The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

Went through the drive through, got asked to park up and wait, 40 minutes later I was still waiting, cars were coming through the drive thru and waiting then getting served before I was, asked the lad who brought someone else’s food out what was going on, he just said well you should of come in, awful attitude, so I went in and another 10 minutes waiting, got my food went to my car checked order and they had got it wrong, it was real chaos in the restaurant, I will never go to this one again, and to top it all off when I got home with the food it was all soggy and really salty, absolutely disgusting.

i would like to thank mcdonalds for being so horrendously bad that youve saved me money because i not longer come to you for food. i dont know how you can get mine and everyone else ive spoken tos order wrong, every. single. time. but somehow you still manage to do it. you get 1 star only because its the minimum. hinckley would be a better place with this place buldozed at this point, you provide nothing of value and what little you do provide, you mess it up anyway.

Shocking service cold food wrong toy in happy meal. Came out with some pathetic, it's against our licence to change to toy. What a set of morons, terrible leadership and values.

Ordered food through the drive through and the employee rushes myself and had to tell them to wait whilst we was still thinking on what we was having. Once we got the order and got home found they had made numerous mistakes and when we phoned them was talking g to them then they just hung up and tried numerous time calling g them back they just couldn't be bothered to pick up. I would certainly not go back there again also would advise other people to give this place a miss

Pedí comida por valor de 40 libras esta noche, me di cuenta de que el pedido era ligeramente incorrecto en las hamburguesas de queso, con ellos declarando solo cebolla y no quería cebolla, me di cuenta a 1 minuto de que el pedido se hizo a través de la máquina dentro, después de mirar mi recibo, le dije al gerente enseguida, parecía un poco confundido en cuanto a lo que quería, y luego obtuvo la esencia con solo queso, hamburguesa y bollos en mi pedido, llegó a casa y luego se enteró de que solo recibí uno de los 20 trozos de nuggets de pollo, que también pedí, cuando pedí 2, los toqué enseguida para preguntar si me podían traer el resto de mis nuggets, a lo que el tipo (supongo que el pesebre) al final del teléfono me dijo “ni siquiera sabías lo que habías pedido, no”, luego me colgó... si quieres que te hablen como un montón de mierda ven a visitar aquí! Horrendo servicio al cliente. No estoy seguro de cómo vas a salir de esta, espero que me respondas... Entraré felizmente y hablaré contigo cara a cara después de la forma en que me hablaste por teléfono sin razón.

Walked in and went up to the touchscreen order boards, which were grubby looking….. this was only the start…!!! Has I stood there I perceived something falling from the roof inside…it landed less than 2 feet away from me…..what was it you’re asking, right….. no, you’re not even close…it was a F*cking massive rat, yes you read that right… a fat rat !!! It landed and I could see it was alive but dazed from the fall from the roof, I grabbed the yellow wet floor cone and attempted to kill it but it shot away over the floor inside running around. I tried to tell the staff, who were absolutely gormless and just didn’t really do anything until the fifth time of shouting that a rat the size of a cat was on the floor running around, to which one of the gormless staff picked up an empty KFC bucket with what I can only guess they were going to attempt to catch the stunt rodent !!! Didn’t see the outcome has I left immediately saying F*ck KFC I’m not eating there or in any other KFC (which ironically all seem to be grubby and dirty)!!! In short steer clear of Ashby KFC if you don’t want to contract some diseases from rats !!! Absolutely Disgusting!!!

Great Staff, Great Food. I have read some reviews on here that are negative. I can’t speak to individual details but I would gently remind people that you’re paying for cheap food, drop the ego. Some of you couldn’t hack working in McDonald’s and can’t accept that as you go through the drive-thru in your gold plated Range Rovers earnt thanks to Daddy’s help in getting that well paid, but low-effort, job.

EL REINICIO ME PUSO EN RIESGO ESTA NOCHE Vino al restaurante esta noche a comprar algo de comida mientras iba de compras. Ordene lo siguiente ver imagen. No pedí mayo porque también reacciona mal también yo. Solo queso y salsa fría dulce. Cuando obtuve mi comida después de esperar la mesa también ser limpiado. Lleva salsa de mayo extra. Volví a hablar con alguien que me confirmaron que no debería venir con mayo. Le pregunté también hablar gerente a una persona llamada gerente de restaurante de culo chole extremadamente inútil no se tomó en serio sobre mis alergias demasiado mayo y cómo me hace mal. En un momento dado le pedí a ella también que me lo reembolsara, lo que hizo. Entonces le pedí que también lo ordenara debido a mi salud y necesitaba comer demasiado. En un momento dado ella muy discutible con y culpando a su equipo de no tomar en cuenta la seriedad de la misma en absoluto. Lo siento mucho. No ofrecer demasiado hacerlo mejor, etc. Le pedí información de la oficina central, ella me dijo que había un número de teléfono y luego le dijo a solo el sitio web. También pedí gm para restaurante esto fue rechazado también. Indignante y realmente pobre no volvería a escuchar. Restaurante sucio, además ni siquiera estaba ocupado. PONEN EN RIESGO MI SALUD

DO NOT GO HERE WE ALL HAD FOOD POISONING ! I have reached out to KFC to let them know that my family all suffered from eating food at their restaurant.

We popped in here a few weeks ago while staying at the glamping pods, as we had read reviews saying it was good. We were totally disappointed, the pakora was over cooked, you couldnt even bite into it, the chips were very small portions and the pizza just didnt taste like it have been cooked long enough, as the base was very soft. We wouldnt go back!

Many years since we had a meal at a UK McDonalds and it’ll be even longer before we have another. Rubbish meal but friendly efficient staff. 2 minute drive home but our meals were both cold and a sloppy tasteless, mess. A Large Big Mac which was very short on being anything you would consider as large or big!!!

I had an excellent experience at KFC Derby thanks to Julie. She was incredibly attentive and ensured my order was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this location and being served by Julie!
