McDonald's - Hyndburn Road in Hyndburn

Multiple occasions the food has been freezing! The waiting time kept on going up every 3 minutes! Paying £25+ to receive ice cold food and milkshakes all melted to like water. REALLY NOT HAPPY! 0/10

The worst McDonalds Accrington. Nothing I can say that is nice.

Rubbish service, all they need to do is put a burger into a bag along with everything else that's on the order, hand it to the delivery driver and jobs done. But no they can't do that... so their profits go up because they can't do a simple thing like getting an order right. You try and phone and there's no body there to answer the phone. So you message uber eats, they tell you its 15 days to get your money back, fine i can wait. Issue is if I was to order another burger it would cost me more for the delivery charge. Do they care? Nope!

Didn't really enjoyed the food.

The toilets were filthy this morning went back in the evening with my daughter toilets still hadn't been cleaned same rubbish stains on floor

We go to McDonald's to sit in on occasion and quite often we'll order takeout via an app for delivery. McDonald's is always delicious 😋

A car park full of vermin from the rubbish left there and boy racer hangout at night

Absolutely rubbish. Delivery took over 1hour. Food delivered cold. Close this place ASAP

Absolutely disappointed; they got my order wrong, I ask them to correct it, no apologies from staff or the manager, I try to complain to the manager, his reponse; "I'm busy with customers, I don't have time for this, please go home and complain via phone call". This is not professional, it's ridiculous. Avoid McDonald's Hyndburn Road (Accrington), they're service is extremely poor.

Order placed on just eat took over 2 hours to arrive.... still not arrived because delivery driver unable to follow sat nav and needed directions. Attempted to contact accrington McDonald's via telephone provided online. No one answered. Poor services. Will never order from again.

Ordered from this location a few times and majority of the times several items have been missing with no refund given when requested, I'd avoid if getting delivered

As macdonalds go this is a good one.

Ordered from here on just eat a few times now and not received most food like can u all seriously not read or something or is it that u can't be arsed cooking more.then ur in the wrong job. Ur a bunch of jokers who seriously need to give people what they ask for times are hard enough so a treat night should be at least where we get what we pay for. Some serious upgrades here needed maybe they should go specsavers to get new glasses cause there's are clearly broken

Good atmosphere, lots of seats, took around 10 mins for my food, meal was yum and not overdone. 👍

Don’t ever order for delivery, my last 3 uber eats orders on the trot missing items, it’s either incompetence or done on purpose to help their margins and nobody answers the phone and no way to resolve quickly, terrible customer service, I never ever have items missing if I go into a McDonald’s, I guess they just don’t care

Tried to ring in because my order was wrong, given the completely wrong meal. Nobody picked up the phone and gave up after half an hour. Absolutely disgraceful

Terrible, zero service! Chavs run this shambles, cold and floppy food, which is usually missing. No customer service. Avoid and make your own hamburgers n fries. I wouldn't even give this to the homeless.

cant understand simple instructions, at the drive through, had to go through again to get what i actually ordered, same goes for home delivery, the have yet to get a single home order correct first time, how this company gets away with it i don't understand.

The click and serve is always full of just eat drivers, so you can never use click and serve most of the time. Promotion drinks are unavailable.

Unless you're an Uber driver or just Eats driver good luck getting services especially in the evening. Prices are getting better but staff still seem a little organized when packing food

Greeted at the drive thru with "What can I get ya?" to which I said pardon like I must have missed something, and then she repeated it again in an about to fall asleep, can't be bothered tone. Ordered, with "Next window" being the only 2 words she could muster afterwards. Get to the next window, where the bloke shoves the card machine in my face without saying a single word. I say "What?" He says an amount of money only, and to which I say "for what?" There were no items on the screen and he then had to look what my order was. Final window for collection, equally no manners.

Seems to be the ONLY McDonald's I've been to which charges for sauces which are free everywhere else. They don't tell you this until after you've already paid for you food, not helpful especially on a drive through!

In my country there is a law on false advertising. The dish in the photo must match the dish I will receive. What I get here is a cheeseburger or a hamburger, These are some kind of two flat cakes pressed together... It sometimes even happens the other way around, that in the photograph it is less than what I get in the end.At McDonald's it's the opposite... I don't see those fluffy buns, I don't see that lettuce hanging around, none of that stuff that's in the picture.

The click and serve bays are hit and miss as the just eat drivers always park in them and block the bays.

One of the most average McDonald’s meals I’ve ever had. Our drinks were warm and flat. My quarter pounder had no onions in and the chips were limp and not cooked enough.

Horrendous service, had a wrap missing from my order and no one answered the phone, the AI virtual customer service assistant is a pain to use and I had to call Uber to request my refund. Next time: turn on the phones and answer, or better yet put the correct things in the right bag ☝️

Great mcdonalds friendly, clean and a good meal far better than the other mcdonalds around its area. The staff cleaning and serving are excellent never been to a cleaner mcdonalds .Mcdonalds should be proud of the staff at this location.

