McDonald's in Hinckley and Bosworth

We decided to get something to eat from here for breakfast. I had the sausage and egg mcmuffin. This was dry and the muffin was dry and didn't seem overly fresh. The hash brown was ok. The coffee I had to drink was ok. It does get busy here and it isn't helped by the car park being very small.

Awful, cold, missing items. Passed between Uber and McDonalds just rubbish! Just don’t bother getting a delivery from this place. Thought Ronald the clown was long gone but clearly manages this place !

Really poor food. Staff to busy touching each other up in the kitchen. Management looks clueless doesn't seem to mind leaving customers unserved

Theologians, religious experts, philosophers and ordinary people alike have often wondered about whether hell is a generic place or whether it is personal to everyone. Your own personal hell, so to speak. What people either living in or passing through Hinckley have is a rare treat to sample hell on earth. A place so devoid of hope, so awful, so empty in its promise, so far from what any living person would want that it is simultaneously both a generic version of hell AND a personal hell for everyone who goes there. Imagine lunch. Now imagine being promised delicious food quickly. Imagine being promised convenience and choice and imagine being promised those things when you’re hungry… then imagine making all the right choices. Then imagine waiting forever, in an environment where the variety of noise rivals your average rainforest, where the smells are such that turning your head from side to side can produce relief and torture in rapid succession, a mixture of food, Lynx deodorant, BO and flatulence. Imagine standing waiting for fifteen minutes as food that is not yours is repeatedly waved in front of you, orders far after yours coming and going and the sheer jealously of watching other people just being able to leave. Then imagine getting the food… the soggy fries, the lukewarm chicken and the double quarter pounder with no cheese and extra bacon coming with no bacon and extra cheese… and discovering this only when getting home. That this vile, torturous ordeal had been for nothing. McDonald’s is promise, it is hope, but it is always , always, at least this one is, a huge, bitter, letdown of an experience that I’d have to be completely stupid to repeat. And in these trying times…. It’s not even that cheap anymore.

Delivery was great yesterday. Service quick from a delivery company… however not happy with McDonald’s quality of food… I appreciate it was Boxing Day so supplies may not be fully accessible however I ordered a side salad to consist of lettuce, red onion and cucumber… all that I got was a box of lettuce and charged the same! Can’t contact McDonald’s to complain as I ordered through an app but the issue is with the poor quality food provided and all they keep telling me to do is contact my delivery people to resolve issue! Deliver company won’t refund me so have just wasted money on this item. This is the second time I have ordered a side salad and not fully received the exact request.. last time I just had lettuce and cucumber. McDonald’s should stop advertising the salads with all the products when I have never had a correct salad box!

This restaurant is appalling. They never have any of the menu items in stock and actually I went at 11 am and got my order at 11:30, so much for fast food absolutely appalling. They told me to park up even though I didn’t have a special order. It was a big Mac meal and of course all the bays were full of other cars. This McDonald’s has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever and I will not be returning

We was missing fries!! Not great when you are in drive thru que for 15 minutes waiting to be served .

Rubbish. Entered drive through. Tried to order 3 milkshakes as rarely order the substandard food. Yes again no milkshakes. Had to wait in the que to get out. This is a long standing issue. Expensive, poor food with chips not always hot. Get it fixed.

We decided to eat here as we were in the area. We ordered via the app before we got there and had to click the app that we had arrived which we opted for the table service which you input the table number you sit at and they will bring the food over. We had to wait a little while for the food to come over which the food was all there which was good as sometimes they can miss things off orders. The food seemed freshly cooked as well not having sat for a while. The place was reasonably busy. Overall the place seemed clean, the staff member who brought the food to the table seemed friendly. Food was freshly cooked

Shocking drive through . Got the menu wrong. Got drinks from one hatch then told to move to another which was unmanned, and car after car were served behind us. Had to get out and chase food which was eventually handed over by a very ignorant staff member who failed to include any of the 6 sauces we had ordered. Never again.

I do t do fast food but today I did go for a Mac Donald’s takeaway. Hinckley store. It did come on time. The chicken burger was cooked to death and left to go cold… awful..yet again no milkshakes available It’s wa really bad was Not worth the money The delivery service was supposed to be to the door but the driver decided he wanted to park across the road and make me get my takeaway from my neighbours address not mine absolutely awful!

Ordered.online and only half my order turned up.tryed contacting them online etc and been ignored I did get 14 percent off using a voucher didn't expect 50.percent food.missing but thanks and never again

Absolute Joke. Ordered food for the family to take away..fairly straight forward order..however, when get home with the food which we waited almost 20 mins for in the restaurant at 9.40 on a Friday.. half the food was missing, not the first time something has been missed..2 x 6 nugget meals..Will now make sure check everything before leaving again in the future, absolute rip off..

