McDonald's - Hyndburn Road in Hyndburn

Dearer than other MacDs for meal deal. Wanted 10 p for ketchup. Surly surfaced staff. Going to drive a bit further to Clitheroe, which is totally the opposite.

Drive Thru will now be Drive Past! Not only does this MacDonalds charge 30p more for a Meal Deal than other MacDs (drink is, included but you have to pay for it!), asked for ketchup at the pickup window to be rudely told "you can have one ketchup and that will be 10p" Don't need to say I didn't get any. Won't be back here. Would rather drive a bit further to Clitheroe, where service is much friendlier, meal deal is cheaper and we haven't had to pay for ketchup. Staff are a bit couldn't care less too. Bad show Hyndburn Rd MacDonalds. No wonder you are so quiet these days.

I was stood in the shop with my boyfriend at the time, we waited for at least 25 minutes inside the shop for our food, which came wrong. But the worst part of our visit was how the staff speak to the drivers, they had at least 40 bags on the side waiting to go and the staff would not give them to the drivers, instead they belittled the drivers and tried to patronise them infront of a long line of people waiting, there was a young lad, slightly different uniform, surely couldn't be a manager. And a young short girl with dark hair. Absolutely horrible. I will never come back to this store even thought it's the closest one to me, when I order from now on it will be from another restaurant. My food wasn't bad at all but the staff literally make me leave really annoyed and irritated as to where I could not even enjoy my food. The poor drivers.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, attitude stinks on all the workers this includes managers, take the absolute pi** no Mayo on a Mayo chicken went back and then out about 3 tons on it, went back to where I got looked at like I was in the wrong, no compensation after returning to the drive through 3 times, also had the cheek to laugh at me when I said there was too much Mayo on, asked for a manager where I got told to wait til 4:30 in the morning, the time now is 12:12 , absolute shambles and I won’t be going back, bunch of belle***

Ordered at the drive thru tonight and when I got home there was an entire burger missing as well as a side order - over £10 worth of stuff missing but enough napkins to save me a roll of kitchen roll. Not answering phone either. Check your order before leaving this place!

Wish I’d not bothered. Went in with my granddaughter, ordered happy meal and ketchup for her I just had a Coke Zero. Order came Cold no ketchup and Coke Zero cup only half full & no Ice. Once sat down I looked around and the place is filthy, someone was wandering round with a cloth but that’s all he did, wander not wipe! My granddaughter needed the loo, I’ll not go into details but it looked like no one had cleaned in there for months! Left and took cold food with us but she couldn’t eat it so in the bin it went! Never again will we go there!

The restaurant is always a mess and untidy. In addition to that, they always get our orders wrong. The ‘Click & Serve’ never works, the food gets cold in the restaurant but they never send someone to bring the items to your car. I seriously do not know how they are still trading.

Ordered to be delivered. Some things were missing. Emailed- they blamed the delivery person ( which wasn’t their fault as they don’t package the order). Tried to phone and they kept hanging up!!

Daniel- or so his name tag says. A young lad who works at Mac Donald's, Blackburn Mall. He is the definition of a hard worker. Someone who loves his job. I bring my toddler for a treat ever so often. And I've had the pleasure of seeing this young man at work. He seems to always be on floor duty but oh, he is passionate at his job. He cleans, sweeps and is always at the ready to do whatever he can for the customers. I am one of those parents who always forget something, from napkins to a straw... he is so helpful and genuine with his kindness. Thank you Daniel! You're a star and deserves to be recognised for all your hard work. Did I mention, when a customer is leaving he always thanks them and says, "enjoy the rest of your day!" Wow! Just wow! I am sat here totally amazed.

Every time I order on Ubereats from this restaurant there is always something missing from my order .. they never put straws or sauces in that you’ve requested.. this is a constant on going issue .. why is nothing done about training staff to fulfill customer orders

No salt, no brown sauce, cold sandwich, a hashbrown so bad it should be illegal, worst coffee I've ever had. I am a wheelchair user and the disabled toilet was a joke. Barely big enough for my wheelchair, couldn't manoeuvre to get in position for the toilet, so my husband had to pick me up and place me on toilet. The grab bar was stuck in the up position, so might as well not have been there. The liquid soap dispenser on the wall was clear plastic, so we could see something disgusting floating in the liquid. How on Earth is this McDonald's even still open? All the way up and down the street on both sides of the road was littered with McDonald's rubbish. The council needs to shut that place down. It is a disgusting health and environmental hazard.

Went tonight and it was quite, lady at the order point was no friendly or polite. Half my meal was missing, chips was stale and cold (I only live 5 minutes away). Seems to be every time I go something is missing.

Cannot fault the people at McDonalds Accrington. I go there most day for a coffee or breakfast. They are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I used to go into the Restaurant where they knew my order when I was coming across the car park They would bring it to my table and also bring me my change before all the computerised consoles etc. Due to ill health I have only been able to use the Drive Thru these past few years but the staff know me and treat me very well. Sometimes there is a bit of a queue when someone puts in a massive order which really should be pre ordered via the app but there's always one who will hold everyone up, but it's not the staff's fault it's the plonker placing an order for 20 people!!...but that's life and I don't let it stop my enjoyment of going there!

If I could mark it as no stars I would... this is local for us and we prefer the drive through but decided to eat in last weekend. Never will I ever do this again! The place was absolutely disgusting with rubbish everywhere and greasy tables from not being wiped. The staff sorting meals in front of the screen just talk amongst themselves and don’t interact with the customers making it feel pretty awkward. My visit was in the late afternoon And the restaurant was incredibly busy both with the footfall and in the drive-through. Staff were very busy and actively engaged in serving customers. This left little time for banter however they clearly were doing their very best.

Me & my partner always go to McDonald's at Accrington & honestly we don't know why?! The staff are rude & the food is either cold by the time we get home or they have forgotten something. It's safe to say we won't be returning again at the Accrington branch!

Loving the new digital makeover..so much easier to choose what you want and food I've not seen before..really looks good inside as well and love the computers to use and laptop and phone sockets..and the general look of the place.. 😁

Staff can never get simple orders right. Ordered several times from here and each time there has been something wrong or missing from my order. It shouldn't be that hard to get a small order right.

I recently visited your restaurant and the service was nothing short of outstanding. A young girl with gigs called beth really helped me to decide what to get from your menu, and eventually I ended up with a chicken nugget happy meal, and it didn't disappoint. It really was properwellgood, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the local vicinity.

There is ample parking at this restaurant and the staff were friendly and personable.