Wouldn't give any star came with grandchildren waited 25 minutes cause to buisy serving just eat drivers when the actually give us our order bloody freezing cold no point in complaining the manager was so rude to another customer because of same reason

Yearsterday I with son eatting here ,very busy young girl and young boy service very good, because child mum gooles setting wrong location .so paid bank card, but location can’t find child mum food , in Accrington McDonald reception young girl help child mum settings location, yearsterday Accrington McDonald very busy fully booked.

Never seem to had an issue with this McDonald's, sometimes a bit slow but miles better than the other local ones by far! Will only go to this one locally.

My advise would be to drive a different one. Staff are incompetent, customer services is non existent. Food is never warm and the place always looks a tip.

Wow the prices have shot up! This is no longer a food option for me they've just outpriced themselves this restaurant is also now charging for sauces too. People vote with their feet and I think they'll lose a lot of custom over this. It's now cheaper to have a pub lunch and certainly more filling

Not as good as some of the other McDonald's due to the temperature of the food, fries are usually hot but the burgers? Although when ordering a breakfast everything is fine. Having a drive through won't help tbh 😕

Arrived at 7.15 am. Almost empty store, plenty of staff. Toilet floor dirty, sink dirty, two toilets out of 3. One not flushed, other had skid marks. Restaurant area floor greasy and not clean.

Accrington McD's has let me down today they served me the most burnt and rank fish fillet in the fish fillet meal the cheese was hanging too far off the fish fillet the fish fillet wasn't even sat squarely central to burger bun it was off skew it was an awful fish fillet meal the only thing right was the fries and the banana milkshake I don't know if I should go back and let them redeem themselves or stop going to Accrington McDonald's but I've been after sooo long there was no need to burn my food with a purple 💜 present too

I ordered a Bacon Roll and was served a breakfast roll, which contained egg,bacon and sausage. Eggs make me sick so I can't eat them! When informing a member of the managerial staff, explaining that I ordered a bacon roll, to my surprise I was told that there was bacon on the sandwich🫤. I explained I didn't want it and left the fully paid for meal on the counter, and made my exit, with a reminder of why I don't usually visit McDonald's 👎 The star is tor the toffee latte, loved it 🤣

Food cold 17 minutes to get food cold and wronge order when got it 3 unhappy kids

Dropped in there after delivering some stuff to Blackburn... wasn't too busy when we arrived. The automated ordering boards worked well and the food was quickly served, hot n tasty although the hot chocolate was off the menu so had a caramel coffee which wasnt great. Became very busy as we ate... Only negative is that my partner said the woman's toilets were pretty disgusting.

£14 for a breakfast order for two and you think I should pay 10p for sauces. Probably to fund the lunch menu for your incompetent and rude staff.

How can you say youre open 24 hours, when arriving on foot at 22.35, said you are closed. Look at your own opening hours. Clearly states the restaurant and lobby hours are open 24 hours! Edit your opening hours, 24 hours if you drive, if you don't we shut at what time? Ooh look at us, we are there when you fancy something to eat, apart from people who don't drive or who are more sensible not to drive when having a couple of beers.

Placed an order tonight on Mcdelivery and not only has the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house - he said he would come back and fix the problem to just block my number entirely!! the restaurant won’t even answer the phone either, absolutely disgraceful behaviour! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered on just eat for breakfast this morning. Delivery driver was lovely and can't fault him. We opened the bag to find that 3 hashbrowns were missing. Every time we order from here or go in its always something that's wrong or missing. It's like the staff can't understand what they are to do. If you don't wanna work there quit instead of bringing the business down causing them to lose money. Better managers are needed to keep staff motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service rather than annoy people off by getting the order wrong so they have to come down anyway to get it right. I have done this several times in recent years so why have just eat if you gotta go down anyway. Pack of monkeys could do a better job than this bunch

Ordered breakfast just before 10:30 and cancelled my order even after waiting more than 30/40 mins for it, waste of time.

Myself and my boyfriend went to mcdonald’s to get nuggets and the cheesy dippers. My boyfriend has ended up severely ill not being able to move out of bed, being sick every 5 mins, will definetly NOT be going back

Ordered Big Mac, big and cheesy meal, vanilla milkshake and chocolate milkshake. Only received Big Mac and Big and Cheesy without the chips. Tried to contact McDonald's but line was busy, probably with other dissatisfied customers.

Drive thru service was very slow and unprofessional no hello no thanks drinks were half the cups and staff was unpleasant and was keep saying I can't i can't even though the food is cold and drinks were half empty. Manager was good who luckily was there to help normally no Manager for service. The main part they never have milkshake.

Wouldn't really say it's inconsistent. You're experience here is usually dependent on the time of day you order food, mood of the staff, and whether the food is fresh.

Dearer than other MacDs for meal deal. Wanted 10 p for ketchup. Surly surfaced staff. Going to drive a bit further to Clitheroe, which is totally the opposite.

15 minutes to get though drive through and when I asked for some bbq told that it's 10p!
