I been there once never egain the most disgusting food place I ever seen plus the stuff so rude and dirty

very rude staff disgusting place floor sticky as hell i think they never mopped it not a good place to eat

They accepted order, after half hour they rang back and said our post code was wrong, it wasn't, they then said they can't deliver as over 3 miles away (3.6 miles) even know delivered here before. They cancelled the order using a different excuse.

The food took 1.5 hours to arrive. It was absolutely foul. I asked for it well done (chicken) and it arrived with no skin and soaking wet. The wings were the size of your little finger. All the sauces and flavours used tasted out of date and disgusting. I would genuinely go as far to say it's the worst takeaway I have ever had. Part of me wants to go and be sick so I can have a different dinner. Bever again

Been going to this place near on everyday for 4 months now and not one bad thing to say until today. There was a new worker there I told him exactly what i wanted clearly I even offered to write it down I was still stood trying to order a burrito after 10 minutes. All types of alarms were beeping away tables not clean terrible customer service waited around 15 minutes for an over cooked wrap that I didn’t even order and greasy overdone chips. Food was horrid messy environments and unorganised staff. 1 staff member to do a dinner time rush unbelievable.

Eat here every week without fail great food, good prices for what your are given, friendly owner who actually cares about what the customers think and always makes sure everything is to my liking! Shocked by the other reviews looks like some people are just constant complainers look at there profile they’ve gave everything 1 star!

They have NO understanding of good fresh chicken. Its cold and pathetic. Customer care is zero just take your cash and serve you trash. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. rotten cold strip Burger chewy old like been sat out for three days. Lazy carefulless no respect at all for customers money. Wish I never walked Into this dump. Visted late night friday at 11pm these two men ain't got a clue

Having visited this place have had a terrible experience. Ordered a family feast advised that would pick up in 30 mins, and that I would like fresh thigh pieces put on. Upon arrival the food was not cooked or ready, then there was a rude chicken fryer, whom stated that he would not give me 6 thigh pieces and I would have not take 2 other pieces. I stated that I only wanted 6 thigh pieces in the end the other staff stated that I can take two of the ones that looked like they had been sitting there for ages. I then asked for some chilli sauce, ketchup's and mayonnaise. Only to be looked at like I had asked for a free meal. Due to all of this I got home, and noted that they had not given me a 1.5 litre bottle of drink and 3 fries that came in the deal. On the menu there is no telephone number, and cannot find a telephone number any where. When the food was put put my family was hungry. The chicken was also disgusting in taste and tasted of old cheap oil. 2 of the pieces of chicken were dried up, the other 4 pieces were greasy. The wings also had the same vile taste. Cheap quality meat also. All went in the bin. I would not recommend this place at all.
