The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Visité aquí por una hamburguesa, y me quedé asombrado por el mal servicio. Hubiera pagado en mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, a la que el personal me miraban como si fuese una extraterrestre! Pedí cortésmente varias veces para que se quedó allí mirando en blanco! No visita aquí.

Cold food, half the order missing (2 burgers and a fries) was told order will be replaced, even if get correct order fries often filled only half way so a small portion when paying for large... Went back for manager Samual to refuse replacement order, was extremelly rude and argumentative got aggressive and comments verging on being racist to my passanger... Have escalated to store management but not been followed up, will report to regional management next as racism or any aggression should not be whats ecpected Samual clearly cant manage his own emotions let alone a store... sort it out mcdonalds, RACISM is not acceptable, seems a management issue from the top... as most the staff are genuinly freindly and happy

Possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever frequented. For a new restaurant the standards are non existent. Fifteen minute wait for a standard order which was incorrect, a foreign body found in a friends wrap and a debate and multiple attempts to get a receipt. The staff are poorly trained if they have received any training at all, communication with staff is a challenge in itself. The washrooms / toilets are absolutely disgusting, filthy, smelly and unhygienic. Clearly no regular cleaning by professionals going on. Never ever again.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile, such quality service, the saturday security guard always assuring the best service standards. Food is always hot and tasty, the restaurant is always super clean and the staff deal with the late night rush so well. Would a 1000% recommend. Mcdonald’s doing what they do best!!!!

Got the new double big mac mcdonalds must be going broke to be lien about a double big mac it looked like 4 slices of lunch meat I never been disappointed with mcdonalds until now they getting to to be just like toco bell that was the last straw with me im so done with mclittles

SO SLOW The guy working was very kind and helpful but extremely slow and would only work on 1 sub at a time. I was there at a busier time and he Recieved zero help for management. Unlikely to return, would rather drive to plymouth.

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta sucursal debido al comportamiento grosero y poco profesional de un miembro del personal llamado Emmie. Alrededor de las 5: 15 AM, regresé a la unidad, porque mi chocolate caliente sabía a agua, pidiendo cortésmente que se cambiara. Si bien ella lo reemplazó, la nueva taza no fue mejor. Cuando mencioné esto, ella despectivamente dijo: “No tengo tiempo para todo esto” y se alejó, dejándome sintiéndome irrespetada e ignorada. Cuando le pregunté su nombre para poder reportar el incidente, ella se negó inicialmente. Le dije que esperaría hasta que ella estuviera lista, incluso si retenía a otros clientes (aunque el viaje - a través era tranquilo en ese momento). A regañadientes escribió “Emmie” en una servilleta y me la entregó, dejando claro que no estaba interesada en abordar mis preocupaciones. Finalmente, llamé a otro miembro del personal, que era mucho más profesional. Ella explicó que la máquina no estaba dispensando suficiente chocolate y amablemente me ofreció un reembolso, que acepté. Si bien su ayuda fue apreciada, no compensó la desagradable interacción que había tenido con Emmie. Además, me di cuenta de que Emmie llevaba su cabello largo y negro, peinado con trenzas delgadas, que colgaban de su espalda y la alcanzaban detrás. Se descubrió por completo, lo que es un problema significativo de salud y seguridad en un entorno de servicio de alimentos. Teniendo en cuenta la falta de profesionalidad, la actitud grosera y el desprecio por las normas básicas de higiene, esta experiencia me dejó muy molesto. McDonald’s debe asegurarse de que su personal reciba la capacitación adecuada para brindar un servicio respetuoso, independientemente de la hora del día o de cuán tranquilo pueda ser el turno. Los clientes merecen algo mejor que esto, y espero que la dirección aborde estos problemas rápidamente.

So a few things, the food I rate some of the best fried wings in worthing. Good size portions also. Please bare in mind this WAS my go to chicken place and had been since it opened. That sadly will change as of this evening! The price hike is eye watering to say the least. A burger meal in here is now £7.99 and six wings are £5.10 on there own. I know the world has got expensive but I don't understand the pricing in here at all. By all means increase your price fairly but don't rip us a new one. Sad for me but I won't be returning.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat as my Daughter wanted to try it. All cooked fresh and piping hot. Shared a 5 tenders 5 wing meal with my wife and plenty for both of us. My daughter had a kids meal and also enjoyed. Well worth visiting as better than the chicken place downstairs. Friendly good service and clean.

The food was freezen cold the salt and pepper chicken wasn’t fresh the food was disgusting will never order again !!!!!!

El personal era tan grosero! Tenía un amigo discapacitado conmigo que pidió usar el baño mientras esperaba nuestra comida y le dijeron que "caminara" 10 minutos por la carretera.
