Went to this establishment last week and asked to use the parent child facility a young lady opened the security door next to the kitchen and then opened the door for the parent child room,,, the smell was horrendous and the facility was dirty dusty unclean however the lady said sorry and went to get a cloth from "kitchen area" and proceeded to wipe the toilet then the sink and taps. I said what you have just done is disgusting and is a health and safety violation. I will never eat there again as it would not surprise me if same cloth would wipe tables, no colour coding no idea of cross infection. Awful.

Useless servers just standing their for our own benefit they didn't even take notice will not recommend won't be getting our service again !

Sometimes this place makes me lose the lust for life... This was one of these visits. There were piles of cartons of food backed up at the pass, while staff wandered around and leisurely dispensed meals between jokes amongst themselves. I really don't know how they are a world leader if this is a average restaurant. Caution

Not the best McDonalds I have been in. Both in terms of hygiene and service

No frappes 9.10am Sunday morning 34 minutes wait for a breakfast wrap - supposed to be fast food - could’ve made it faster at home and not spent time detouring to get there . Trying to save time when in a hurry don’t bother using this MacDonald’s absolutely hopeless . Always slow if they can be bothered

Food is freezing cold chips are hard and stale and only half way filled and a flat coke it's like you served me left over and won't answer the phone I'm fuming I don't have money ti waist on inedible food

First time went to this McDonald. A customer was already having arguments about a modification of a burger with manager. He was asking manager just put some salad and she kept saying she’s not allowed to do it,another staff was standing next to her look like she prepare food with apron on keep biting her finger which is disgusting. I think my food was ready while ago but because of the long argument my food was hand over to me about 15 minutes later and was dead cold. Very disappointed. I will never visit again and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Only few tables seating capacity.

Because it was the last game of the season and the coaches were leaving, Blackpool FC Girls u14s were treated to a McDonald's by Dave the Coach, the staff were excellent and asked if we would like to go upstairs so everyone could be together - so thoughtful. Thank you

Outstanding place was so very clean even the toilets where clean. What's more it smelled clean. The meal we had was correct the staff were so very nice to us and nothing was to much trouble.. When are are came it was so hot we had to wait for it to cool down (that's a first at McDonald's) wow please keep doing this. In all one very pleased customer.

DO NOT ORDER For Delivery.. we have had 3 occassions where our order was missing items.. all the chips missing, wrong drink, or missing at least one thing. You have the option to get a refund for the missing items on the Just Eat app. But I ordered a meal? I dont want you to refund my money, I want food.. If you refund my money, I'm now missing part of my meal? I then have to drive to you, which I wanted to avoid in the first place, to get the missing items I need? After paying a delivery fee? The staff that walk the floor, and wipe the tables, Ive always experienced great service, but guys, you need to sort out your delivery quality check. Its almost predictable that its going to be wrong.

The service in this place is terrible, they are ignorant and the management should be removed. Absolutely awful experience. I left in the end to eat somewhere else disappointing drive to Southport drive-through before going to Ormskirk again.

This mcdonalds is filthy. It's the worst one ive been too; staff don't seem to have a clue. Cold food, takes ages, one of the workers was eating chips out of the fryer 🤢🤮

The "customer service guy Phil " as a serious attitude problem, and needs to have a word with himself.

The app doesn't work and twice now there have been items missing from our order which, due to Covid and the need to get people in and out as quickly as possible, we didn't check whilst inside the building...and then couldn't do anything about it after exiting the building. Frustrating.

Great food, quick, happy little boy.

Missed more than half the items on an order. Wrong drink. NEVER put the sauce in the bag. Same every time. Google says they are not busy and still f-it up. Absolutely useless at a very simple job. Should fire the mangers as clearly they can't train or manage staff.

Awful place Not good experience

I won't lie, I think i'm currently eating the best chicken sandwich i've ever ordered from this Mcdonalds. The bread isn't burnt, the chicken isn't hard, there's actually a decent amount of mayo. Absolute Chef's kiss. The chips were a bit naff but my god, this burger.