This problem is getting more and more frequent. We drive in, pick one of the two drive in lanes, and when we finally get to the speaker there's either silence or after a bit a voice says "be with you in a second" , or something similar. Then nothing. For ages and ages and ages and ages....we watch cars pull in off the street and into the other lane, they order and move forward, we're still there, not ordered yet and still silence over the speaker system. We've put up with it numerous times but today we just couldn't be doing with sitting there any longer watching so many getting served in the other lane. We decide to just filter round to the payment window and order there. We've never complained before but today we were so peed off my partner said something. No apology. What happened to apologies for poor customer service? McDonald's Hinckley what's going on here? Why do we keep getting the silent treatment?

The one McDonald’s that gets the orders massively wrong. Annoying they know damn well they have got it wrong but give it out anyway

Called about 545pm for tea. Not too busy. Good service and meal delivered within 3 minutes!! Standard fayre. Fast food to a T but filled a gap. Pity cars when they leave to go onto the A47 don't all obey the no right turn sign - but then who does obey all the rules??

The last 3 times we have ordered food has arrived in good time but each time we have items missing !! last 2 times we didn't get any utensils ( even tho we clicked asking for them ) the 3rd time we didn't get any dips again we selected dips to go with each meal .

We ordered various items from McDonalds Hinckley to be delivered by Uber at a total of £40.00 approx for our family. The Uber driver delivered the order and after unpacking, we found that the order was totally wrong. We were short 2 Big Macs, but had a Filet -O-Fish extra. After telephoning Uber they told us rightly to contact McDonalds as they only deliver what they are given. After contacting McDonalds, they told us it was the fault of Uber!!! McDonalds FFS get it right in the first place and get your orders right and stop blaming Uber. This is not the first time I have had problems with McDonalds Hinckley and from the reviews i have read, I am not the only one. The conclusion is, avoid the Hinkley McDonalds and go else ware, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Due to the fact that McDonalds are so big, no one from the company will even acknowledge this disgraceful customer service!!

Absolutley astanding! burgers were grate apart from litle white slug IN BETWEEN BURGER AND BUN!!!!! tasted nice and salty though 5 STARS! (silly little woman smelt a bit fishy though)...............

Storm Denis raging so we headed out for a quick meal from the drive through. So 2 big macs with bacon ordered, and not a bit of bacon in sight , chips cold , burgers cold . Rang the store and was asked to go back to exchange them by a assistant manager who really wasn't bothered. Rubbish.

We decided to get something to eat from here as we were passing by. We decided to go inside as there was quite a few cars waiting for the drive thru. Inside was reasonably busy, although we managed to find a table. The food we ordered was typical McDonald's quality, and was good. The chocolate milkshake was good. The place was reasonably clean. The staff seemed friendly

STOP forgetting the sweet chilli dip from my selects This has now happened on 3 occasions, not really good enough

We decided to go here as we wanted to get something to eat and this time we went inside rather than the drive thru. We ordered the food on the machines inside just after the door. We ordered chicken mayo, cheese burger, chicken nuggets and chocolate milkshake. The place wasn't overly busy inside so there were plenty of tables to choose from. There was a member of staff cleaning the floors when we went in. It took a few minutes before the food was ready but everything was correct. The food was typical McDonald's, but better than some of the other branch's that have been to. The place seemed clean and the staff seemed to be friendly. The car park was quite full but it always seems to be most of the time. It is out of town but it isn't too bad of a location to get to by car.

We went here and used the drive through. The drive through seemed empty till just went around the corner after ordering there were a few cars waiting. When we got up to the first window we forgot to order something so we asked if we could add it on which the person there let us. We then went up to the next window and were told to park in one of the waiting bays and they would bring it out as our order wasn't ready. We went to park up and we parked up in the last bay. One car then got their food and someone else pulled in. There were a few cars after pulling up to wait even though no bay were free. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to come out. They didn't put the sauces we asked for in the bag so we asked the person who brought food out and he went back in and got a couple of sauces for us which was good. Overall the service was good and the food was typical of macy d's. The chocolate milkshake that we ordered was good it was quite chocolaty which is more than other places where it can sometimes be barely chocolate.

I visited with my family to witness a poor young staff member being abused by MANAGERS. She didn’t look very old and handled it in a very mature and dignified way which I take my hat off to her, my poor children saw the whole ordeal and this is so unprofessional for any establishment. Yes Kennedy we saw your name badge. Shame on you.....

Had to wait over ten minutes for a quarter pounder and when it arrived it was cold and rubbery, seemed like it had seen better days. Asked for replacement, was refused by obnoxious member of staff. So demanded manager who apologised and gave me a freshly cooked burger and reimbursement.. Staff rude but manager was cool!

Had a bacon sandwich and a cappuccino which was very nice. Staff were very friendly and the food came out quite quick. Everywhere inside was very clean and tidy. One of the good ones.

Usual place that kids want to eat, very are pretty quick and no issues with the food at present other than the usual not healthy for you. I wish they would bring back the chocolate cinnamon doughnuts :/

Popped in for breakfast with the lad 930 Sunday morning,, didn't have to wait long so all good on this occasion, deffo a good time to go...

This place is what it is. Ideal for a quick grab and go during or after a busy day. Quick and cheap. Neither good nor bad a typical chain-store takeaway.
