McDonalds in Derby

One of the workers Reyhan has been there a few times when I have a late night snack. He’s lovely, patient and has a good work ethic! Really good customer service. Thanks

THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO TAKE ORDERS THIS MORNING, GIRL ON LAST WINDOW NOT BOTHERED AT ALL FUMING!! (EMPLOY STAFF THAT ARE BOTHERED ABOUT DOING THERE JOB),

The food we ordered was freezing. The chips were stale like they'd been left out for a long time. Probably the worst McDonald's we've had.

Waited ages at drive through. When got home looked at food large fries was about 16 chips. Feel like been ripped off Will not go again

Well people say that fast food can give all sorts of disease. I am fine. I have eaten this for the last 3 months. I have not got cancer. Just Diabetes.

I was welcomed by a really friendly & cheerful man as he asked me what I would like to order? My sister commented "what a really nice man" as we both acknowledged his friendy/cheerful & professional manner as he ensured my order was correct by relaying my order back to me. Next window I was met with the same friendly voice & despite wearing his face mask you could see he was smiling. I was asked how I was & appeared genuine, not asking for the sake of asking. I asked him his name as I said how his friendly manner had really cheered up my sister & I after our particularly challenging day. He said his name was Chris & said it makes his day knowing he has affected people in such a positive way. I was met with a friendly greeting from another worker who had my food ready straight away! She was also quick to respond to my request to speak to a manager as I said I wanted to acknowledge Chris's excellent service. I was advise to feedback online & shown where on the receipt to refer to. I can honestly say this young man transformed my day in such a positive & memorable way & I shall definitely be sharing this experience with family & friends! WELL DONE McDonald's!! 5🌟

Waited over 25mins in drive through never moved a wheel this place should decide whether it wants customers or just eat a complete joke

I stopped after a long journey, despite being in a health trip. The McDs was on my way home and I was desperate for some food, despite my concern over weight loss. I ordered inside, seeing the massive queue of cars for the drive thru, and was pleased to see my order in the “being prepared” side of the display board” As I stood watching, I was aware that my order remained number 2 in the “being prepared” list, whilst the list of “ready for collection” list grew longer by the second as one after another appeared , as if by magic, presumably from the drive thru, as my queue inside grew no longer After 20 minutes, my order appeared in the “ready to collect column “ and I got my soggy cold burger with lump chips. Over all - completely wank

If you want fast food then DON'T Go to this McDonald's they have the speed of a dead snail click and collect ordered food and had to wait 32 minutes for the food after doing click and collect not happy spent £30 today and I will NOT be going again

Over half an hour wait in the drive in queue. Cars are just piling up, its ridiculous. The staff just dont know how to sort themselves out

This morning I was served my a member of staff that was rude and had the most appealing attitude. Some of my order was missing so I went back through the drvethrough. When I reached the 1st window the same member of staff was there. She said "what now?" I explained that some of my order was missing, she rolled her eyes and gestured for me to move forward. I asked her what her issue was and she replied "you! You old wrinkly fuc@ing bag". I asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and said he would speak to the staff member. He offered due a free meal which I declined. This person shouldn't have a job dealing with customers. Disgusting behaviour.

Incompetent staff! Placed order through My McDonalds app, part of order missing. Don’t waste your money! McDonalds complaints page does not work.

Late morning visit to McDonald's before a walk into the countryside, quick covid style ordering, staff very helpful, all easily laid out and careful to customers needs for table service, food normal tasty McDonald's and quick delivery to the table.

I went to McDonald’s Osmaston park at 8.30pm to take advantage of the eat in offer. A member of staff (lady) let me in and showed me which kiosk to go to. I started to tap in my order when I heard another member of staff (young lad) say very loud to another customer, you can’t have that table now it’s been given away, there’s no where for you to sit. The lad member of staff then began to argue with the lady that let me in saying that she’d given the table away. I asked to speak to the duty manager who was also rude and started shouting at the lady member of staff! I decided to cancel my order. Everyone was looking because the staff were arguing among them selfs. Disgusting customer service.