Just had a delivery issue with Just Eat and couldn't sort it out via their chat. I spoke to Peter at McD directly and he was very helpful and really polite. X

i truly don’t believe ive ever been to a worse mcdonald’s establishment in my life. the thought of a maccies is always so much better than the final product every time i eat here i always feel like patrick star afterwards this place needs spongebob to pour some love in to it. food is always stone cold even though i’ve literally watched it be cooked right in front of me the state of the insides resembles the backrooms if pre pubescent teens had ransacked it first honestly mate just pay a bit more and get a babaz instead it’s only round the corner. wait times for food here range from 2-3 business days. overall not an ideal mcdonald’s establishment but a plus is it is 24 hour so if you’re really that hungry at 3am there is an option

Typical Maccy's, Breakfast burgers are fine, service is quite quick, but drinks are not particularly hot 👎 (they make them 'in advance' so they just sit there going Cold whilst the food is cooked 🫤) Seating is okay, but it could do with having somebody go around cleaning more frequently, most tables were grubby and had food/cartons just left on them 👎

Food missing from delivery. Phone number not connecting. Refund requested through uber. How hard can it be to count the items into a bag, it's on a screen and 2/3 receipts!! . This, happens many times at this particular restaurant whether it's pick up, dine in or delivery. Avoid.

Worst customer service, came to the drive through 3 cars got served before me on the other side, there’s a raised curb which I did not want to drive down because i didn’t want to damage my car and there was someone waiting in front a girl came to the window and asked me to go down the curb I politely declined as I didn’t want to damage the car she then replied “ everyone else just bounces off it” well they may want to take the risk but I didn’t because she was making an issue I felt I had no choice and went down the curb, horrible experience will not be coming back.

Went for some late night bites after the match. It wasn’t particularly busy but I stood patiently and awaited my two burger order. I watched people who had ordered after me receive their meals, and after 20 minutes, I asked the young lady behind the counter if she could check on my order. The response was that everything was cooked from order at that time of night and it was on its way. 35 minutes after ordering I received my two mediocre burgers! So much for fast food.

Terrible service, made an order for delivery no drinks arrived with the delivery and it was cold. Uber eats delivery!

Absolutely disgusted by the half hour wait, it was boxing day to be fair, however a dozen customers in store watched as delivery after delivery for just eat or others sat comfortably at home got their food, drivers took bags came back and got more, the young man serving never stopped, Tom deserved a medal, the manager was hardly seen, the cooked worked like mad, please prioritise your customers who have made the effort to come in unless you wish to go delivery only

Self service machines don’t give you a receipt, the number doesn’t even show up so no one knows what there number is which in turn slows up service but no one seems to get this problem fixed. Poor management within the staff.

this place is absoulutly terrible they got my order wrong and refused to make it right and thry wouldnt give my money back. Phil was absoultly disgusting to these teens they asked how he was and he instantly kicked them out it is an outrage how disgusting this place is. The tables where minging they had chips and grease left over from the previous people who were eating there. I had to take my food out that is how disgusting the higene was. I would rather there being a kfc there instead of this disgusting little excuse of a dining area.

Don’t order from here!! If you get your food you’ll only get half and what you will get will be raw and chips stale and cold!! It’s completely inedible - go to a different maccies - staff at this one must be useless and don’t care about Customer quality

It was goid but the toilet not clean

The fries were cold and floppy and the operater of the frier scooped up the fries and started eating them .this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting

This place looked a mess when I walked in and the chips were the worst I've ever had ( even for McDonald's!) The drink had no ice and was warm.

On the self service machines please refill the receipts every time I go they don’t work

Absolutely awful, ordered on the screens, order didn't show up, went to the till was asked to wait a few more mins, still didn't appear, had to re order 20 mins later at the till, then both orders appeared, over 30 mins waiting, absolute shambles!

Depending on the time of when you go, you can sometimes end up with the burnt buns or left over fries that tastes like wood. Receipt machine from self service machines are broken.

Can’t say I’m too pleased like, just ordered some dinner and my location is three minutes away from the store yet my food was freezing cold, like the chips were stale the bigmac was chewy and hard in the middle so I threw it all away, I didn’t get the utensils I asked for but the delivery driver was lovely, just not worth the 20 pound I’ve just spent 👎🏻

The food was alright but the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Staff member was quite friendly and cleaned a table for us, but the serving staff just seemed like they didn't want to be there.

