McDonalds in Leicester

The staff were friendly, but when I had a mayo chicken burger, which I customised to have no mayo and a cheese slice, but I had no cheese in my burger. Also, the toilets were a bit dirty, so even though the experience at McDonalds was a positive one, the toilets were not clean, and the mayo chicken burger which I customised to have cheese and no mayo had no cheese at all. Overall, I’d rate the place 3 stars, just because of the friendly staff there. Yours sincerely, Jack.

Fuimos a este restaurante y tras coger la comida en el mostrados, bajamos a la planta baja a comer cuando una vez puesta la comida en la mesa, el guardia de seguridad nos dice que tenemos 10’ para comer porque cierra la planta. Le decimos que acabamos de empezar a comer y queremos comer tranquilamente y si no, que no nos hubieran servido comida. Él seguía en las suyas y pasaba por las mesas indicando que nos diéramos prisa que en dos minutos cerraba. No me parece bien dar prisa a unos clientes que acaban de empezar a cenar. Èsto no nos había pasado nunca. Muy mal servicio

Came to mcdonald's today with my two kids for a happy meal. When I order my happy meals for my kids I ask that one hamburger to just have tomato sauce (ketchup) when I got the hamburger they did not bring me a hamburger with tomato sauce it had mustard,onions and tomato sauce I want back to tell them they had my order wrong and that I wanted a hamburger with just tomato sauce. He went and got me a new hamburger when he brought me the new hamburger over they still got the order wrong the hamburger had tomato sauce and mustard on I want back and told them again that I want a hamburger with tomato sauce ( 3rd time lucky) they went an got me another hamburger this time they finally got the order right. It should not take three attempts to get a hamburger with just tomato sauce it's a simple order that your staff should have got right.

Came in before work served cold breakfast all talking in their own language wouldn't go here again shop floor and tables dirty

Ordered my food, been waiting for 20 mins for my number to be called out, NOTHING. Finally the lady calls out my number then says nothing is here??? WAIT. So, I wait then my number disappear from the screen. Still waiting and waiting so I go ask again "WAIT". Then I'm waiting 10 mins so I go to the lady, she just turns around??? Wtf. Then I have to get loud, Finally they gave me food. I go to the car and half of the stuff isn't even on the bag???????? What is this place man? Idiots

Every time I have visited this restaurant, whether it be early in the afternoon or late at night, it is always extremely busy, which means there tends to be a wait on your food, but I have never had any problems with the food here

This place is always overcrowded with teens and some questionable characters. When you walk in you feel like just walking out. There is another MCDonalds a few mins walk away and I'd recomment going there - either for dine it or take away!

Have to go at the right time if you in a rush and most of the people are there in a rush but the food is good seating inside is available depending on the time service is good if you consider the rush there is a few times I have to sit out side by the phone shop at the public seating's in the square but still the food tasted nice the toilets were cleaned regularly but some out of order.

Plenty of seats available and they close them all off. If you sit in an area where there is partial seat available they tell you to get up. When you get your food, whilst waiting for friends to get there's you cannot eat your food- they keep telling you it is takeaway only and you cannot even have a bite. Kicking you out into the cold. Never had worse service at a McDonald before! Even if you go to any takeaway anywhere they do not tell you not to sit down or have any of your food you have ordered from there! Friends actually unable to order more food when we went back in as the guard said we are not a hotel and kicked us out for wanting more food. Never going back to McDonald ever again- what a big brand to treat their customers so bad. If they don't want to look after their customers they shouldn't be open!

If you want to eat in here you really need to go with other people so that someone can grab a table when one becomes available while the other goes to order the food, otherwise you'll either be standing waiting for a table while you food goes cold or you'll have to take it out and find somewhere outside to eat. I avoid here as it is just too busy, there aren't many for outlets that can get you stressed but this is one of them. That said, whenever I have been here the staff seem well trained and happy, plenty of them too; and the service is good. They just need much more seating in there.

When you are out shopping and only need a snack this is the place to visit.There is always something to tempt you.

Although I love McDonald's as a treat for the kids and a large tea for me, I tend to avoid this one as it is always so busy and there is not enough seating.

Este McDonald's tiene una entrada en la calle así como desde dentro del centro comercial highcross. En realidad es bastante grande, con muchas opciones de sucursal para sentarse. Lo mejor de todo, hay muchas pantallas a pedido en vez de cola y luego simplemente esperar por su número de orden para mostrar en una pantalla cuando su lista! Muy rápido también!
