgusting service, extremely difficult day with two disabled children and an opportunity to eat for the first time today. Thanks a lot