This is usually my favourite McDonald’s in the north west but after tonight’s delivery won’t be returning, if you can’t even be bothered to do your job (building a burger) don’t expect me to be spending my hard earned money

Went in the morning on my way to work wasn't busy 2 customers 1 before me and 1 after yet still waited around 10 mins and a member of staff telling another to do this do that in-front of customers but food was nice and hot and tasted great

Absolutely disgusting food again, decided to give it one more chance but the food was stone cold, burger cold fries cold, terrible food. They need to learn how to serve hot food.

The staff and some of the managers are absolutely disgusting the way how you treating me as a driver delivering food it’s disgraceful I can’t believe they really need to understand that we are not different. We are all humans and they need to understand that I’m working very hard to support my family!! ignoring me by not giving me the food to deliver for just eat. It makes me late and makes me making very very low wages! So grow up and understand that your job is to quickly hand the deliveries to me! Deliveries are available in front of me but they don’t care. It’s absolutely disgusting I’ll take this further in the future!

Quiet dirty, toilets amongst the worst I've seen.

The fries weren't fresh and we're only warm. They didn't have that crispy, just done texture to them. When I opened the Big Mac, the burger looked like it had been thrown together. The service was good and I was given my food as soon as it was ready. The atmosphere was rowdy with young girls shouting whilst eating. I wouldn't have wanted to eat in there then.

Terrible service. Made a mess of my order. lady called Maddison or Maggie asked me to take it back and when I did kept me waiting for over 20 mins. Then they only changed the items they got wrong meaning most of it was cold. I dumped it on the bin on the way out. Really disappointed; won’t ever go there again.

This our local and it used be excellent and spotless a year aho compared to many - lots of staff available & on top of cleaning tables and delivering food - we had to clean our own tables, the floors were covered in debris, the bins overflowing, the accesible toilet was filfty with no toilet paper. The girl supposed to be floor duty spent all her time chatting with kids she obviously knew, doing nothing and hanging around outside the front door ! Appauling - will only revisit under duress from kids .

Everytime I go into this McDonald's branch there is an issue with my order. Either there are missing items, the wrong items or the food is cold because the service was too slow and the food had been sitting waiting to be served for too long. Online delivery orders collectors are often in the way, think they're more important than everyone else and very impatient demanding their food be served before everyone else's. Whilst this isn't directly a McDonald's issue, the staff do nothing to deter the behaviour.

Ordered a chicken big mac meal for myself and a big mac meal for my wife, to be delivered. Uber Eats delivered it half an hour later and cold! They claimed that the sat nav took them to the wrong place so they returned to the restaurant before finally getting the right directions and delivering it. McDonald's is no more than half a mile from us on a direct route, so I could have gone on my bike, picked it up and brought it back myself quicker

Poor. 10 members of staff on an overnight yet all stood about and the food was completely over cooked. I know it’s maccies but it’s not hard to listen to a beep after 3-5mins and get it out. I could do it and have.

I asked for mayo chicken with no lettuce, I got mayo chicken with lettuce and cheese, staff are very dim, they need training better because it is not a good look for the store

Actually less than 1 star!!! Manager Stuart no words, more than useless, wonders around with a clip board no idea what he is doing!! He has no management skills what so ever, how has he been allowed to stay, place has deteriorared since he came!!Food all over the floor, staff look as if they cba!! The one person who has any idea is Sarah( she should be manager) and she gets frustrated with the standard. Either close it down or get the old manager back from kirkby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just just rung to ask if there was any drivers available and the lady who answered the phone was really rude and snotty as the youngsters would say would not recommend not good staff:(

This Mcdonald's is not the best. The food was OK. The Mcflurry ice creams and a milkshake was the wrong flavour than what we asked for. They had missed a drink out. It is pure incompetence. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Hot chocolate machine not working, no jam for the muffins, no tomatoe sauce dips. Checked my receipt to find l had been over charged for an egg muffin l had not ordered. The pancakes were disgusting pure rubber could not cut them. The whole computer system went down so they were unable to see who had ordered what! Total joke!
