The food came cold and it took ages for them to send them driver out.

Decided to try Uncle Sams as I hadn't been before, bought a chicken burger. Was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger and the tender crispy chicken inside, the fries were also hot and fresh. Will return again when I'm in the area, a tasty lunch for a fair price.

Ordered as a group, forgot about our order, waited 30 mins, finally got order, got home and 70% was missing and 20% were the wrong items.

I recently visited this McDonald’s for breakfast with my family, and while the food and service met expectations, the atmosphere left much to be desired.. The staff, a predominantly female team, were professional and efficient, ensuring our order was processed quickly and correctly. However, the overall vibe of the establishment felt uneasy and off-putting. The lack of background music, combined with people lingering and an uncomfortable energy in the air, made the experience less enjoyable. While I appreciate the staff’s efficiency, I would recommend this location consider enhancing the dining atmosphere, perhaps through soft music or improved seating arrangements, to make the experience more welcoming for families and other patrons. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to, though the staff's professionalism deserves acknowledgment.

I'm not happy at all food took 30mins because drive thru gets priority half the food was wrong no sauce that we asked for & half a drink

Even staff doesn't know where your food is. When you already get the food, it's cold and untasty

It's a really good pub with a fantastic landlord.

My delivery order was missing a double big mac (aprox 9£). Ive tried for over an hour through various methods to get in touch. The number in the message didn't connect me, its impossible through the app as the virtual assistant doesn't connect you, ive tried numbers found on Google, on their website, etc. It didn't work and it ruined my evening. And i will probably never get a refund. I'll never order from them again. EDIT. At a later date when i visited the McDonalds in Walton, i have told the manager what happened and he offered a meal of the same value in place of the double big mac as they didn't have it available.

Food didn’t even turn up - whoever the delivery drivers are don’t read the messages left on notes for them they just leave it at random people’s houses - cheers

Ordered plenty of nuggets, along with other items, with five sauces, all listed on the order sheet attached to the sealed delivery bag. Only two were inside. Called them and they tried to blame Uber Eats. When I told him the bag was sealed, person who answered the phone admitted that "maybe one of their staff made a mistake" but because of GDPR he couldn't access our address to fix the issue. Terrible aervice. Pathetic!

The chicken wrap was burnt and rock hard.The chips were the same.The worse Mac dees I’ve ever tasted

Staff might want to consider putting on gloves while preparing the food.

A typical well run McDonald's. Staff are always polite and helpful. Can't think of many instances where food has been missing from the order, but any issues have always been rectified quickly without fuss