Firstly we had a very simple order of 2 identical Mint McFlurrys and what we got was completely incorrect. The standard of the food was appalling, the mcflurry was simply slop in a cup. When we took the food back the member of staff she was aggressive in tone and in her manor when handing back the correct food items. Although this is our closest branch We rarely visit this one as This is not the first time we have had issues here with its rude staff, incorrect orders and poor quality of food.

The staff come across as very rude and not one to comment on hygiene but its awful all look very unclean and the managers hair is awfully greasy, Very very disappointed in the service. Girl behind the till (blonde) made an arsey comment when i didn't hear her call out my food, was very uncalled for!. Also one of the members of staff was rubbing his nose and then went to proceeded to carry on making the food.AVOID.

I've lived next to McDonald's all my life I've been endless times , and have never experienced the excellent customer service like I did today many thanks to Ethan and he's a great credit to you store.

I am absolutely appalled by my food today. Everything was very dry and chewy Came down with sickness after eating

Ordered via the drive thru 2 double sausage and eggs mcmuffin meals with hot chocolate... very disappointing. The server was so abrupt in her manner... poor customer service skills. The baps were soaked in grease and the hot chocolate tasted like hot water with the essence of chocolate. Normally their hot chocolate is nice and thick but not today. Tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered the phone.

This is a very busy one. We usually eat in but when I’m looking for a quick bite on my way home, I simply drive thru to pick up a quick wrap and drink. Despite being busy I’ve never had to wait too long.

I do like a good McDonalds but I was disappointed with today’s visit. I ordered a breakfast wrap through the drive through, parked nearby and opened it up to find the fillings were all at the bottom, making it hard to eat the bottom half and the wrap was torn half way down causing ketchup to spill out. Luckily I had some wipes otherwise it would’ve been very messy.The food was hot at least, and tasted great, shame it wasn’t up to the normal standard.

This is the nearest McDonald's to my home. As such I rarely visit. Unfortunately on this trip it was frosty and cold. Ultimately, this is a McDonalds.

Visited for a quick lunch today and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a lady called Sharon who we could only assume was manageress? She was smartly dressed, very friendly and talking to all customers. She fixed the touch order point when it didn't print our receipt out and even replaced a drink for the little boy on the tabe behind us when he spilt it. All of the staff had a great attitude and were working really hard and constantly keeping the restaurant clean. Despite the restauramt being very busy the food arrived within 5 minutes and was really fresh. My partner and I were really impressed - better customer service than you get in some of Derby' s fancier restaurants. Well done McDonald's, the best service we have ever seen at one of your restaurants!

I would like to firstly make you aware that pay a lot into your company the amount of your food that I eat is actually beyond a joke, this is the first time I have been made unhappy enough to complain! I sent my boyfriend off to the drive through to get my 'weekly' fix with my regular order of a double cheeseburger with bacon, medium Coke with no ice, medium fries and some cheese bites to share obviously... he comes back with no bacon on the cheeseburger and said the girl on the till was not only quite rude but told him they do not put bacon on burgers it's not supposed to be on and that it's not store policy - as mentioned above I eat this a lot usually it's just 40p extra and no stress I don't know if she was just having a bad night but she ruined my burger and I am more than dissatisfied not only that but my boyfriend got the wrong BBQ sauce too which made the whole experience a complete waste of calories.Overall crappy customer service won't be using this store ever again - unless I'm well and truly deadly starving.

Called in last night on drive through. After giving our order sat in the car for ten minutes waiting but no movement from the cars in front and no one seemed to be serving. Finally gave up and drove out without our meal.

The drive through at this McDonalds is amazing... borderline scary! I have no idea how they manage to take the orders, take your payment and give you your HOT food so quickly! Especially seeing as there are two drive through lanes.

McDonald's as you'd want. Fast, efficient and fresh looking. Like the table service, very easy and less stress.
