Brewsterz in West Lancashire

Food was great, arrived hot but delivery time let it down a bit.

We ordered food and the driver supposedly waited “over an hour” saying he was going to bin our food if we didn’t turn up. We then arrived within the minute and was told by campus security he had arrived for 5 minutes and left, taking our food and refusing any kind of compromise.

Delivery driver decided to take our food because he was waiting for “an hour” asked xampus security and he areived 5 mins before us. And took the food home upon calling the restaurant was met with anger and no refund and they couldnt deliver the food. I think someone got hungry.

some of the chicken was quite pink but other than that all okay

Appalling Pizza.... Never again

Food was stone cold when it arrived. Wrapped in a paper bag which was sealed in a plastic bag, meaning the condensation had made everything completely soggy. At least I know it was warm when it was first bagged up! Fries were cold and chewy. Chicken burger had one tiny piece of wilted lettuce on, also chewy... and then to top it off, my chicken wings had the wrong sauce on and were pink on the inside... I've requested a full refund and will not be ordering from here again.

Food was hot but very dry. Chicken was dry. Beans had a skin on the top. Pizza was moist and base didn’t seem to be cooked fully.

First time ordering and we were really happy. Ordered chicken variety meal, burger meal and chicken strips. Chicken was so good and the skin wasn’t fatty. Loads of chicken on the strippers too. Burger was good, bit too spicy for us but that’s personal taste. We prefer softer baps too. Gravy and coleslaw nice and chips were good. Delivery driver was really nice and polite and from start to finish it was a good experience . Very happy thank you. Will definitely return.

great food good sizes as well you dont get that from other fast food places this place give you what you pay for super fast delivery and still nice and hot

Always hot, always fresh, always lovely food. Great varied menu to choose from. Always deliver quickly and order is always complete never had a problem and can’t rate them highly enough.

Always tasty rather to salty on the chicken deluxe always fresh to delicious cheese garlic bread with mushrooms and pineapple and chicken deluxe meal

Brilliant food and excellent quick delivery.

The portion of the food was bizarre, considering I spent nearly £15 and only had a mouth full of a pizza is ridiculous. You have lovely food do better I was hungry 10 minute later

Chicken was very dry... Burger was average, asked for no red salt but got red salt... Not great but not the worst I've had. 4/10

Hit and miss. It is very expensive. Some times it’s great, other times not so good. For a fried chicken place, it’s nothing special. Food always hot. But for the price, personally I’d expect better quality. The owner is nice and always pleasant on the phone

Gravy was questionable and quality of the burger wasn't that great. Chips were nice and the milkshake

First time ordering from here and I'm not disappointed best chicken I've had from a takeaway red salty chips are the best and the drink came cold 👌 😋 10 out of 10 and it arrived in less then half hour

We have had a few takeaways from here never really complain. But we decided on a pizza for a change. And how wrong was we it taste awful pizza were thin not much topping it had a bad taste . For the price we have certainly had better Prices have gone out of the window wat u get. Its a shame we will not be using again. If the food was right we don't mind paying extra It was worse takeaway we have had in a long while Never again its certainly put us off

Every thing was nice but would not recommend the tomato garlic bread as this was very dry hardly no garlic or tomato on so could not eat it

Used to love this place but recent weeks has seen a real dive in quality. Chicken was stone cold when arrived, pizza and garlic bread dripping in fat to the point it had leaked through the boxes. Just binned it and won't be returning now. Happening way too often to just be an off night

Sweet vegetarian pizza is amazing it’s one of the best veggie pizzas I’ve ever tasted they followed the note I left on my order perfectly chips hot and well cooked and seasoned lovely deilvery guy and early to I missed them when they were closed so glad your back open can’t recommend enough

normally i am impressed with this food but was disappointed this time as my burger was abit dry i paid for two drinks and two garlic sauce and they never came!! popcorn chicken didn’t taste of anything and too much sauce on the burgers made them really soggy..

Lovely fresh pizza, never ordered from here before but was impressed.

Awful food. The chips were cold, soggy and covered in a peri spice salt which still didn’t disguise the fact they were bland and inedible. The burger was poor quality, the cheese was a bizarre white cheese on the burger, the hash brown was soggy and mainly potato. The tropical slush might as well have been a lemon and lime slush…nothing tropical tasting about it. Avoid!

Food was tasty but not hot when it was delivered. Almost cold.

Food overcooked, oil all over the chicken wings I haven't even got the full order. When I was trying to ring restaurant to discuss it, no one was answering the phone for 45 min. Definitely won't be ordering from the place again, still waiting for refund for missing dips and burgers.

The bbq chicken wrap is unreal!! Don't think I've made so many noises eating before 😂 the chicken is insanely good, cooked to perfection. Love the deluxe chicken fillet burger as well which I had a different time. Fav takeaway by a mile

Ordered a burger with chilli and partner ordered a burger with mayo...both got a burger with mayo and chilli ... that wasn't even an option on the menu! Both disappointed!

Ordering on line was really easy. Love the idea you can use PayPal. Food was delivered well before time given. Food was nice and hot. Friendly delivery guy too

The food is always lovely however it was a bit soggy this time, I can only assume it’s because it was delivered late so was wrapped up longer than usual. These things happen though
