PoundBakery in West Lancashire

Visited today at 10.00, asked for two sausage barms to be rudely told we only have one sausage. Breakfast is apparently served until 11.30. It was not the fact there was only one sausage left, but rather the customer service, which was quite frankly poor. Last week my son was screamed at for walking on the floor when a member of staff was sweeping. The staff need to be mindful that its the customers who ultimately pay their wages, no customer- no job. Very disappointed

Disgusting staff brushing rubbish up off the floor, then attempt to serve you without washing their hands. When they aren't picking rubbish up, the staff behind the counter are wiggling their ears with a finger. Avoid this place. The staff are dirty

It pains me to say because I used to be a big fan but the last few times I’ve had a pound bakery it’s given me the squirts. And with the prices going up, I’d much rather go somewhere else and not get a sore tummy.

Absolutely disgusting the quality of the food has gone very much downhill not the same as it used to be unfortunately

Lovely selection to choose from, and all for a really cheap price! The veggie sausage rolls and the chocolate eclairs are highly recommended. staff are always super friendly. I always visit on my lunch break.

Went here for a Too Good To Go Magic Bag and they filled it really well.

Bought cheese and onion pasties which had to be thrown away once arriving home. cheaper than greggs but then quality can't be compromised.

The ques are really long, the staff are impatient if you order more than two items, might get a cold pasty or pie. The place is tiny.

Great food at low prices. Always tastes good and has always got alot of people waiting to buy it's food.

Reasonable food at very cheap prices. Two pies for 1.30 it's great value. Sandwiches and rolls are tasty and only 1 pound. Sweets are good too. All round great for a good value lunch

There is plenty of choice for a quick snack/bite to eat. Typically, as in all of the pound bakery stores, you can but sausage rolls, pasties, pies, cakes and drinks..... There is also a breakfast menu. Priced here are very reasonable and consequently it gets very busy. The staff are extremely busy but helpful.

The pies and cakes in the shop are ok,most things cost more than a pound but are still reasonable so worthwhile going

Most things I've had from here are great. There's not always a queue but around lunch expect a wait although the assistance behind the counter are pretty quick at serving.

It is very popular, as the lunch time queues prove. I visit now and again for Cornish pasties, which have lovely light pastry. They also have a good selection of cakes, that are just the right size for an occasional treat.

A meal on the go for a small price the breakfast deals are good

Its a bakery,with loads of food,and always queued out,the smell of food cooking is fabulous. if you just want a small thing to eat then this bakery is the way to go.

You get sausage rolls, pasty's and cakes for a pound.... What's not to like?!

We love the Pound Bakery for its honest confectionery and great value products. Try the Bavarian Slice - two for a pound.

Located on the first floor of the Concourse Shopping Centre. Cheap prices as the name suggests. Great for a quick, cheap bite to eat on the go. No seat areas. Hot and cold food and drinks are served.

It not poundbakery any more it more like £1.25 bakery as the price have gone up bit by bit but the size of the produced has gone smaller

You can get a lot for a £ here everything is always fresh and hot food is hot. Only down fall they do not make enough Cheese & Onion Pasties. 6/10 times there are none and I go different times of the day. But would always recommend the PoundBakery to everyone.

Lovely staff, very friendly, always say hi to the baby and make his day.

Food quality is bad. The prices are going up not much is a pound anymore.

Cheap food hot or cold , you can all so get some good meal deals . These deals include a drink , crisps and a sandwich

You can get great deals from pound bakery and there is so much to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. Every time I in the concourse I always get something to eat from here. Staff are friendly too

What can I say? Staple food at bargain prices, easy to chose, light on the pocket. Try the pasties, pies or sausage rolls you will get what you pay for.

Don't like the staff & the quality of food ain't great. It's a busy venue because it's one of two bakery's in the local shopping centre. I'd choose not to go here tho.

Dont be put off by the name Poundbakery, while served piping hot the food is very good, staff nice and pleasant, the barms 2 packs of four for £1 is great

Cheap and cheerful. Great for the kids to get a budget meal for £2 bagette, crisps and drink. Cant moan at that 😊
