Not great, standards have dropped, guys heres a tip next time try and use less mayo !!! and sort your custromer service out, prices displayed aren't correct

The spicy chicken burger here is banging. Best burger I’ve ever had!! Not sure why the rating is so low, I suspect competing burger places are putting false reviews out there 😂

Good food, horror service. Especially the female cashier. She's got a big chip on her shoulder and thinks every male customer fancied her! LOL yh right

The number 1 chicken burger tastes like heaven and also the chicken rap highly recomended for only £6 too so please go and give them some support as they are very kind and well mannered

STAY AWAY. Thought I’d try it and turns out they serve food poisoning. I’m not a person who writes reviews but I I’d had to write this one to warn people on how atrocious this place is. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

Absolutely rude staff, expensive food would not recommend this place to anyone they need to sort out there customers service as they are very rude to all customers

The chicken fillet burger should be renamed to “The Salt Burger” The amount of salt in this burger is ridiculous. After 2 bites it went straight into the bin. Never again!!

I Went Last night after hearing good things. The food was nice and quick. However the customer service side of things was embarrassing and certainly would have lost me custom if I would have dealt with patrons in my own establishment the same way. After having to run errands and not getting home till an hour after I ordered I realised that I was missing both the double chicken sandwiches. When I rang the store they came up with every excuse to not take ownership. They tried to tell me I didn’t order what I ordered until I advised I had a receipt. They then asked me to go item by item over what I ordered. They then tried to tell me what I ordered should have actually cost £49 so I am getting a “good deal”. I will be reporting this incident to trading standards to try and avoid this scenario happing again. It is unfair for the rest of the industry to fall within standard procedures and guidelines Unfortunately we have rogue traders making the patron feel like they have no rights. Trying to make the patron feel like they were in the wrong. It’s fundamentally just not how to run a business. (The fact that I have had to take time out of my day to write this regarding just £10 worth of food is not how I want to spend my morning) .

Rude customer service.Would not recommend at all. Staff needs to be replaced with more kinder people.

Have ordered from and visited many times. Ordered tonight via the website and am extremely disappointed. Food did not arrive by the give time, waited 20 minutes then rang to be told that the driver had attempted delivery and rang. This was untrue as we have cctv and 5 dogs that bark when someone walks near the house let alone knocks on. I also had no missed call. Received a call to say the food was on it’s away, again nothing arrived. Rang the number again and was asked for the order number, was told it would be here soon. Food finally arrived. The paper bags inside the plastics bags were wet, food was cold and two drinks were missing. Rang the restaurant again to be told we didn’t answer the first time. I explained as above regarding no missed call and nothing on cctv etc. The man was speaking to someone whilst on the phone to me then told me again they had been earlier. I explained again and confirmed my telephone number with them, which was correct. I was then informed the chips will be cold but the burgers shouldn’t. With regards to the missing drinks I was told I could have them next time as it would take too long to get them to me and the driver was training. This is not the first time I have had an issue with the service from this restaurant.

I am never going back, it is super salty, couldn’t even eat it. This is the second time and last order I have made with them. Very low quality I had ordered tower burger, its basically the chicken burger dipped in salt and spicy sauce and a small had brown, not worth the price at all. How are they allowed to sell this to people? Ew

We ordered a chicken fillet burger meal, we drove home, which took over an hour and a half, we had to stop on the way, but.... When we ate The Chicken Fillet Burger it was the best in the North West of the UK, it tasted amazing!!! (Despite being cold!!!).

The best burger you will ever taste soooo amazing and yummy!!! Will 10000000% recommend this place! Staff are wonderful! If you’re looking what to get (Spicy chicken Tower meal) the best!! 😍😍😍
