Decided to try Uncle Sams as I hadn't been before, bought a chicken burger. Was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger and the tender crispy chicken inside, the fries were also hot and fresh. Will return again when I'm in the area, a tasty lunch for a fair price.

Took my money from me and wouldn't give me the food, manager clearly didn't know what she was doing. The machine reset once I paid so they wouldn't give me my order even though I paid for it.

Waited 10 minutes for a coffee when the place wasn't even busy. The staff member who took my order and money didn't even apologise for forgetting to give me my drink. She merely shoved the cup across the counter at me before walking off. It's not like I was the one who had made the mistake.

ABSOLUTELY Disgusting! Never ever written a review in the Uk. But today on Tuesday 20/5/25 at 5.20pm. called the store after a terrible disgusting experience with the New Franks red hot product. I bit into the product and it squirted hot liquid on my arm and in my car. When I called the store a female said. "That's the way they are made!!" WHAT ARE THEY ON ABOUT.... MCDONALD'S PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO BURST AND SQUIRT OUT HOT LIQUID. Then she put me on wait without any explanation and passed the phone to a manger. Who gave me all the spiel about this issue not being known about, blah blah blah.. not in their products In their store... Blah blah But then I reminded him that the female said that's they way they are made. So if it's not a known issue them how earth would that lady know it was an issue! And say " that's the way they are made! Really horrible hygiene and food safety protocol followed by the manager. I told him the item and recipit was in my bin, he never requested the item as he should have done and also replaced my item with the receipt from my bin. Eat here at your own cost.

Good fish and chips, polite and prompt service and great price. Premises were clean and tidy. Close to the sea front. Looking forward to our next visit

Huge fan of fast food. I visit this place frequently but the only downside is many times, there seems to be no milkshakes or McFlurry products available at times, other branches have better availability. Besides this, a great place.

Shocking service found the staff had no customer service skill.

Nothing like a McDonald's to calm pre-wedding nerves :) especially when you have an hour to find two random witnesses Update: 7 years later, a child together and another one possibly on the way still think this was the best drive thru I have ever been to. And yes I did spill ketchup on my shirt. God Bless 🙏

Don’t know names but the Asian boy manager and the Asian girl shift manager are so rude , terrible service , wouldn’t give me the free chicken Royale which clearly showed I had in the app , so rude and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Managers were sat down on their phones , place was so dirty , you guys must be desperate hiring them, I will never ever go back to this Burger King , need sacking instantly.

Awful Didn’t call when food was ready The toilet was absolutely disgusting don’t think it’s been cleaned in months

Just been served a chicken royale instead of a vegan royal and got half way through before thinking it tasted different, checked the packaging and sure enough it was chicken 🤢 I used an app code for the chicken/vegan royale meal so you’d think they’d check before throwing a chicken one in 🤢 plus the drink was completely flat and had no ice so not even cold and was as if it had been sat there a while

Burger King’s beef burgers are still delicious

Bought a bbq pizza from here. It was absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t give a refund either.

Pizzas bland but everything else was ok
